LaMonica McIver Gives Up the Game in Comments Made After Court Appearance
But it was the remarks McIver made during an MSDNC interview with Jen Psaki after her court appearance that raised eyebrows, telling Joe Biden’s former press secretary that she “never thought I’d be facing charges as a sitting congresswoman”:
Yet it is the Democrats that brought charges against a sitting President, and kept saying ‘no one is above the law’. I guess she was surprised as a Democrat that the Democrats for once were correct!
Unless allegedly assaulting and trying to intimidate and obstruct federal law enforcement officers is part of her job as a member of the House of Representatives, then she most certainly does need to be held accountable in a court of law.

FAFO Doctrine in real time.
Isn’t it quite obvious that the teaching trade is lacking??? I get the feeling that that profession is teaching “what to think” instead of “how to think”! The school of “common sense” can be quite painful! There is something to be said about all this negative stuff comes from the Left! Don’t get me wrong here, the Right isn’t all angelic! But the Left tends to see the Right in a wrong light! This stuff is taught in Grade School! The Left comes across as the “bully” most all the time! The Democrats today are nowhere near the Democrats of yesteryear! It kinda looks like the Right stays near the center, but the Left went so far Left of center that they became radical, then explained “look how far the Right is from the Left”! Trying to make them feel correct for their Leftyness!
I hope you’re right but I’ll wait to declare that until after she convicted and sent to jail! Our Federal Judicial system is so far left and we all know she’ll get an obama judge and get the Clinesmith treatment if not an innocent verdict!!! JMO
Oh, they will definitely “judge shop”…no doubt the incentives are being compiled to match what judges they can bribe right now. Not being sarcastic…I believe it to be true.
I agree completely, perp walks and convictions. Otherwise it’s the same corrupt foundation.
We need a lot more of it though. The Democrats and their media cheerleaders are literally rooting against and working against the success of their own country and their own fellow citizens and they are never held accountable for it in a serious way.
Still way, way too much FA’in and not enough FO!
Agree.
Democrat, Black, and Female – enforcing the law against that person idenitfies you as a nazi, white supremist, member of the male patriarchy.
I think that the morons on the left think if they stay in the club they are immune from all scrutiny and it is an invitation to do anything they want without fear of consequences.
It’s fun to see one of the criminals on display.
AOC is one I’d love to see in the hot seat, any member of the squad.
It feels like winning.
You mean “Sandy Cortez” from Yorktown??? Hahaha. Did you all see the yearbook pic?
What a beauty…
To be fair, almost every teenager has one or several bad Yearbook photos.
Does that excuse her being a Socialist Anti-American Ditz, NO!
Sheesh… she should see a doctor… looks a little horse.
😆 😆
A Pony! 🤣
Beautiful to an orthodontist.
“I am NOT a Cortez!” ….
Engagement ring has come off.
Wonder whether she’s amended the FRAUDULENT Congressional document indicating that the two of them are ‘married’ – absolutely not worth the time of looking into it.
AOC 2028? She’ll be on the stage, for a while anyway. (It seems, that as MRO vacated the role of First Lady and shortly thereafter decried the [white] hair style politics forced upon her, that AOC herself has now taken on a new look. Hmm.)
So, just AO? She should know that she just lost a lot of name recognition – she shows up in the crosswords as AOC!
Of course, I suppose the crosswords could call her the Congresswoman from NYC formerly known as . . .
Looks pretty much the same today!
When they come out of that building, they become citizens and should be held accountable as any other lawbreaker.
With a name like that, she should have figured a way out of this using gum wrappers and toothpicks.
LOL, I thought the same thing when I first heard the name. SHE’S not MacGyver!!!
Sad day today if you followed The Zman Blog. Apparently, its eponymous blogger, Christopher Zeeman, died of natural causes yesterday. People are dropping updates and RIP’s in the comments of his most recent column, ironically, “The end of free will”.
I had been following him for about 20 years. We were among the first “gold star” unmoderated commenters at National Review Online. It was commentary by people like Z that made “The Corner” a mandatory daily read in our community. We often chatted over weekends there because only gold stars could post from Fri-Sun when the bots were blessedly blocked. We were both similarly banned during the NeverTrump purge in late 2016, and enjoyed sharing the web traffic metrics as NRO’s readership collapsed.
That’s how I would up here, though I had read a bit of CTH before.
He launched his blog way back then, dropping links into the NRO comments. Daily posts and thoughtful commentary, often not about politics. And his back catalogue of about 380 weekly podcasts is well worth a listen.
I know some if you follow him, but maybe not every day like me. Thought you would want to know. He had somewhat recently moved out to the countryside in MD having escaped “Lagos on the Chesapeake” as he called it, cats in tow. Seemed like he found some peace there, and his podcasts got better and better.
RIP to a not well known, but influential, guy.
https://thezman.com/wordpress/
Thanks Hokkoda. I enjoyed reading your heartfelt tribute to someone, whom I did not know, yet was fighting for me and others.
I would have liked Z Man. I will try to listen to a couple of his podcasts over the weekend.
Blessed be his memory.
Hokkoda: It’s always sad when a website I have known about and followed (albeit, not recently, the case of Z-Man) goes dark, due to the passing of the owner. Ol Remus’ “Woodpile” was another one, as was “Weaponsman.”
Southern Poverty Law Center doxxed him back in 2022 –as a hateful white nationalist -for being realistic about race -https://www.splcenter.org/resources/hatewatch/prolific-white-nationalist-personality-identified. Living in Baltimore will open your eyes REAL FAST.
Stuff like that is why I just don’t even care any more what bullshit names they call me. He had some great material and I just need to get into the catalogue before the site goes dark and capture it.
Woke social worker posing as a sheriff bewildered and shocked that ICE agents would be waiting at jails to pick up criminal illegal immigrants he was releasing into the community.

Twenty years ago, jihadists attacked New York City. In the years that followed, we sent our bravest Americans to fight and sacrifice their lives in the Global War on Terror.
Now, New York City is home to many individuals who sympathize with jihadists, hate Jews, are anti-capitalists, and are raising concerns that the city could elect an Islamist Marxist mayor who shares these same sympathies.
https://roddreher.substack.com/p/mamdanis-big-apple-intifada
I have trouble coming to terms with a nation, that 7 years after 9/11, elected a man named Barack Hussein Obama.
That the city that suffered that attack is embracing an Islamist Marxist man who became a citizen of the United States a few short years ago and according to his mother, sees himself as a Ugandan first and not an American is jaw-dropping.
Its terrifying. How people can’t see we are being conquered from within is unfathomable. Texas will be Islamic in 10 years.
Me too.
Slightly less than 30% of eligible voters turned out this week in NYC. Proponents of the terrible RCV system claim it “increases” turnout. Well, you can see the truth and the results.
I agree, I believe the premise of RCV is to dishearten opposition. As such. it suppresses small ‘r’ republican government an is hence unconstitutional.

