Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changesr, not only in the country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster.
The purpose of President Trump is plainly visible and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 159 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

I have come to view “corporatism” and “globalism” in the same way. There are clubs of “winners” who are accelerated due to government regulations. CO, carbon monoxide is bad. CO2, cabon doxide is not only good it is essential to plant life which takes the carbon and releases the O2 which is essential to animal life.
The climate crazies argument is burning fossil fuels releases CO2, which it does with complete combustion. Incomplete combustion releases CO instead. Of course their is never complete combustion in the real world.
Now the climate crazies say burning to fossil fuels causes CO2 production to increase in the atmosphere causing a green house effect which will heat up the earth, melt the ice, raising the oceans and making the earth inhospitable to humans. They currently want to capture the CO2 and trap it under ground, “carbon capture” is the term.
It is all nonsense and political for financial gains and control of energy to control us. I work in the power industry my whole life both industrial and commercial operations. Even coal is unbelievablely clean now, so the profit must come from a nesssary element of combustion, and that is CO2. It can ever be eliminated from the burning process.

The conduct of the officer over a moving traffic violation seems aggressive, especially if he was behind her traveling in the opposite direction.

This morning while watching President Trump’s very important press conferennce with U.S.A.G. Pam Bondi, discussing the the SCOTUS legal findings which this thread is all about, …
I noticed something that I believe is very important. It gave me pause to notice a moment that slipped away quickly and quietly, but not without a clue. It starts when one of the press members asked the first and only question about tariffs.
I was somewhat distracted at that time, and thought the following brief interaction between The Prez and the AG had something to do with the stolen 2020 election, AKA the Treasonous Coup. Perhaps, it actually did in a round about way, as it appears to me that all strings are attached to every other string of events within “THE GREAT DECEPTION” (TREASONOUS COUP) starting in 2014 and persisting still today.
At any rate, PDJT, in addresing the question on tariffs, ending with the subject of Fed Chairman Powel’s stubborn refusal to lower interest rates made the comment that it was actually more important than the subject of tariffs. This is really importent, as President Trump pointed out. If the Fed were to heed the President’s advice and lower the interest rate, our country would be in a much better financial position, the main point of that small parcel of communication.
Further more, during my 2nd viewing of the video this evening, I could not help but notice the blatant hatred and disrespect (barely veiled) that the majority of the press hold for our dear President and his agenda, which also our agenda. The MAGA Agenda.
I learned something else that is important during the time I’ve been sitting on my branch and more often lately, at the campfires…
“Watch the body language”.
Starting at the point in the video where the guy that was on the stage, but out of view in the video, who piped up with no invitation and shouted out, “Trump 28”.
The very second that happened I replaid it. Then paused the video at that exact moment and saw the reaction of the press group.
The look of disdain and hatred was the rule of the majority, not for the brief interruption, that President Trump actually praised with a short bit of humor, but for the President’s agenda.
Some in the crowd smiled and/or laughed lite heartedly. The majority showed their true colors though: Sheer hatred for everything MAGA.
If there is any doubt in your minds about it, dear Treepers, revisit the video and review the very brief incident which transpired a second or two before the 34:00 minute mark. Behold the devil.

not a lawyer. but with experience and a curiosity to understand the nature of the enemies of the rules of law and this nation and our champion, President Trump.
here is what to expect:
a. judges will not be lawfully permitted to issue “universal” injunctions. no more nationwide Temporary Restraining Orders.
b. while this ruling is consistent with article 2 powers and the limits of lower courts to impede a Presidents’ actions, there is no doubt that the lawfare types will find other ways and tactics to get the same results. The following strategies are already being discussed and this administration needs to be firing on all cylinders to counter these scofflaws at every possible instance.
here is what the lawfare types are planning with a quick summary of what that actually means:
“national” class action law suits.
in order to legally comply with the steps to achieve national class action law suits, lawfare types must accomplish these three steps:
1) add class allegations to the original complaints
2) move to class certification
3) asking a district court to issue “a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction asking for relief for that putative class”
be clear, lawfare judges and bad actors have every intention to continue to block the deportation of illegal aliens from this country, to thwart the power of the President who campaigned on this promise to uphold the laws of this country and to protect THE PEOPLE as it his fundamental primary responsibility to do so. The President has no obligatiosn whatsoever to those who came into this country illegally, and he has the right and the constitution on his side to deport them immediately.
but we are far from having any great success in this area. Mostly because of the logistics involved in deporting that many people and because President Trump has made it clear that he is making some exceptions to which people he intends to force out. And obviously, the legal issue…mark that. the lawfare issues that will continue to try and drag the actions of this President to a standstill.
It is at this time, my opinion, that President Trump needs to replace bondi and get real fighters in position for the fight is only beginning.

Personally, I believe that Bondi is doing a great and patient job. I would say the same about the FBI Director.
These are very difficult positions, which require the solid backing of the chief executive. I think that Trump has plenty enough business experience as a CEO and Chairman of the Board to implicitly understand that. You have to assemble a team, then enable that team to carry out their assigned duties, without them feeling the need to constantly watch their backs. There can’t be a Sword of Damocles up there, or nothing will get done. Mistakes and errors of judgment will happen.
Of course, you can’t do anything about what the press might say . . .
The entire legal system is stacked in favor of the “presumed innocent” defendant, and it takes time and effort to construct a solid legal case. The case must then be taken before a citizen grand jury, which convenes in secret. They must vote to issue an indictment. Only then can someone be arrested and prosecuted. Then, the case must be tried before another jury. Still, “presumed innocent.”
Furthermore, it is against the law even to insinuate that someone might get charged with a crime, until and unless an indictment is unsealed against them. (At which point it becomes public record.) “Presumed innocent,” again. You are protected against some prosecutor making a “malicious threat” against you, never intending to follow through, because the damage would be already done.
So, while on the one hand Pam Bondi is unusually open with the press, she also wears a poker face. There are things that she legally cannot disclose, even when people accuse her of “doing nothing.” She’s the one tasked to actually “do it,” but she can’t tell you what she’s about to [try to …] do.

Question for the attorneys & judges here: can the Dems create ‘class actions’ to circumvent the SCOTUS decision yesterday eliminating nationwide injunctions from lower level judges?
On ‘The Five’ last night, Jessica Tarlov smugly explained that the Dems will be creating class actions for all of the various issues that currently have those judge decisions. She mentioned there’s an easy way to do this without having to actually have the signatures of a bunch of claimants. I know Jessica has often been proven wrong, so I’m hopeful she’s wrong here.
I wonder if all of us can file a class action lawsuit targeting the Lawfare cabal. Get every American who has had a family member killed or assaulted by illegals to join a lawsuit targeting lawyers and judges…
I think a Class Action Law Suit against Fed Chairman Jerome Powell would get a lot of support and well deserved.
The process is a lot more complicated than simply having a judge declare that “the entire country is a plaintiff.” Also, you generally cannot declare that “everyone” is a member of a “class.” You have to be specific.
I think that this will just turn out to be a pointless way to charge more legal fees. The tooth has finally been taken out of “nationwide injunctions.”

I don’t know, but she said there’s a way that they don’t have to specify all the signatures of the plaintiffs. That’s what I’m curious about.
I’ve been notified of class actions, and they always require you to opt-in, have a deadline, and specific rules to qualify (such as you must have purchased specific item from the company between such-and-such dates).
On the one hand, it seems like gathering signatures ensures the people in the class actually have damages, so that should make it difficult for the Dems. On the other hand, I know they cheat in fundraising and election signatures, so what’s to stop them from signing a bunch of names of people who live in whatever location is needed for the suit.
