Bound by no other agenda, DNI Tulsi Gabbard is doing something very few people have the fortitude to continue doing. Listen carefully to her words because they have been backed up by action.
What people do speaks so loudly, often we cannot hear a word they are saying. In this example, her words and actions are exactly the same. Let’s hope Attorney General Pam Bondi is influenced by Tulsi Gabbard.

In the document there is nothing “FROM” the CIA or NSA even though there are MANY examples of redacted names of CIA and NSA personnel in the “TO” part of the email headers. What’s up with that?

In order to succeed, the indictment has to include the Jack Smith Mar a Lago raid which was probably designed to remove the evidence of the conspiracy from Trump’s files.
I don’t want to see a Washington-based special prosecutor prosecuting the case. Instead, a Florida-based Justice Department employee should file the charges in Florida where a jury would be much more likely, than one in DC, to indict the conspirators.
I have to say I am mystified as to why the Deep State allowed any documentary evidence whatsoever of the December 9th 2016 White House meeting to survive inside the government’s record keeping archives. Maybe it was being stored in too many ways in too many places to track down and remove.

Good question! Maybe they thought that destroying it was not necessary because they could simply hide it. They would have succeeded had it not been for Tulsi Gabbard (with Ratcliffe’s help). Here’s what Sundance just wrote in a tweet:

In the first Trump term the ODNI heads were Dan Coats and John Ratcliffe and the CIA heads were Pompeo and Haspel so probably not such a productive situation?

Kinda reminds me of the Germans in WW2. They were so meticulous with paperwork and in the end, it was their undoing. The only way we knew about the Wansee Conference and the plan to destroy the Jews was one copy of the notes survived. Now with computers, copies of documents can be stored all over the place. I’m not surprised that documents survive.
I have no idea how this will pan out. It appears that everything we thought was happening, was indeed happening, but where do we go from here? There is no journalist in the mainstream media who will report this story honestly, and, even if the DOJ does prosecute, there is no judge or jury in DC who will convict the guilty.
Someone should ask Jeanine Pirro if she thinks she could assemble an objective grand jury. There are also likely people below Bondi who know how to handle such things without spending their time doing interviews on the north lawn.
A way must be found to move the venue out of the DC Swamp, one that holds up to judicial review. How that might be done as it concerns the legal details, I don’t know.

Treason is a death penalty offense. DNI Gabbard repeatedly used the phrase “treasonous conspiracy”.

Seeing Tulsi Gabbard not only declassify but then stand up and succinctly describe what they mean to our country was a real treat.

I know that Attorney General Pam Bondi is committed to bringing about justice to those who have broken the law. And in this case, again, what these documents detail – to me, in my view – cannot be explained as anything but a treasonous conspiracy.

Of course, I expect Bondi and Wiles to run away from anything even vaguely smelling of accountability, but I live in hope.
Secretary Gabbard did not take these actions in a vacuum. Trump, DOJ, and certain inner circle of Cabinet are read in on the strategy. Lots and lots of sunlight will be applied through many interviews. They will get this saturated in the American psyche for all who still have a brain.

I must admit, I’m confused why Tulsi has started in the middle of the coup, not the beginning. We know it started at LEAST as early as mid-2016, when the FBI launched its bogus counterintelligence investigation into Trump (Crossfire Hurricane). The activity in December, it seems to me, is merely the next phase of the coup. So why is there no focus or discussion by Tulsi about CH and its corrupt origins?
I think that phase one was bad, but Trump was not yet president. It was horrible and illegal but not yet treasonous. Their biggest mistake was continuing the conspiracy after he became president. Continuing to frame a duly elected president is a treasonous act. That is what they are focusing on. The whole sequence is quite outrageous, but the conspiracy part is only after Trump was sworn in as President. The conspirators should have stopped and taken their medicine. They thought that they were invincible and there was no way he would remain President. They were very wrong. He caught them all.
