Presidential immunity applies only to acts that occur during the President’s term. Acts occurring after the President’s term are not immune. The conspiracy to sabotage President Trump’s first term might have started in the final days of Obama’s presidency, but the conspiracy continued for years thereafter. Any act by Obama after the end of his term that aided the conspiracy is not immune.

Apparently a recess has to be 10 days for it to be a recess, so they meet pro forma (1 traitor gavels in/gavels out) every 3-4 days. The traitors don’t do anything, just stymy Trump.
