For those who have spent time in the lead up to this moment, you may remember our warning that Elon Musk would eventually take a position against President Trump and actively work to undermine the MAGA agenda therein.
Tonight as the Senate debates the Big Beautiful Bill, that does not include subsidies for his electric vehicles and green energy initiatives, Elon Musk promises to organize a third party. This was all predictable.

The bill is imperfect, yes. However, the BBB contains the priorities of President Trump and those priorities are the goals and objectives of the people who voted to support his vision. Elon Musk is now actively working against the interests of the Make America Great Again movement, and he is intent on dividing the MAGA coalition.
Sometime around April of 2026 (approx. 15 months), if not sooner, Elon Musk will be in opposition to Donald Trump and demanding people choose.

What Elon fails to see is the problem is the party system.
A third party would be corrupted by the same uniparty forces that corrupt the current parties. The solution is to ban political parties and tie political donations to social security numbers and corporation tax ID numbers with an inflation adjusted $100 donation limit. Each candidate runs on their own merit. PACs would be still legal but they can’t mention or infer any candidate’s name.
With the donation limit, everybody can donate knowing their donation would be crowded out by big money and the voters would be at maximum engagement.
His third party could siphon enough votes from President Trump’s chosen successor in 2028 to allow the pro-Communist DemocRat – regardless of who it is or how radically communist they are – to win.
But with this early proclamation by Elon, it’s a strong possibility it’s only hot air and/or President Trump will have an effective strategy to neuter any such attempt by Elon or anyone.

His emotional cry was a false claim about cutting wind and solar subsidies, which are a large government expense and raise the cost of living, both increasing tax and decreasing spending into the real economy.
So this cry is in direct opposition to his claiming he wants reduced government spending. The global warming nuts are not now or ever were MAGA. So he will pull many from the left.
Yes I agree – Elon has a bit of “tunnel vision” regarding the use of renewable electrical energy-producing sources without truly measuring the cost of their manufacture & total environmental impact. He fails to run the real comparative numbers on continuing to use oil and natural gas based energy with its existing massive global extraction / processing / distribution infrastructure already in place, and investing research into improving the efficiency of internal combustion engines.

I remember Dish gave us 100mbps for $120 which was horrible. Now unlimited from a cable link up at $90. Determining speed was too confusing. Just knew satellite was always out when there was a storm, rain or snow. The cable rarely goes down.

Hospitals can’t turn away people needing care. They want to get paid. It’s not necessarily that they want or need them in the system (see relatively paltry medicaid reimbursements.)

The system is set up to accommodate illegals and pay for their medical care even if the hospitals are reimbursed a paltry amount. That is why treatment for Americans with group insurance or Obamacare costs exorbitant amounts for any medical treatment from band aids to surgery. WE get gouged by the hospitals. THEY still make their money. It’s just that Americans pay for it.
Big Pharma gets paid tons of money for drugs provided at hospitals and hospitals get a piece of that action.
Throwing these illegals out of the system is too much of a shock to the whole organism. Hospitals should not be forced to give medical care to illegals and not expect payment from the same government who demands that they provide this service.
