Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He is making massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in the country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This term, he is weeding them out faster.
The purpose of President Trump is plainly visible and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the healthy distrust of government and men with too much power held by our founders. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum on day 135 of the 2nd term of this very stable genius in the history of the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2025.

One chuckles when hearing them groan about stepping over fentanyl addicted individuals, or garbage strewn sidewalks, and witnessing their collective idealism implode.
Just this last weekend we were in an old mining town on Vancouver Island, one that has been “ discovered”.
We had a great lunch in an old original mining hotel, where we came across an older man ( 80ish) that was maudlin and drinking beer.
He had been in the town for fifty years, and was saddened at what had become of the town.
We left him smiling, we will be back that way in a week or two and will look for him. ( One doubts that will be too difficult)
Interestingly and is often the case, the apparently well to do crowd that frequent the place, are a miserable looking lot.
Which is likely because they have no identity, and little soul.
It is comforting to be trying to get closer to God..

So, it appears Zelenskyy gave the go ahead to attack parked Russian nuclear capable bombers without informing @realDonaldTrump (if true that our President was not consulted nor informed, this isn’t simply a breach of protocol.
It’s a geopolitical insult and a warning sign. If Ukraine is willing to conduct strikes with strategic consequences without notifying the White House, we are no longer allies with coordination issues—we are co-belligerents flying blind).
Also given Senator “warmonger” Lindsey Graham’s and Senator “Da Nang Dick” Blumenthal’s recent visit, this attack could appear as though it was sanctioned.
I pray the Russians have better intelligence than that. IMHO, these two don’t have the sense or common sense to pull something like this off (there will have to be denials though).
FYI, Those bombers that were hit HAVE to be out in full view due to nuclear treaty obligations.
Zelenskyy took advantage of that. For instance, they appear to have hidden the drones in containers and were driven on trucks near the airbase.
Smart use of deception (see photos below). However, imagine any one of our big bomber bases having the exact same thing done to them.
Very costly U.S. Strategic Bombers can be taken out in the same way by anyone with access to inexpensive drones, delivery trucks, explosives, and a bit of technical knowledge (not good and new tactics will now have to be developed).
People, and especially world leaders, need to realize the global implications to such an operation as Ukraine just pulled off. Russia will respond.
Action, reaction, counteraction.
Those are the shifting tides of warfare. This wasn’t a bold action, it was brash.
Ukraine’s short-term win could be the world’s long-term loss.
Despite what is a complete mess right now in Europe, there are still solutions to achieving peace. They are narrowing however and time, as it often does, becomes an enemy instead of a useful friend.

Putin has no incentive to end the Ukraine War.
The longer the war goes on the more Ukrainians he can kill and the more refugees he can force out of the region.
Strategically, the Russians have every incentive to slaughter as many Ukrainians as possible and to keep this war going indefinitely. They view a NATO-aligned Ukraine as an existential threat.

More sanctions are unlikely to do much to the Russians. They have massive natural resources and they have shown themselves to be more than willing to suffer in order to attain the international respect they feel they deserve.
The Russians want to be sovereign and they view Ukraine as a historically and culturally integral part of their national identity that was stripped away and weaponized by the meddlesome and tyrannical West.
I do not see the Russians folding in this scenario. Nothing short of arming Ukraine with nuclear weapons or filling it with American combat troops (neither is likely to happen) could force the Russians to stop fighting.
And the longer this goes on, the worse it is for NATO and the United States.
All of the combined might of the liberal democracies has so far been unable to bring the Russians to heel.
It is bad for us to keep this conflict going. Americans and Europeans do not want to die for Ukraine and we do not want to drop nuclear warheads on the Russians (“sensible” foreign policy “experts” in DC excepted).
The Russians obviously view continuing the war as a great investment in consuming Ukrainian lives and western military gear.

Trump had better start showing some leadership on the Ukraine issue, because he is rapidly losing control of that situation. All he needs to do is walk away from Ukraine, meaning no more money, weapons or intelligence sharing for them. He does not need to broker a peace settlement. This really should be easy. Instead, Trump has dithered, which makes him look indecisive and weak. Lindsey Graham can clearly smell Trump’s weakness, because he has been growing bolder and more aggressive about filling Trump’s leadership vacuum. His “bone crunching sanctions packages with the support of 83 senators” isn’t a warning to Russia, it’s a warning to Trump because those sanctions will crush the US economy and Trump’s presidency along with it. Graham’s latest stunt in Ukraine – he was clearly involved somehow in Ukraine’s drone attack on Russia’s strategic bomber fleet – was a brazen usurpation of foreign policy, as well as a direct undermining both of Trump’s intentions and the mandate for ending US involvement in Ukraine that We the People gave him. Trump needs to start playing hardball and learn to be ruthless with his adversaries. He should start by opening an investigation into Graham. I have no doubt that an investigator wouldn’t have to look too hard to find all kinds of skeletons in that sodomite’s closet that could end his political career or even land him in prison. And yes, Trump is very weak on this issue. It’s clear to me now that he doesn’t really understand why the conflict is happening and that he really has no clue how to proceed. I suspect his earlier confidence that he could resolve the conflict quickly was based on a false understanding of the state of affairs in Russia. I think he believed the Neocon bullshit about Russia taking massive casualties and having an economy that was on the brink of collapse. I think Trump thought he could offer sanctions relieve to the Russians in exchange for concessions and a peace agreement from them. He has gradually begun to realize that he has no such leverage over Russia, and now he doesn’t know how to get out of the conflict in a way that he feels could plausibly be spun as a win for America. If this is how he’s thinking, he’s wrong. It would be a win for America just to walk away from the conflict because the war is nothing but a drain on our resources and a source of potential existential risk. Making that go away would be an unalloyed good for America relative to continuing with the conflict to the bitter end.