Thanks for asking. Am in hospital, lining up for radical surgery yo remove voice box, chords, lymph glands, and will talk with a electric box, ala Darth Vader…
And, my wife was driving from our home in Kingman, to be with me in Vegas, in our 1997 GMC P-30 Stepvan that I converted to an RV, with beds, toilet, water tank and heater, space heater and A/C, ….and the Transmission went out.
When she called AAA, which we have been members for years, thry said it was a commercial vehicle and refuse to tow it.
So, $1600 later, she and truck are home and safe, and I am still getting lined up for the surgery.
Yf
Thanks for asking

Oh Lord, hear our prayers.
thoughts and prayers for Dutchman this morning……
Keeping him in my prayers be well Dutchman and know that you are loved
For our Good friend and steadfast Treeper, our favorite photographer’s picture sparked this memory of a long ago time….:
We love you both and are praying….(I can relate to the transmission, on a smaller scale…much smaller…)
Live long & prosper (especially you, Dutchman!)
🙏🏼
Much appreciate your attention to communication, and sharing information providing a reinforcement of community.
May our Lord grant mercy.
🙏 Dutchman, doctors, and Dutchman’s family.
Amen!
it appears you are being tested, Dutchman! Stay strong and know you have many rooting for you. PS…I personally know of a few who have had the same surgery and adapted quite well….speaking with the Darth Vader box can be quite sexy! 🙏🤞
This Canadian CTH supporter values and appreciates your fortitude and insights.
🙏🏻
After reading thru a bit….I went to the Prayer Thread and posted a call to prayer.
Divine Healer, place your healing touch upon the heads of those embarking on this ‘journey’.
Thank you for reposting this. Praying.
Dutchman,
I just want to say I greatly appreciate your perspective all these years.
We are indeed fortunate to still have your invaluable participation in whatever form you can in the future.
Take care of yourself and we’ll see you as things start flowing from victory to victory.
Thank you for letting us know what’s happening; Praying for successful surgery and recovery process and wondering if with the latest AI inventions if there are huge updates for changing the sounds and tones of his voice once he gets the hang of it.
Dear Dutchman, prayers for blessings to pour out for you and your dear wife . . . God bless you!
Dutch, My grandfather had that and there were no devices early 70’s. They taught him to burp and speak like some of us do when drinking, but he didn’t care for it and just went with a method that was like a whisper. I had to look at him to understand when he wanted to show me something in his woodshop.
Good luck, get well.
God bless Dutchman!
I have been asking myself where you have been lately.
We need you on our side, fighting the good fight, my friend. Godspeed!
ICE, ICE Baby: Denver City Council Ends Car Theft Tracking System to Protect Illegal Immigrants
https://jonathanturley.org/2025/06/27/ice-ice-baby-denver-city-council-ends-car-theft-tracking-system-to-protect-illegal-immigrants/
“…That system resulted in the recovery of 170 stolen cars and 300 arrests. It is also credited with key evidence in the investigation of hit-and-run and murder cases.
However, it could also be used to assist ICE, and that is all that matters.”
Colorado is lost and will be for a while.
I have friends that left CA and went to CO, the decision being based on a health care provider availability and a new job.
They are looking to leave.
If they are conservatives, tell ’em we still have room in Montana…
if they’re not, tell ’em you’ve heard good things about Aurora …
/s
As conservative as they come.
Husband got immunity citizenship escaping communism and wife was permanently disabled in a horrible car crash after being rear-ended by an illegal alien. That’s why she has to be savvy about medical care.
She was a surgeon and lost the ability to even practice medicine due to her injuries.
Saw this. Can you imagine telling the Police Chief to “forget about” identifying stolen cars or robberies in progress because we don’t want to hurt the Illegal Alien’s feelings?!?!!?
At what point do politicians get prosecuted? I’m as serious as a heart attack.
just like Bass out in LA. they’re setting up their leadership to hold major cities in the event of civil war.
CAIR said they would eventually conquer America.
It’s been ongoing for 1400 years…..their success is a combined effort of zero and biden. JMHO.
This is quite discouraging and I believe Ranked Choice Voting is the biggest cause. Once again the Islam take over of the United States using our own system to do so.
“We will use your system to destroy your system” (paraphrasing) was a common slogan with Osama bin Laden and his cohorts.
The lawfare crowd also works that way. They just don’t use the slogan.
RCV is the biggest cause, i.e. cancer…
“It’s not over ’til the fat lady sings.”
I wonder if Mamdani and his crew are even aware of that – in the severe world for women they would inflict, there wouldn’t be any fat OR skinny lady singing, not seen at all, all in burkas – and totally not making ANY sound at all!
In this modern world in America we have where women have been asserting themselves for quite a while now, some putting it as wanting to be seen, not wanting to be invisible, how can a world where woman are not seen at all be even countenanced? If Mamdani and his crew are in charge, will “Sex In The City” be banned and what about Broadway? How can Broadway continue?
Mamdani won the primary but it isn’t over yet.
As a great and beloved New Yorker, Yogi Berra, said: “It ain’t over ’til it’s over.”
My money is on Andrew Cuomo.
Leftists are into self-immolation, once they run out of normal people to burn…
They hate life, period.
Even their own.
PS-
It won’t be “Sex in the City.”
It’ll be “Rape (Gangs) in the City.”
The biggest irony of the whole drama, why don’t they just end it all themselves and save themselves and us the misery?
As you said, they hate life. Well, if they feel that way so strongly, why don’t they visit Oregon and end (theirs and ours) suffering?
And many of us thought Obama was scary Seems Mamidani is linked to Obama Regime & Muslim Brotherhood
From what I can see, is this is what happens when too many people re running for one position, the votes get drastically split up.
https://x.com/kinthenorthwest/status/1938588548954722467
He has tapped into and perfected much of what Obama did.
Ranked choice voting should be outlawed within the United States.
Evidently they never heard of a siege. I hope that these commies get their just rewards.
We could encircle the leftist enclaves and as they come out deport the illrgals and offer their fifth column supporters two options: lose their voting privileges or emigrate to the countries they’ve been nefariously supporting.
Unlike them, no death and concentration camps.
THIS IS: One of the most shocking testimonies ever delivered in Congress in United States history.
“I state without reservation that the United States federal government under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is the world’s largest child sex trafficking organization in modern history.
The probability…that thousands of these children are being raped at this very moment is one hundred percent.”
“I served in the United States border patrol for twenty four years until I retired as a deputy patrol agent charged in San Diego sector.
I worked under five presidential administrations, and only one president secured the border President Donald Trump.”
“Border Patrol agents went from working and being supported by the greatest border president in American history… To the worst, president Joe Biden.
My last year in the board patrol was Joe Biden’s first year in office On his first day in office I watched in disbelief as ninety four executive orders cascaded down from Washington DC obliterating every immigration policy that had been provided the most secure border in America’s history.
Border agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders, and that violated every law in the Immigration Nationality Act President Biden, through Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorcus, created policy out of thin air, ignored federal immigration law and facilitated the largest mass invasion into America that the world has ever seen….
The United States of America will have spent hundreds of billions of dollars…in four years to fund the needs of over fifty million illegal aliens that populate our nation.
Between one in six and one in seven residents in America is an illegal alien.
America has suffered the greatest demographic shift in modern history.
After serving in the United States Border Patrol for twenty four years…
I state with complete certainty that Biden Harris and Myorkas are intentionally strategically, and purposely weaponizing illegal immigration and using it as a tool to fundamentally transform America.
Inside this invasion the unspoken evil of child trafficking and more specifically child sex trafficking has flourished. At the end of this current administration, the number of children traffic will have grown to over five hundred and fifty thousand unaccompanied alien children known as UACs.” Death penalty!!
https://x.com/real_robn/status/1937934338575978510?s=12
All of this was known – but am very glad it is now part of the official record.
The one thing I disagree with – Border agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders, and that violated every law in the Immigration Nationality Act.
Sorry – you shouldn’t ever follow unlawful orders for ANY reason. By doing so you are no better than those who issue the orders. Just ask those tried at Nuremberg. The same goes for the entire mRNA toxic injection process that is killing millions.
I know many will say, “but they had to provide for their families” – which is a nothing but a poor EXCUSE that changes nothing. Honorable men would rather dig ditches than be part of not only grossly illegal actions – but actions which would destroy their nation and subject untold numbers of children to sexual demonic abuse. It wasn’t only not apprehending illegal aliens – but actively being part of the processing and distribution of them, including those poor tortured souls “known as UACs.”
Much easier said than done.
No, for honorable men it’s far harder to NOT refuse to be a part of it…
I respectfully but vociferously disagree. People of Honor MUST act honorably.
What never seems discussed are the horrific future consequences of this depravity. These children will turn to heavy substance abuse, predatory behavior themselves, high percentages of prostitution, suicide – essentially, extremely broken lives. Satan laughs.
I disagree. Just as Christian revival is abroad in the land, there is hope and healing for the broken ones.
Wonder who said this?
I believe it, FJB!
Yet absolutely nothing did – or will – happen to the witch and her clan of demons.
I honestly think if Hillary was arrested she would absolutely rat everyone else out. Wish they would give it a shot.
I think just the threat of waterboarding will get her talking.
She most certainly would. I’ve never seen a bigger snitch by visual only in my life.
Just take away Killary’s wine and hot sauce and watch her squirm with withdrawals
She would squeal like the pig she is – but PDJT doesn’t want “a former SoS on trial” do to ‘optics.’ *spit*
I think that those who want to know do know who did what when, and what laws were broken by whom. Somewhere along the way our once trusted institutions have fallen into ruin and corruption. Six months into new administration, and no indictments of such as Comey, Mayorkas, Brennan.
Well, Sheol [Hades] is on standby. She’ll eventually come to account.
Not until they appear before the Righteous Judge.
And remember, between 2010 and 2012 while H. Clinton was Sec. State and using that illegal server, Chinese Intel eliminated 20-30 CIA agents/assets in China.

