This is a problem, IMO, of the way our representative government is set up. If our representatives decide not to represent their voters, but their own biases and ideologies, the people they represent can do nothing but wait for the next election.
Even then it’s two years for Representatives and six years for Senators. They can do a lot of damage.
And, the election process favors incumbents, especially Establishment Incumbents. The RNC and Republican leadership will do everything they can to see their favorite Establishment Candidate wins the primary by supporting them with Party Support and money. Their voters unfortunately fall for this way too often.
Wish there was a way to hold them accountable, but I guess not. We voters keep electing these Establishment Creatures so I guess we deserve what we have.

A big part of your calculation is covered by USMCA which exempts tariffs on most Mexican and Canadian imports. USMCA does not expire until 2036 if it’s not renewed in 2026. Since it is a formal treaty ratified by Congress and the Canadian Parliament then signed by President Trump into law it cannot simply be cancelled!

The next big issue coming down the pike are ACA tax credits . Both houses in the BBB did not extend those credits. Those credits are due to expire. If they dont extend them it is going to create allot of problems for those who cant afford coverage. A really bad look for Republicans with people getting ongoing care for a health issue. Many people will go back to being uninsured because the Republicans did nothing to reform healthcare when they were given the chance during the first ADM. The Dems will pound this in the Midterms.
I am going to get pounded for this but I know this is going on. They are not just going after the criminals when it comes to illegals. It is not a situation where illegals that have been here for a long time , who have not committed crimes ,are just being swept up, while going after the criminals sought.

I agree with you on the case of the illegal who has been here 60yrs. That is a case that should show some compassion. I saw a case a couple of weeks ago, a father was arrested by ICE for being here illegally (40 yrs, I think) and he had three US citizen sons who were all enlisted in the Marine Corps. Unfortunately, he was using a weed wacker at the time they descended upon him and he swung it…. so, I doubt he will get any compassion.
I believe that the raids like these are happening in Sanctuary cities. They have to go and find the perps, that were not turned over to ICE, and in the process, the non-criminals get swept up. I’ve had some feedback from some who think we can and should “move on” from the Epstein matter, and I understand the thought process involved here. Allow me to clarify my position…
FIRST, let me state that there are essentially five “Epstein lists” now… and only ONE of them should ever be released, list #4…
List #1 – is a very long list of everyone Epstein ever took a picture with, which will include literally thousands of people who Epstein tried to saddle up next to for benefit of himself and his operations. There’s no reason to waste any time on this list.
List #2 – is a list of Epstein business clients in the investment world. There’s no reason to waste any time on this list.
List #3 – is a list of underage victims of Epstein’s human trafficking and sex scandals. Nobody should ever see this list, for benefit of the many victims.
List #4 – is driven by the Lolita Express flight manifests which includes only those who visited Epstein Island for fun and games. This is the list of people who were likely involved in the crimes that landed Epstein and Maxwell in prison. This is the list the people are interested in seeing…
I strongly suspect that there is a fifth list now, developed since the reelection of Trump as President of the USA.
List #5 – likely developed by “deep state” members which could include strategic “fake news” edits, either removing certain high-profile individuals from the list, or creating “fake” accusations against others. If I’m right and this new list exists, there should be a transparent investigation into what alterations were made to the file and by whom…
The only list anyone should have any interest in is LIST #4 – the list of those who can be proven to visit Epstein Island for fun and games. This is the list of individuals the people have a right to see.

I lived in Dallas once back in 94. The rich loved driving around in their expensive cars. I got a kick out of a Porsche on fire on Central Ave. Another time there was a nice Mercedes crashed with a large beater car and what appeared to be a bunch of Hispanics standing around the beater car.

My impression is that President Trump has gone all out to bring these tech people into the circle of America First, at least their business focus onshoring back to the USA.
At the 18 minute mark, the presentation by Chris Power of Hadrian – Big Eye Opener with the reality of where our workforce is when it comes to getting America back into being able to take care of itself.
All of these 5 Parts are interesting and think it’s worth listening to each of them, as together they present a beautiful understanding of just what President Trump and his team have been doing, all for the love of America. Humbling to see we have these minds willing to step up and help fix the mess the politicians of all political persuasions have brought us to.

Can’t be true. One, Schiff is a congenital liar. Two, if the President was in the files (or anything criminal connected to Epstein), we’d know after three presidential races. Three, two different judges nixed release of the gran jury files on Epstein (and we know how the rebellious judiciary feels about the President).

The ICA assessment released by DNI Tulsi Gabbard shows that to be a LIE.
BRENNAN: “No, I was not involved in analyzing the dossier at all. I said the first time I actually saw it, it was after the election. AND THE CIA WAS NOT INVOLVED AT ALL with the dossier. You can direct that to the FBI and to others.”
The statute of limitations on a perjury charge is five years. That means Brennan can be charged for this particular perjury until 2028.
