Elon Musk, the richest man with visions of grandeur, has announced the creation of a new political party, “The America Party”.

With President Donald Trump capturing the overwhelming majority of middle-America within the new MAGA movement; essentially taking over the Republican party apparatus, I would consider that Musk’s assembly will likely be a collection of never-trumpers, alligator emojis and disgruntled former Republicans.
The impact is undetermined, but the assembly itself was entirely predictable.

Grok needs to update Musk about Ross Perot who warned the two parties were going to unite to sell out the country and create a “giant sucking sound” , so Ross Perot created his own party that successfully installed Clinton who gave us Nafta and got china in the WTO, fully implementing the “giant sucking sound”
I think there is a strategy.
I don’t buy the split – it doesn’t add up.
What if Elon is now the “loose cannon” Trump uses as leverage over the RNC?
What if Trump “comes around” later on the new party and brings MAGA with him?
What if Vance/Rubio/whoever runs with the new party as set up a couple years from now?
Sure it has never worked.

Socialism has never worked either but new people come along who think they are much smarter and they will be the ones who make it work. And then they too fail We already have a 3rd Party. It’s called, The Independents.

I personally will never trust that person and will always keep close watch. Musk has always been and will always be in it for himself. He reminds me of china, they agree to partnership until they can steal the product then form their own company. China wants to impose their will on the world. So does Musk. He has shown this in his companies formations, his idealisms, and now his politics.
Elon is an enigma from the Dark Side imo….