Thank goodness she majored in economics.
put her on the national ticketsend the idiot home. FIFYThe UK’s IC – plotters, prevaricators, and pompous propagandists who have wagged the global dog for centuries – have a spanking new leader fresh from the depths…
The newspaper said German archives showed Mr Dobrowolski was known as “The Butcher” or “Agent No 30” by Wehrmacht commanders.
Ms Metreweli’s grandfather also sent letters to superiors saying he “personally” took part “in the extermination of the Jews”, the newspaper said.
Guess they figured they needed someone with closer ties to Ukraine in order to better manipulate that quagmire.

Not just a Nazi spy chief but a NAZI BUTCHER WHO KILLED JEWS
EXCLUSIVE
In a plot twist worthy of John le Carré, we reveal the grandfather of the brilliant new head of MI6 was a Nazi spy chief
When Blaise Metreweli was announced as the next head of MI6 it was immediately apparent she had long been groomed for the top.
The woman set to become the first female spy chief in the agency’s 116-year history had all the right attributes.
Fiercely intelligent, Ms Metreweli had grown up abroad in a multilingual home and excelled at Cambridge – where she read anthropology at Pembroke College and was in the winning crew in the 1997 women’s Boat Race – before she graduated, and then… disappeared.
From the age of 22, her name was only mentioned in public when receiving honours ‘for services to British foreign policy’ and in a civil service notice documenting a bland economics posting to Dubai. Despite entering her 20s in the Wild West early days of social media, there is no trace of her online.
There are no loose-lipped acquaintances, either. Indeed, when the news broke of her appointment earlier this month, the most interesting thing contemporaries could say of her is that she still enjoyed rowing.
It seemed, then, that MI6 had done its job. Its legendary vetting services had succeeded in keeping a lid on everything about Ms Metreweli’s no doubt remarkable double life.
But there is one thing neither she nor the world’s most famous intelligence agency could control, the one thing that none of us get to choose – her family.
Archives in Germany reveal that the woman who from September will take charge of the nation’s secrets is the granddaughter of a notorious Nazi collaborator who spied and killed for Adolf Hitler’s Germany.
We can disclose that Ms Metreweli’s grandfather was Constantine Dobrowolski, a Ukrainian dubbed ‘The Butcher’ who defected from the Red Army to become the Fatherland’s chief informant in the region of Chernihiv in Ukraine.
While Ms Metreweli never met her paternal grandfather – who remained in Nazi-occupied Ukraine while the rest of his family fled the Soviet ‘liberation’ of the region in 1943 – his story does cast an awkward shadow over her impeccable career in MI5, MI6 and the Foreign Office.
Blaise Metreweli, just announced as the first female MI6 chief, grew up abroad in a multilingual home, excelled at Cambridge and then… disappeared
The Mail has unearthed hundreds of pages of documents held in archives in Freiburg, Germany, detailing the extraordinary – and blood-soaked – life and times of Dobrowolski which are themselves worthy of a spy thriller.
Known as ‘Agent No 30’ by Wehrmacht commanders, he had vowed revenge against the Russians ever since they slaughtered his noble land-owning family, plundered their estate and seized Ukraine after the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution.
The archives detail how the Soviets put a 50,000-rouble bounty – £200,000 in today’s money – on the head of the local spy chief they labelled ‘the worst enemy of the Ukrainian people’.
Within the files are handwritten letters from Ms Metreweli’s grandfather to Nazi superiors signed off ‘Heil Hitler’.
Shockingly, Dobrowolski boasted to German commanders of ‘personally’ taking part ‘in the extermination of the Jews’ and killing hundreds of Ukrainian resistance fighters. There are even accounts of him looting the bodies of Holocaust victims and laughing at the sexual assault of female prisoners.

