I’ve seen one outrageous thing after another since about 2008, but try and explain this – these judges should definitely be held responsible for any harm that arises from setting this criminal free in the United States:
2nd Obama appointed Judge BLOCKS ICE from detaining Kilmar Abrego Garcia
Immigration Court two years ago, in front of TWO JUDGES:
Proven MS-13 gang member.
Proven he was a mid-level leader of gang.
Gang tattoos on knuckles.
Wears clothing i.d. with MS-13
Driving car owned by other MS-13 member.
Caught trafficking six other illegals in that same car.
Two restraining orders by wife due to beatings.
Both judges ordered his deportation, Biden/Myorkas did not comply.

I keep on waiting for one of the Fox Business boobleheads to talk about this today, nothing. These judges are doing the DemocRats’ dirty work for them, and for now, this is a win for them; they got what they wanted.
And to add this one, why is he still in this Country and not deported yet?

Every time there is an amnesty it encourages more illegal aliens to invade the US. In fact, every time there is discussion of amnesty it encourages more illegal aliens to cross our borders.

Over dissents from the court’s three liberals, the justices on Wednesday put on hold a federal district court decision that said Trump was bound by job protections created by Congress for CPSC members. US District Judge Matthew Maddox’s June 13 decision had reinstated the three commissioners after Trump fired them in May.
The order is the latest to chip away at a landmark 1935 Supreme Court ruling that said Congress could shield at least some high-ranking officials from being fired to insulate them from political pressures. The ruling, known as Humphrey’s Executor, allowed the independent agencies that came to proliferate across the US government.

Pam Bondi has suffered a sudden medical emergency, taking her out of the speech she was to give tonight:
She suffered a torn cornea, which can be very dangerous.
I had originally posted a link to the page, but they turned the story into all about Epstein, stir, stir, stir.
Do believe that Bondi has and does need some extra protection, but hand picked by people she trusts.

Oh this is bad, expected but bad. And wrong, so I’m still hoping it will be corrected at the USSC:
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday said President Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order is unconstitutional.
In a 2-1 ruling, the appeals court upheld a nationwide injunction against Trump’s order.
The three-judge panel included: Majority: Judge Gould (Clinton), Judge Hawkins (Clinton) – Dissent: Judge Bumatay (Trump).
“The district court correctly concluded that the Executive Order’s proposed interpretation, denying citizenship to many persons born in the United States, is unconstitutional. We fully agree,” the majority wrote.
