(VIA AXIOS) – President Trump’s Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a “client list” or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios.
The administration is releasing a video — in both raw and “enhanced” versions — that it says indicates no one entered the area of the Manhattan prison where Epstein was held the night he died in 2019.
The video supports a medical examiner’s finding that Epstein died by suicide, the two-page memo claims.
Why it matters: The findings represent the first time Trump’s administration has officially contradicted conspiracy theories about Epstein’s activities and his death — theories that had been pushed by the FBI’s top two officials before Trump appointed them to the bureau.
As social media influencers and activists, Kash Patel (now the FBI’s director) and Dan Bongino (now deputy director) were among those in MAGA world who questioned the official version of how Epstein died.
Patel and Bongino have since said Epstein killed himself. But it has become an article of faith online, especially on the right, that Epstein’s crimes also implicated government officials, celebrities and business leaders — and that someone killed him to conceal them.
The memo says no one else involved in the Epstein case will be charged. (Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence for child sex trafficking and related offenses.)

If the memo content is accurate That sums it up right there. All of this revolves around trusting the word of the FBI. Can anyone tell us, with confidence, who the author of this FBI report is? And why release this report today?
Could it be that the FBI has finally completed the long, arduous task of destroying any and all potentially incriminating evidence, and now it’s time to put this matter to rest, so it’s hopefully, for the FBI anyway, quickly forgotten be the nation’s short attention span.

My own belief is that since Hillary Clinton had her private server, then knowingly and feloniously destroyed the email evidence on that server and circumvented all investigations destroying in excess of 30k emails, the stage was set for others to do precisely the same.

If my hunch is correct, Epstein’s client list is being used by President Trump as leverage to get Netanyahu to sign a major Middle East/Gaza peace deal. The “missing minute” in the video released is just TOO convenient for my liking. If the Epstein case is being used for leverage…We’ll find out in the next couple days.

so there is a this reporter for the Miami herald. she was actually the first journalist who decided to take aim at some of the street allegations and the actual legal allegations made against Epstein. I am not sure if she still does credible journalism. might be retired. But she was one of the good ones. the real deal…the right stuff. she spent countless hours and wrote dozens of front page articles details all manner of criminal activity that was alleged, had here own sources, fact checked what the main stream media was pumping out.
the reason I point this out, is because I would like to know what she thinks about this latest twist.
I have reached out to this journalist and have indicated that I would advocate that she do a write up and publish it right here at CTH, where I KNOW Sundance would allow it in the raw. a rare insight from someone who documented these crimes from the very beginning and dug up almost all of the damning evidence and witness accounts and even some victim interviews. To publish a comprehensive article, would likely require publishing in a series because it just so much information over such a long span of time, with critical changes in the story, how it became a political issue, and not simply a case of a pedo who was pimping very young girls.

Disappointed that there is no “Client List” or “List of Powerful Politicians being Blackmailed” or “List of Powerful Business People being Blackmailed”.
An aspect of Epstein’s lifestyle that I would really like an explanation for is – how, given what we know of his history,
“Where did all the money come from?” or
“How did he become a self-sustaining millionaire???”
Absolutely nobody believes this BS; and Bondi, Patel, and Bongino all know it; the latter two are on record flat out denying it themselves in 2023.
So, what is going on?
Here is a theory: A few months ago each of the three received an envelope, probably all at the same time. Each envelope contained several dozen photos and addresses of their closest friends, their parents, siblings, children, grandchildren if any, nephews, and nieces, their spouses and in-laws, and their siblings, children, grandchildren if any, nephews and nieces, spouses, etc., i.e., far too many close family members and friends to provide 24/7 security protection. Also, in each envelope was a clear, though perhaps slightly oblique, warning to categorically bury the Epstein case.
According to this theory the envelopes were delivered before the infamous distribution of the useless blinder (in the bottom photograph) occurred.
Part of my point is that the key people surrounding Trump have been neutralized (sort of like Sessons was during Trump’s first term), and though Trump had nothing to do with Epstein, there is little that Trump can do about it now.
……. and the trips to the island were simply for the purpose of Bible study.

Why does no administration or DOJ want to touch Epstein’s clients? Even the judges act weird. No client prosecutions.
At the presser with Bongino and Patel they both looked like deer in the headlights. Everyone involved in the prosecution of Epstein, from his first arrest in March 2005 to today act hesitant, afraid, and try to ignore Epstein’s crimes by “shielding” his victims and failing to produce and prosecute his clients.