Trump shook his hand…Macron hugged him…the West grovels at his feet….he had a 10 million dollar bounty on head for killing American troops in Iraq

Not the West, the commies, the statists, the collectivists.
Wait…what?
Absolutely insane of the Trump Admin!!!
The devil is in the details. If this action is dependent upon access to Iran’s nuclear sites for verification, that would put US eyes on the ground to verify the status of Iranian nuclear programs in a meaningful way.
That would be quite different than Obama’s approach of simply giving them pallets of cash.
Politics is a dirty business. Unfortunately you have to wade through shit to get to what you want on the other side.
Soozword, when did you begin posting here?
Tonight is the first post I have ever read from you.

Who is giving him these ideas? First the farm and hospitality illegals and now this?
This administration has said Iran should have access to nuclear energy. I have heard them say it often.
Why Iran needs nuclear when they export massive amounts of oil is another question.
Iran has oil.
Why do they have nuclear?
We 🇺🇸have oil- Lots of oil!
Why do we have nuclear?
🤔 🤔 🤷♀️ 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️ 🤔
Unlike Iran, our ability and access to our own oil is subject the current administration and state and federal agencies that thwart our production.
Iran does not have this issue, to say the least.
Edit to add one further thought.
What is the energy use per person in the USA compared to Iran?
What are the……

Hey, GOP: Senate Parliamentarian Isn’t Binding
“Important newsflash for the Senate GOP: the recommendations of the woke Senate parliamentarian, who is trying to ensure that absolutely no financial reform is enacted, are not binding.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune has said he’s not going to challenge the outrageous decisions of the Senate Parliamentarian, and no doubt he’d like you to believe there’s no option otherwise. That is simply untrue. There are multiple ways of overruling the unelected Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough’s decisions.
As voters, it’s very important we understand the legal realities of our system and not give our elected representatives a pass just because they claimed helplessness.”
https://pjmedia.com/catherinesalgado/2025/06/26/hey-gop-senate-parliamentarian-isnt-binding-n4941197
Someone earlier either hinted at it or said it out loud that Thune is using the Parliamentarian to wreck the BBB (on his behalf). He doesn’t have to get his hands dirty.
It may have been me.
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2025/06/26/president-trump-promotes-the-big-beautiful-bill-400pm-et-livestream/comment-page-1/#comment-11899572
I bet Mike Davis and Josh Hammer could recommend a couple of replacements should Thune change his mind.
The crappy part is that anybody who follows Senate Operations … Harry Reid through McConnell and Schumer knows that the Rules Committee ownership is key to doing anything NOT in the Constitution in the HOUSE (Pelosi) and SENATE.
i.e. The Parliamentarian, the “60 vote rule” and more.
ALL it takes is simply the WILL to do something.
Geee … and didn’t Thune “promise” in his Interview, last week, to have a BBB Vote by 4 July … Key Point … WORDS MATTER … Thune never said anything about what would left INSIDE the BBB once the vote occurs.
The Senate needs a “Trump.” That is, a majority leader that comes out of nowhere and turns the institution upside down. That which was is no more.
Obviously the Senate has a larger proportion of UniParty RINOs. They’ve been on parade up front and center for years.
Ever hear of John McCain, the maverick?
Much closer to home – the onslaught of AI centers and generic data centers on our (aging, vulnerable) electrical grid and strained clean water supplies.
Between 2024 and 2029, U.S. electricity demand is projected to grow at five times the rate predicted in 2022, according to power-sector consultancy Grid Strategies.
Meanwhile, power demand from AI data centers could grow more than thirtyfold by 2035, according to a new report by consultancy Deloitte.
That’s 30x the power we have today in just 10 years (and that estimate is likely low). WTH are they thinking with prices for electricity already growing rapidly and the electrical infrastructure unable to handle even the current demand properly? Even if they go to nuclear, there are still large construction delays and the additional fresh water demands for cooling.
Siting data centers has also been challenging because larger facilities require a lot of space and resources, and can face zoning obstacles or public opposition.
The executive orders could provide a solution to that by offering land managed by the Defense Department or Interior Department to project developers, the sources said.
So basically they are looking at taking OUR public lands and gifting them to billion dollar companies and allowing them to run roughshod over areas – including sucking the local water sources dry. Remember from past articles shared that with current technology, that a single center can require billions of gallons of fresh water a year for cooling – Gulag alone consumed 5.2 BILLION gallons of water for their data centers. This is likely the largest impact on we the people’s lives. (They MUST go to sealed closed loop cooling and/or refrigerant based systems with that kind of growth.)
The administration is also considering streamlining permitting for data centers by creating a nationwide Clean Water Act permit, rather than requiring companies to seek permits on a state-by-state basis, according to one of the sources.
Of course, another bypassing of protection of our water supply is their answer – mere peons don’t require any clean water at an affordable price – not even at any price.
What are they thinking? People like Thiel, and by extension J.D. Vance, are thinking they don’t give a large rat’s behind about what normal people are going to face when all of this comes to pass. They are going to get their control grid and that is what they care about. Due to energy costs and horrific demographic changes now underway most will live in something indistinguishable from the third world.
Note that the President just tasked Palantir, Thiel’s Company, with building an information and bio database for all Americans.
Is this why in the last year or so we had a random ob/gyn create a whole body deodorant and now all the mega corporations are following suit and marketing their own whole body deodorant. Did they know the day is coming when our showers will be rationed?
I personally don’t buy the fact that a ob/gyn came up with the concept AND how the massive amount of money to market and bring the product to market. Most doctors are just not that educated in any area other than their specialty. Just my personal opinion, something smells fishy about the whole new concept of the population now needing a whole body deodorant.
Discussing whole body deodorant…”something smells fishy”
Yeah, it’s the whole body deodorant people…take a bath already…maybe all those stray cats will stop following them around!
That explains this:

