DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced today, the wife and five children of Mohamed Sabry Soliman have been taken into custody by ICE agents for questioning and may face deportation. Soliman, 45, is an illegal alien from Egypt and is charged with 16 counts of attempted first-degree murder after a brutal attack on Sunday in Boulder, Colorado. He attacked a group of pro-Israeli demonstrators with a “makeshift flamethrower” and Molotov cocktails.

What does “MAY” deport them actually mean? Send them back to where they came from…Egypt is not a country on the dangerous list-is it?
Any illegal alien, no matter if adult or child that comes under custody of ICE, HSI, CBP or even USCIS that is deemed a terrorist or providing support to a terrorist or no criminal charge is removable from the US. They will be given “due process” but under immigration court and possibly allowed to file for some form of relief, BUT, being charged as a “T” is a one way ticket to Egypt.
Children usually treated as “riders” or dependents of their parent’s immigration relief.
They broke the law, numerous times, and attacked innocent defenseless people. I support the rights of the victims and uphold our US Constitution.
