Have you heard of the new master person index number being assigned right now to current State Medicaid recipients? This number will be shared with many other government agencies, Department of Health, Welfare Departments, Motor vehicles, the list is currently at 7 different agencies, but it is growing. Once current recipients of welfare are assigned this number they will start assigning prior welfare recipients these numbers. You cannot opt out either.

I get several calls a week on my home phone and at my place of employment trying to “help me get medicare/medicaid benefits” they ALL have foreign accents, or speak broken English, when I am at the office and tell them they have called a business, not an individual person, they hang up on me. It was clear that this is a large network of callers calling from a list of phone numbers that had little or no demographic info tied to it. I strongly suspect they offer people “help” in getting benefits from medicaid/medicare and then the money is directed to fraudsters.

Exactly this. The corruption of the system has grown over time because there is no substantial “pruning” or “weeding” of the overgrowth of unqualified judges, a problem made worse by DEI. Congress may have to confirm appointments but with it also being corrupt that is obviously not an effective check.
I’d add the law itself has grown in complexity and rests on shaky precedents. But the system only seeks more power for itself while the high-powered law offices make bank off of justice that is delayed and/or denied. It places itself above ordinary people’s needs, seemingly as out of touch and unaffordable as government’s other rackets such as housing, education and healthcare (sic). SSA is used to perform multiple levels of fraud at state and local level. If their SSN is listed as active in a database search, California will enroll in subsidized housing, EBT, food stamps, Medicaid* (*prior to last year when they let everyone in), unemployment benefits, and the list goes on and on.
Julie Su was in charge of the EDD during COVID. She sent out payments for Ca unemployment to ineligible people outside the state and country, as well as prisons. How many of the 50,000 employees of the SSA have security clearances to view individuals personal records? Pick up the phone and call them. The person on the other end of the phone will have your life’s financial history at their finger tips in seconds. Entry level SF 171 form employees can get those jobs. Why are the courts inserting themselves in Presidential authorities?
Security clearances are not required when you are accessing PPI (Personally Identifiable Information). This is a completely different information. It does require stringent protection, but does not fall under classified information guidelines.
Because the court system is corrupt like many other parts of system. Take the social security system, the voting system, the education system, the taxation system, just to name a few, for instance.
There are many systems full of grift and malfeasance.

I do not work for the Social Security Administration but I know a lot about the programs they administer. One program that is being abused is Supplemental Security Income (SSI). This is basically federal welfare. You qualify for Social Security (SS) income when you have worked and paid into SS for 10 years. If you do not have 10 qualifying years paid into Social Security, you could qualify for SSI if you are aged (65 or older) or disabled.
Blue States use their State Disability Offices to declare Welfare Recipient whose youngest child is aging out (over 18 or 18 and graduated) of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) disabled. Since they have sat on welfare (TANF) for 18 to 25 years (depending on how many kids they have had) they have no work history. They actually have social workers that help coach them on how to start building a disability medical case (physical or mental). Then they transition them from TANF to SSI.
The other thing happening is the elderly Chinese coming into the County legally immediately go onto SSI. They do not have to prove that had no assets in China. The reason they come here is because in China the government has an elder right law that requires the children of the elder parent to physically and financially care for them or suffer public shaming and a decrease in their social credit score. Often time these elders come into the United States with $9000, immediately go on SSI, apply for Food Assistance and with SSI comes categorically needy medical. Meaning it covers everything with no premiums or co-pays. It is the best medical that tax payers pay for. They also go to the front of the line for housing assistance. They then go back to China once a year for about a month and they each come back with a $9000.
They are supposed to start the naturalization or citizenship process and they have 7 years to get this done, however, they often get a couple years extension if they don’t do anything. They usually die on the program never having become a citizen.
We need to demand SSI not be made available to foreign legal or illegal citizens unless they have met the 10 year work requirements at the very least.
Yes THIS is the kind of SS/Welfare (legal) corruption that needs to stop. It’s heartless to say, but they shouldn’t be allowed to emigrate here. Let them and their adult children get so fed up and teed off that they attack and overrun the government, and cut off the heavy hand that forces them into that position. That’s how we did it.
It is NOT our duty to be THE safety net for the entire second & third worlds.
In my opinion, SSI and SSDI have been ripe for fraud for quite some time. In the medical space, MedicAid is a plum too, as a payor of last resort. In my state, qualifying also triggers payment of an elder’s Medicare premium in part or whole.
In general, public assistance programs attract such behaviors from their inception. I remember the welfare Cadillacs of the 1960’s well.
As I often post, changing the moral and spiritual fiber of the Republic is the long term job, else humans will continue to do what humans do. We need only to look at the matrix of our elected officials and humans in authority to see what morals and ideology rules the culture. It’s a great canary.

Maybe DOGE can find out who has been getting my 100% SSDI {including Medicare} that I had since 2000, but was entirely cutoff by Obama when I changed political parties {online} to vote in the ’16 FL primaries.
SS owes me 9 years of back pay…
To say nothing of the pain and suffering I have endured since then.
I was forced to take early, at 62, two years ago, and it is way less $$ than disability, and I have had zero medical for the last 9 years.
So, if I may seem to lean a tad towards an anti Federal Government bias in my opinions…

If the social security system has never been audited, there is likely significant fraud of twenty to forty percent. Since there is such a large pot of money US entitlements are a target for fraudsters. DOGE can make real headway here, as well as in Medicaid and Medicare just by making sure the money is not going to obvious junk, like SS payments going out of the country or simply checking for living citizens getting the payments. Illegal aliens should not be getting public dollars. That would be a good start.
Any significant cuts must be made to SS/Medicare/Medicaid. This is why I don’t take the eye doctor Rand and his butt buddy Massie seriously because they never call to make significant cuts to these. They’ll chicken out knowing their constituents will want to hang them.
DOGE must find and be able to prove the fraud/waste in these areas. This is of vital importance or they’ll be a failure.

Plagiarism seems to be a theme with the underachievers who are promoted beyond their abilities. Somebody with the necessary skills should audit her publications for originality or to reveal cut-and-paste scholarship. When she wore the cowrie shell necklace over her judge’s robes during the inauguration, it was to make a statement. Cowrie shells were worn by enslaved Africans as a form of protection against the evil that awaited them in the Americas, according to the Smithsonian. She might have been better suited to musicals than to being a Supreme Court judge.
Were the other justices discreetly MOCKING KBJ by having her write the unanimous decision?…since KBJ is obviously a DEI appointment to the court!