Yes, think it was a Microsoft (maybe Meta) AI center that’s going in which was paying for that.
Our electricity bill now features a “peak hour” charge. This month it hit $100 for ONE HOUR of electricity (at $12 per kwh).
Basically, our bill has almost doubled in a year. So, I did a bit of research and apparently, part of the cause is a huge Google data center that draws 389 megawatts, in comparison, all other commercial entities draw 390 megawatts combined. We are also paying for an abandoned nuclear facility.
Obviously, the peak hour occurs when most people are cooking dinner (in the summer).
Google refuses to negotiate on the price they are paying on their 15 yr contract. So, WE HAVE TO PAY for their usage.
The damn bill is going up by $20 or so dollars every month. It is outrageous. We replaced all the mechanicals, we are only two people. There is no way we use nearly $300 of electric power each month. NO WAY.
I am getting so angry about it.
The peak hour charge is nothing but a huge tax. How do they justify a jump from 12c per KWH to $12 per kwh?
Now the water is going to be an issue?
That data center is affecting rates across a good chunk of the Southeast, including areas that aren’t even connected to their grid in any way. Many areas have gone up 50% or more in the last 5 years from the effects of such centers.
Ah, they’re using the California playbook on energy costs. Your water company will get there. If you have a well, they will regulate it until they outlaw all new wells for homeowners.
My husband had his business on our property in California. It is an electricity and water dependent business. When we moved from California, our combined eletricity/water was close to $5000/month.
Our costs in Indiana for a facility 10x the size in CA is 1/4 the cost.
Do whatever you can to rein them in.
and I thought my utilities were nickel-and-diming me to the poor house!
Most of the water is returned to the source it’s extracted from, albeit warmer. That which doesn’t evaporate into the sky to be rained out elsewhere. Of significant concern is the heat added to the source upon its return.
The contaminates that it contains….
It DOESNT contain any 🙄

Trump win on national injunctions!
Court punts on birthright citizenship issue for now. 6-3. Majority opinion by Barrett, with concurrences.
Per Scotusblog:
At the end, the court says that the government’s applications to partially stay the district court’s preliminary injunctions “are granted, but only to the extent that the injunctions are broader than necessary to provide complete relief with respect to each plaintiff with standing to sue.”
The court instructs the district courts to “move expeditiously to ensure that, with respect to each plaintiff, the injunctions comport with this rule and otherwise comply with principles of equity.”
“Federal courts do not exercise general oversight of the Executive Branch; they resolve cases and controversies consistent with the authority Congress has given them. When a court concludes that the Executive Branch has acted unlawfully, the answer is not for the court to exceed its power, too.”
Barrett on Jackson’s dissent:
” We observe only this: JUSTICE JACKSON decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary.”
Ouch.
Thanks for posting Wethal. I’ve been posting over the last month that SCOTUS would have to rule against nationwide injunctions by lesser courts not just because of the Constitution but also to save the legitimacy of the entire judicial system. If they didn’t SCOTUS would have less authority than any district Court Judge who was shopped by leftists for the sake of their agenda.
Now SCOTUS, let’s get busy protecting the Constitution and common sense values….there is So Much to do!!
Read the end of the last sentence of the 1st Paragraph written by Justice Barret.
“…. with respect to each plaintiff with standing to sue.”
This last phrase is legally ambiguous.
Both sides can claim the illegals DO (lawfare) or DO NOT (the Government) have standing to sue. However, if taken in conjunction with previous rulings that each illegal must be given full due process …. this allows each an every case to proceed and gives the illegals standing in the US Courts.
The entire ruling still DID NOT directly stop Nationwide Injunctions from being declared.
A hollow victory at best and insult hurled back at Jackson for her public outburst last week .
I did. I interpret it as limiting injunctions to the named plaintiffs in each case who must establish standing.
The critical phrase is “each plaintiff”, which is not the same as each person potentially affected.
A plaintiff is the person who filed a case.
… or plaintiff = an entire “class” of persons or “groups” people defined in President Trump’s Executive Orders. This is nothing in this ruling that prevents these types of suits.
The next logical step and in fact some of the suits before the Federal Courts list GROUPS.
This is still not complete enough and also points out the lack of legislative support being given President Trump’s orders.
My comment still stands.
I am a little slow here so they can or cannot issue nationwide injunctions or only
in certain cases? and so for now they are stayed which means POTUS can continue
on with whatever?
This phrase is buried within the opinion, regarding the lower court nationwide injunctions …”likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts.”
This DOES not stop nationwide injunctions being declared in other cases.
All it means is that the administration will have to appeal EACH Injunction and hope the quislings on Supreme Court are feeling benevolent when they hear the appeal.
They can only issue injunctions as to the particular plaintiffs in each case.

This MUST happen!
This is just an observation regarding something that irks me – I see these beautiful pictures when I go to sign in on the computer and oftentimes I will click on the picture to find out more, such as a beautiful photo of the Tatra Mountains which run along the border of Poland and Slovakia – it says Tatra Mountains, Poland –
the thing that irks me is that the UNESCO “banner” is purportedly over the entire range, both sides, Poland and Slovakia. Isn’t that interfering with the sovereignty of nations to say that this or that is “under” UNESCO? So what does that mean, anyway? Are they going to protect it?
The incredible and anciently old Buddhas of Bamiyan along the Old Silk Road route were dynamited by the Taliban back in March of 2001. Apparently the fact that it was a “World Heritage Site” under UNESCO meant diddly.
The Galapagos Islands, which are PART of the nation of Ecuador were raided by fishing vessels from the CCP-PRC. UNESCO meant nothing to the CCP-PRC . . . nor did the fact that it was an invasion of Ecuador basically. Was that all right with the UN for the big old bully the CCP-PRC to go into the Galapagos Islands and raid the habitat?
Just making a note of this for future reference . . . it may come up!

