What is covered by immunity are the core responsibilities of the President. You can’t be plotting to overturn the election of your replacement and expect to get “immunity.” You also cannot commit felonies (High Crimes) while performing any of your core responsibilities.
Example–Choosing a nominee as Ambassador to Ireland. If the President accepts a bribe by the nominee to nominate him, that is not covered by immunity as later in Article 2 it is explained the President cannot commit “High crimes” (felonies) like bribery.

I think what it really comes down to is, how much real deep state obstruction is really left that can stop it? There has always been evidence of a scheme to undermine the first Trump Administration or to perform an actual regime change by removing Trump from office. ODNI’s Tulsi Gabbard added stronger evidence of such a scheme by Obama, Brennan, and Comey, but there was always sufficient evidence to start a serious investigation, including searches for documents like the one Tulsi Gabbard revealed.
First, we need to know why the STEELE DOSSIER was commissioned by HILLARY FOR AMERICA, the campaign of Hillary Clinton for President in 2016 and its law firm, PERKINS COIE, represented by MARC ELIAS. HILLARY CLINTON did not think of herself as a shoo-in for President. She couldn’t and even think of doing something like commission the STEELE DOSSIER to use it as evidence to challenge the result of the election is she should lose it. No one goes this far without some internal polls that show a very close race, or her opponent being at least slightly ahead in electoral votes.
We know Hillary paid for the DOSSIER in order to have a pretext to challenge the election of Trump either in court or in a struggle to divert Electoral Votes to Hillary either during the casting of Electoral Votes by different states’ electors in December, or for the January 6, 2017, Joint Session of Congress to find a way to divert electoral votes to Hillary Clinton. Any of these could be challenged in the Supreme Court by Trump. This is when Hillary’s plan would be put at risk.
Here is the proof of Hillary’s motive for having the STEELE DOSSIER produced. It is in a sworn written deposition in which CHRISTOPHER STEELE was subjected to a written interrogative which he had to answer under penalty of perjury. Here are the questions and responses about Hillary Clinton’s motive for the DOSSIER:
“2. If made orally, state when, where and between whom it was made, setting out the full substance of the words which constituted the agreement.

You see, there is damaging evidence about Hillary Clinton in the first memo of the Steele Dossier, and here it is in paragraphs 5 and 6. Few people who appear to be interested in this document have bothered to write about them.

What the DOSSIER is telling us is nothing short of BOTH MAJOR CANDIDATES BEING COMPROMISED BY PUTIN. Both Hillary AND Trump are compromised by Putin. Now, just how could Hillary explain that to the Supreme Court after overturning the Electoral Vote and winding up challenged by Trump in the Supreme Court? For which COMPROMISED candidate should the Court entrust the nation? What kind of asinine joke was this?
It’s important to realize that MARC ELIAS is a genius of an election lawyer. He tells people this all the time on X, where I once challenged him about why he left these references about Putin having dirt on his client in the DOSSIER which HE arranged to have compiled? He didn’t reply. No one else commenting extensively on the DOSSIER has paid much attention to this.
We have another indication that there was proof of Comey being involved in this because Comey like to leak to the NEW YORK TIMES as a bosom friend of his worked at the TIMES. Since the FBI requires there to be an adequate predicate to begin an investigation, the predicate for CROSSFIRE HURRICANE was leaked to the TIMES as being CARTER PAGE’S TRIP TO MOSCOW. This leak was published in April 2017. In October, we learn that Hillary Clinton caused the DOSSIER to be created, and her campaign paid for it by laundering the money through PERKINS COIE as “legal fees.” This caused the FBI a problem in that the NEW YORK TIMES article from April 2017 claimed CARTER PAGE going to Moscow was the predicate, but that was all over the STEELE DOSSIER, so the predicate had to be changed, but how? The nation’s best-known newspaper said it was CARTER PAGE in April, so how to change it at the end of the year? Well, they did it stupidly. They had the same writers who claimed Carter Page was the predicate to write in December 2017 that it was GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS’ adventure with ALEXANDER DOWNER in London that convinced the FBI Trump must be investigated. No explanation was forthcoming about what happened to Carter Page as predicate.
Well, that gambit was worthless since the affidavit for the FISA warrant contained no other name than CARTER PAGE, and Carter Page was all through the DOSSIER while there was nothing about GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS. Carter Page and his trip to Moscow was the predicate chosen by the FBI all along as it fit with the DOSSIER used in the FISA warrant affidavit.

Changing the predicate was like a bright red flare being fired up into the night sky declaring that the DOSSIER was the REAL PREDICATE of CROSSFIRE HURRICANE and not CARTER PAGE or GEORGE PAPADOPOULOS. Brennan, Comey, and Obama knew the DOSSIER was disinformation from the start. That, too, was documented long ago.
It is nice to have what Colonel Gabbard provided us in the form of the documents that implicate Obama along with Brennan and Comey, but there was plenty to work with that could have unearthed this a long time ago if people had been paying attention, and if they really wanted to do anything about it. A FAKE DOCUMENT was knowingly used to tear the American electorate apart for nine years, a sort of “happy accident” for those hostiles to the United States who concocted this entire thing.
It’s telling if none of these people have left the country.
They know if they leave it would be signs of guilt. If I were Rubio I would void all of the passports of at least 50 folks in the crosshairs of the investigation and that would include Biden.

But that won’t / hasn’t stopped President Trump, at the right time, from selecting the option of temporarily moving the law-and-order functions of the DOJ and the 3 letter departments into another Executive Branch department until the biden carryover traitors are completely removed.
There are earlier examples of President Trump moving the ATF under the DofD and moving the investigation and issuing of the Security Clearances for most Executive Branch employees from under the FBI to under the military and moving some functions from the CIA into Tulsi Gabbard’s area.