The U.S. Supreme Court has issued a ruling in the case of Trump vs CASA, Inc. – this case was about two things – birthright citizenship and district courts issuing nationwide stays.
The lovely Amy Coney-Barrett wrote this ruling, which was 6-3 and ONLY covers the topic of district federal courts issuing nationwide stays. No- district courts cannot issue nationwide stays, under certain circumstances.
That song by the sheriff in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas comes to mind where there are a lot of words uttered and when he gets into his car the reporters all ask each other “what did he say?” I get accused by friends of being “wordy” where they scratch their heads wondering ‘what did I just say’ – Justice Barrett wins the gold medal in this category
here’s a link to the ruling, pdf format:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/24pdf/24a884_8n59.pdf
I am going to assume there will be some sort of ruling on the birthright thing, perhaps this may be one of the first two-part rulings ever issued?
my understanding is that they will not rule on the birthright thing. They said that issue is not before the court
SCOTUS does/will Not engage in explorative legal theory – they require the lower courts to do all that, and then they make the final determination based on the arguments presented.
The Court ducked the birthright issue for now. It only ruled on the procedural matter of the national injunction, and the substantive issue of citizenship would be resolved when the full case came up.
So the case goes back down with the stay only effective as to the actual plaintiffs in the case who have standing to sue.
At this point, the Government only asked for relief on the nationwide injunctions. I’m guessing they have a strategy to go after the birthright citizenship issue and this was just one step in that strategy. It’s going to be an uphill fight, so I’m sure they want to take their time and get it right as best they can.
I’ve wondered if the administration paired the nationwide injunctions issue with another one they wanted to win, but could wait on. I’ve also wondered if the Court took the case for the same reason, rather than the deportation or reductions-in-force cases.
Give Trump a win on injunctions, but no win (but not yet a loss) on citizenship.
It might appear at first to be wins for both sides, but Trump could later win on birthright.
Yes, went back and slowly re-read Barrett’s opinion.
The stays were too broad, can only cover the named plaintiffs that have standing, and she does do a good job in citing the historical creation of judicial stays and the limitations that must be embraced in order to not interfere in the authorities of the other branches of governments, so kind of a smack-down to the Lawfare move to use the district courts to stifle both the legislative and executive branches. So a good thing.
Looks like we have to wait until next term to see if the Supreme Court will take up the birthright issue.
I was surprised at first that Barrett got this case, but then read on Scotusblog that she used to teach civil procedure in law school.
When you accept the fact that ACB has been a statist her entire legal and judicial career, her opinion here makes perfect sense.
This was a case between the Branches of Government. But the same tree of state. She is merely opining in this instance upon which branch the fruit shall be chosen.
This was not a case about a substantive individual right under the Constitution, where her judicial philosophy can be quite dangerous to the citizen.
“can only cover the named plaintiffs that have standing”
Imagine that? As a layman, the first I had ever heard of (or, at least, payed attention to) that was in 2020… and I here I’ve been thinking all along that was a “thing” that applied across the board…
Nope. The plaintiffs will have to form a class action suit and eventually the appellate courts will have to thoroughly adjudicate and rule on the birthright citizenship question before it can be appealed to SCOTUS. I’m guessing this will be 2-3 years.
Agree; in the press conference going on right now, with President Trump, AG Bondi and others, she was asked about this and said she expects to have the birthright citizenship case before the court this coming October, when the Court opens for its next session.
The best part of Barrett’s opinion is when she publicly announced to the entire world that the court is aware that Justice Jackson is an idiot.
The SC has dodged the birthright issue for years. They are cowards about this one and cannot figure out a way to walk a fine line for both sides on it. They just don’t want to touch it, not just this court but just about every court since the law was tweaked into what it is today. Congress should change it but they won’t play with it either. They should at least narrow the scope of it down if nothing else.
Perhaps something like this could be proposed and passed:
Child born on U.S. soil gets limited citizenship when they turn 21 but no family members can be included nor get to stay here if the only reason is they birth a child here. The child stays with the parents in whatever country they live until 21. No services, no anything for anyone but that child when it turns adult age and only if they are adhering same the laws and qualifications as other citizens. The child gets no voting rights ever unless they go through the full naturalization process when they become adults. Anything like this would be welcome versus what’s there now.
The obvious solution is as you say for Congress to grow a pair and write a clarifying law. Whether what you propose or something different, just do their job.
I would go with something like this:
A child whose mother who is a US citizen and the mother resided in the US (or things like embassies, military bases, etc) within the last 5 years is a citizen regardless of location of birth.
A child born to a mother who is granted legal permanent residence status or becomes a US citizen is recognized as a citizen if they are under 18 and immigrate with their parents, or are subsequently born in the US.
I have no interest in chasing down paternity. Also if you are on a temporary visa, no citizenship.
It isn’t about them “growing a pair” !
It’s about US electing 70 Senators AND 300 Congressmen who are MAGA.
Until there are near SUPERmajorities in Both chambers, none of what we want will get done.
All they do is duck. Bunch of duckers.
So far there are rulings posted on 4 cases. the link to these are here:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/slipopinion/24
in addition to the earlier post, the other cases, so far, are:
Kennedy vs Braidwood Management, Inc. Kavanaugh wrote the majority opinion; ruling was 6-3. There was a lawsuit claiming that the new HHS Secretary Kennedy can’t just appoint people to the US Preventative Services Task Force, that those appointed have to go through the Advice and Consent of the Senate process. The court rules that those appointed are inferior officers so no, Senate confirmation is not needed.
FCC vs Consumer’s Research. Kagan wrote the majority opinion. Ruling was 6-3. This is about the universal service subsidy program that Congress set up to be run through the FCC for telecommunication carriers to contribute a percentage of their revenue to cover the costs of service for low income customers or areas that were too expensive for most carriers to provide service to. This lawsuit is about the fact the FCC put the process of determining the rates those carriers had to donate to an independent 3rd party and the lawsuit questioned the authority to put that process into the hands of a third party. The court held that the universal-service contribution scheme handed to the 3rd party does not violate the nondelegation doctrine.
Mahmoud vs Taylor. Alito wrote the majority opinion. Another 6-3 ruling. This is about the school district that let parents opt-out from having their children taught using the gay stuff (sorry, can’t keep up with that community’s abbreviations). The school district changed it’s opt-out policy because it couldn’t keep up with the high demand of parents opting out so eliminated that ability for the parents to opt-out their children, and so the parents sued. All this ruling does is to say that these parents are entitled to a preliminary injunction that will permit them to opt-out from the gay instruction stuff while the lawsuit proceeds.
This seems to fit in with what Wethal is saying about simply wanting to focus on district court injunctions, and not the issues behind the injunctions.
and the last 2 cases, one can be found on this link under the heading Free Speech Coalition vs Paxton, the other is under the subheading “Opinions relating to Orders” in the upper left hand corner of the link:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/slipopinion/24
Free Speech Coalition vs Paxton. Thomas wrote the majority opinion. Ruling is 6-3. This is the lawsuit by members of the porn industry against a law in Texas that was used to restrict sexual material from minors. The intro states ‘This Court has repeatedly held that States may rationally restrict minor’s access to sexual materials, but such restrictions must withstand strict scrutiny if it burdens adult’s access. The question before the court was “whether the court of appeals erred as a matter of law in applying rational-basis review to a law burdening adult’s access to protected speech, instead of strict-scrutiny as this Court and other circuits have consistently done.” Held – Texas law wins, because “it only incidentally burdens the protected speech of adults.”
the last case, under ‘Opinions relating to orders’ is Louisiana vs Callais – this is the redistricting case. The Supreme Court sent the case (it was combined with a separate lawsuit on the same topic in the same Louisiana court) back down to the lower circuit court. Thomas dissented from sending this case back saying that it is the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction to deal with redistricting challenges, and not the lower circuits job.
It is impossible to prove identity (or age) on the Internet without a digital ID. That’s where this is headed.
or perhaps a new way for parental control to be inputted into devices their children can get their hands on? At least until, yeah, digital ID becomes the norm.
How will this be enforced if the user has a vpn?
It won’t matter. There are too many workarounds for every possible block they could come up with. VPN, proxying, stealing or spoofing credit cards, etc. Eventually, the solution presented will be some form of biometric digital ID. Protecting the Children is just the hook to try and get everyone to agree how necessary it is.
Their blood will contain a unique digital ID marker that is universally recognized or ‘read’ by other smart buildings or devices, towers and satellites. I believe this is the real (as yet unstated) reason for all these “jabs.”
I really like this. Did he call it ‘future’.
“Progress”
Personally, I would title it “Dystopia”.
Looks like eastern North Carolina.
The corrupt Dim dominated politicians in much of North Carolina are destroying the state Dixie. From scorched earth solar farms to clusters of large scale data centers consuming enormous amounts of water and power, to the way they abandoned the people of Appalachia they have shown they don’t give a damn about man or nature – only their power and kickbacks (money).
I travel back and forth between the crystal coast and NE NC, those beautiful green fields with bountiful crops are all gone. There is nothing there except those solar panels, rows and rows for miles and miles. On highway 17. Then I started seeing those gigantic windmills being hauled in pieces to who knows where probably off the coast but I think they were nixed….not sure. They are NOT off the crystal coast so I have no idea where they were being hauled to.
It’s a shame about the destruction that’s been done and the loss of crop land. From beauty to ugly – the hand of darkness. The windmills are off the coast Dixie – Kitty Hawk and Wilmington areas…a considerable distance out. Such offshore windmills have been shown to be very bad for whales and is likely so far all sea creatures that use sound for navigation and calls.
https://eu.starnewsonline.com/story/news/local/2024/10/07/things-to-know-about-offshore-wind-farms-in-brunswick-county-nc-us/75304416007/
https://www.deq.nc.gov/energy-climate/offshore-wind-development
I was thinking Indiana.
I was called by activists pushing solar farm legislation in my area years back.
I gave them an earful.
I said it was the most ridiculous use of prime farming land I could think of and it was a highly inefficient way to produce energy unless they could figure out a way to make the sun shine 24/7/365.
They were denying food production to farm solar not to mention the heavy reliance on Chinese goods.
Madness.
Then there is the toxic waste involved after their lifespan or they become damaged, the effect upon animals, and the general blight on nature. The one that irks me the most is when they shop down forests to install either solar or wind farms “to save the planet.”
There is a lot of that (clearing land) going on too just off hwy 17. I always thought they are frying the land with those things. That 2-1/2 hour drive use to be so pretty and peaceful but it now looks like a sore on the land.
There’s a lot of land clearing going on in the mountains and foothills of Appalachia as well, where they clear cut large areas and leave them to wind and water erosion – large scarred wounds upon the land. They don’t even bother to plant new trees and in places simply leave scattered, unwanted remains of the forest laying about on the ground.
Strangely enough, while they were lining up the solar panels, they were also trying to diminish the sun. SMH.
You’re right. I had forgotten that component.
How many can sort of relate to this–

Don’t get me wrong for Glad I know and glad Sundance is around keeping us up to date.
I’ve always had suspicions but not enough imagination. The volume and depth of what has been exposed far exceeds anything I thought was possible and there are times when I would be more content not knowing. I sometimes envy democrats and their ability to chose to not to know things.
Once you start seeking the Truth, you cannot accept anything less and that requires exposing unpleasant facts.
Yep. Not too long ago we seemed well on our way to a future of Star Trek, then for some reason the powers that be decided to “punish us for our ancestor’s transgressions” some more and that bright color-blind future was gone.
True words, for me at least. Though, I gained clarity much too young; was around 16 I think. I’ve told the story before but when I became engaged in politics, domestic and world affairs in early high-school and subscribed to what I thought at the time were the “places to get info” on these things: Newsweek and U.S. News and World Report, I noticed that every single article and cover were always trashing American. Being born in ’82 and growing up the Reagan/Newt/G.I. Joe/Hulk Hogan years, it immediately short circuited my brain. I didn’t understand why these people would always want to frame their own nation as terrible in everything.
And thus my search for truth began.
Ahh, to be 12 again and live in the simple “Communism bad, America good” and “All Americans love American and are on the same team fighting to win” time would be bliss.
USSC levels district court judges. No nation wide injunctions. Proper avenue is by way of class action.
Major victory for PDJT.
So we’ll start seeing the judges alter their orders to class certification. I wonder how quickly the issue of whether these cases are appropriate for class actions reaches the Court.
I think that ball already started rolling in at least one recent case, right? And it was shot down by a higher court due to lawyers and/or judges not applying the right standard(s)?
That’s probably not gong to happen, there are very specific hurdles to clear for class actions and they are not easy. I expect a couple to try though
I want to see the legal notices that would have to be sent to all the potential class/sub-class members.
The fact that it was only a 6-3 decision and not 9-0 shows what a joke the entire judiciary has become.
And the 3 DEI hires stick together.
At least ACB finally did something right.
ACB basically told Jumanji Jackson she is dumb. Whoever formed that dissent for her sounds like a wokester(s) who people have been nodding their head to (so they don’t get accused of an “ism.”) Total garbage. Scary though that she is on the Supreme Court.
She is, imo, a DEI moron.
There is no victory UNLESS there is DIRECT Language stopping the injunctions from even being placed in OTHER CASES.
The term “likely” DOES NOT stop nation wide injunction in other cases PERIOD. The stay only impacts the case being appealed. That means the nation wide injunctions WILL continue and the Administration will have to APPEAL each one to get relief.
The ruling also gives standing to illegals to sue, a “standing” that DOES NOT exist.
The only meaningful (//sarc) words in this ruling is Jackson-Brown received an official insult for her insult last week.
Well maybe, hopefully, Trump will use the ruling to ignore any nationwide injunctions issued in the future.
Supreme Court opinions have national application, They are setting precedent.
The DOJ will no doubt immediately file motions to limit injunctions in all pending cases in accordance with the Court. The district courts must follow this ruling.
The Court does not have to put in direct language. This was a precedential opinion, not a memorandum opinion (memorandum opinions only apply to the parties involved).
“Likely”? Isn’t it their job to decide either way… not maybe or maybe not?
Parent win in Mahmoud v. Taylor (LGBTQ storybooks in elementary school). 6-3. Alito for the Court.
The court first holds that the parents are likely to succeed on their claim that the policy of not allowing opt-outs unconstitutionally burdens their exercise of their religion.
“We have long recognized,” Alito writes, “the rights of parents to direct ‘the religious upbringing’ of their children. And we have held that those rights are violated by government policies that substantially interfere with the religious development of children.”
Based on the record before us, the court says, the Board’s introduction of the LGBTQ-themed storybooks and the failure to provide notice and opt-out options for parents meets that test: it does interfere with the children’s religious development and imposes a burden on religious exercise.
The court rejects the Fourth Circuit’s suggestion that the record in the case was too thin to show a burden on the parents’ religious exercise.
At the end, the court says that while the case moves forward in the lower courts — “until all appellate review in this case is completed, the Board should be ordered to notify them in advance whenever one of the books in question or any other similar book is to be used in any way and to allow them to have their children excused from that instruction.”
Back down to lower court for full hearings. Parents can opt out in the meantime.

TY Indian—Confusing
For several decades I’ve looked into it and did have some articles on it showing the various arguments from Noted Judicial Legal scholars for both sides of the argument.. Seems its been an issue for over a century now.. Like the many of the Judicial Scholars, I would love to see it put to rest by SCOTUS. I might not agree, but at least it will be done.

Louisiana v. Callais, a congressional redistricting case, will be re-argued next term. So no opinion today.
That would bring its ruling close to the 2026 election. Interesting. What will the district lines be for the election, then? Hmm.

Many many of the Iranian (Persian) people are terrific. But pushing “Iran” unless and until there is a very different government, not one ruled by jihadist mullahs, is getting tiresome.
Visas for Americans to Iran still are fairly restrictive. Among other things, wandering around on one’s own outside of an approved tour group is not generally permitted. And don’t have an Israeli stamp on your passport.

I still remember what happened to Otto Warmbier. I would not choose North Korea for a vacation spot.
That is exactly what President Trump wanted for NK beck in his 1st term.
Also, I noticed that Putin said Russia would reduce defense spending. Perhaps this is a prelude to Russia joining NATO. They’re spending too much compared with the other members!
“I deeply respect the current US President. There were hardships along the way on his return to the White House. He is a courageous man who survived two assassination attempts.
What he is doing in his own country, his efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East and in Ukraine – we value that a lot.”
What Mr Rutte could have said earlier this week, if he weren’t a degenerate European toady.

Saw this video on Instagram — tour of large cargo plane
“Meet C-5M Super Galaxy — the true heavyweight champion of the skies.
Built by Lockheed Martin, this giant military transporter is designed for the toughest missions.
With a wingspan of 67.9 meters, a length of 75.3 meters, and a height of 19.8 meters, it’s one of the largest aircraft in the world.”😮✈️

If it were true, it would only further reinforce the insanity of the group. “Major cities” don’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of holding out if such an event were to happen (which I see as at a greatly reduced probability for the next several years). A simple blockade for a few weeks would bring them to their knees as they are wholly incapable of even the most basic of necessities for life.
The communist’s interview though is telling in other ways (yes communist).
The UK becomes more totalitarian by the day. WTH are they considered an ally and why are we in a defense pact with them?
RESPECT ORDERS – You don’t need to break the law to be criminalised in Britain. You just need to annoy the wrong person.
The government is pushing through something called a Respect Order, part of the new Crime and Policing Bill now moving through Parliament.
Respect Orders are civil, not criminal, so they don’t require a jury or criminal standard of proof. Just someone saying you’re causing a nuisance, even online!
If someone complains, that you’re too loud, too disruptive, too opinionated, you can be banned from:
All without ever being charged with a crime. And if you break the order?
well … that’s a crime. You could be fined, arrested, or jailed for up to two years.
It’s pre-crime policing and It’s about control, not safety. It’s a ban on dissent
My goodness what a bang smack up morning it has been! Congratulations to the Trump administration for their hard work and execution of everything from SC cases to ending wars and nuclear proliferation. It’s been quite a week and America is better for all of it. There is also some good evidence of how hard the DOJ is working and hopefully people give them continued patience and chances to get more done.
All thanks and praise to our God for watching over His children and listening to our prayers to guide us in the right directions. All of us who believe in Jesus Christ saw His hand reaching out to us all and giving us His blessing and approval, giving us leaders who also follow Jesus Christ. I think we have done some things right and good for a change. Thank you Lord Jesus.
Very interesting information coming out of Japan.
They have terminated the mandatory vaccine schedule for children.
SID’s, sudden infant deaths, disappeared.
Video with Dr. Pierre Kory within the article.
https://slaynews.com/news/japan-ends-mandatory-child-vaccines-sudden-infant-deaths-disappear/
It ought to be the case that a pediatrician’s practice SHALL be held strictly liable for SIDS among its vaccinated patients so long as they post the policy that ONLY patients who get the full childhood vaccine schedule MAY be admitted to the practice.
Levy that liability now, and let the world discover in a year or two that SIDS is strictly correlated to vaccination.

Today a number of SCOTUS decisions came down. Here is the stupidity of the DEI hire…
I know that the vast majority of you here are not interested in AARP or the vaxes they recommend to the senior crowd, but it is not bad info to have in your back pocket when you visit your doctor’s because we know the vast majority will push it because they get paid enormously for dosing you.
8 Vaccines You Need After 50 — and 1 to Consider

I personally like to keep up with what AARP is telling people which is why I signed up to receive their updates via email.
Personally, I wouldn’t take a single toxin on their list – or anyone else’s (and yes, out of curiosity I did scan them).
I note their “chyron” was about an Alphabet Soup person, keeping with their woke, far left leanings.
The Vaccine is main reason I fear doctors or any other type of surgeries.
You want to change the VAX, your choice however looking like VAXED people are dying all over the place, faster then with COVID.
DHS just announced Haitians lose their temporary protected status and are notified they must return. Apparently this was determined by a study saying conditions have improved there. I doubt much but…..
Now just imagine the left coming up with a narrative that NO, the county is still a s__t hole, it’s deplorable, conditions really suck down there, they can’t go back to that. They are too stupid to realize that if they try this, it proves PDJT was right years ago.
If this is legit the democrats will be going ballistic .
