When you think about the office of the president and all of the functions that are required therein, against the backdrop of Joe Biden being mentally incapable of understanding complex decisions, it does make you wonder what else this “autopen” scandal could encompass.
My biggest question pertains to the Ukraine-Russia conflict that broke out in Biden’s second year, February 24, 2022. There were a lot of presidential powers flexed in the aftermath of Russia entering Ukraine including all of the sequential sanctions applied by the U.S. that required Biden’s authorization and signature.
Amid all of those presidential directives, we must also consider the CIA and Pentagon were immediately authorized to stand up operations in support of Ukraine. When the President issues a directive authorizing the Central Intelligence Agency to conduct an operation, the president signs a “finding memo.” Was that finding memo process also one of the uses for the non-Biden-dependent autopen?

I’m not sure how any review of the Biden “autopen” use could be successfully investigated or reviewed other than through the use of a special counsel from outside the DOJ. Certainly, Ed Martin is beginning to look into the issue, and he does have presidential authority within his appointment as lead of the ‘weaponization working group.’ However, it would seem that Martin would need specific charging instructions to take the investigation into what would likely be a very complicated dynamic.

When you go to the bank to have a document notarized, that notary keeps a log of EVERY single time her notary stamp is used. It lists the date, time, who it is for, what the document was, etc. Surely, if this is required of a notary, of which there are millions, then surely they keep a log/list of every time the president’s autopen is used…right??? RIGHT??? Who used it, what it was used for, what document was being signed, etc.

The Autopen issue is significant enough in its own right, but it is not the whole story. When some underling uses the machine while Biden is laying unconscious on a beach during one of his many vacations (which accounted for about 40% of his four years in office), that is a good indication he may have known nothing about the document being signed, or even about the issue the document addressed.
But what about the ones he did sign? His handlers might have been able to juice him up sufficiently to look somewhat in control of himself for a public event, or at least for the first hour of it, what about when he wasn’t juiced up and was out of the public eye and then they stick a document in front of him to sign, while someone is holding his ice cream cone just out of reach? He might have been just enough with it to make his mark on the line they were pointing to, but did he know what he was signing? It has been pointed out that the policy positions put into action while he was President were almost universally and markedly at odds with the positions he took while still sentient as a Senator and even as VP. So whose positions were they really? Were they his or those of his handlers?
The legitimacy of every Presidential document signed and action taken while he was in office is in question, whether or not an Autopen was involved.

I doubt Biden made a single decision of any consequence in the whole four years, beyond what ice cream he was going have that day, or what pudding on Thursday. Apart from signings for the benefit of the camera, he probably didn’t sign anything. The Autopen was likely operating very early on.
Yeah, that was a man who spent his whole adult life dreaming about that day, and then when he got there he had no idea what was going on. I agree the Autopen was likely used very early on.
Doing so would ensure 2 things: (1) The DC apparatus would go into insane convulsions; and who knows what the crazies would do? (2) With terrifying exact precision, Gaetz would prosecute the case. The problem I have with all the scams and scandals is that if nothing is done about all the vote fraud (including registration fraud, ID fraud, ballot fraud,voting fraud, mail fraud, counting fraud, lawfare and judicial fraud, and other forms of fraud, any prosecutions of corruption and reforms will be very be very short lived.

State by State, the Voter Rolls are the core problem. After decades of never paying close attention, the USA’s state by state Voter Rolls are inaccurate in every state except perhaps Florida and a few others.
You can see from the Social Security database that there is no effort to maintain a clean database of accurate records only, if there is political favor to be gained from an INACCURATE database.
We need a do-over Voter Roll Jubilee, nationwide. Assume the voter rolls are all weighted toward the Uniparty. Do not compromise on downstream measures yet. The attention needs to focus on the Voter Rolls.

There is a simple solution.
The deadline for registration is about a month before the election. During that month, each county, ideally, updates and finalizes the roll. They then PRINT the voter roll for each precinct.
If your name is not on the roll, you can’t vote there. Paper voter rolls and paper ballots hand-counted is the elegant solution. The fact that it would work is why it is opposed.
Never going to happen. The lawfare apparatus, including a whole team of judges willing to block any such directive. They like it where it is, and will fight to the end to keep it that way.

Seems to me any use of the autopen should require a password and 2 step authentication, like every website we log in to. Look up who was verified and you got your fraudster or conspiracy group.
If no verification or record, that is a scandal and possibly illegal in itself.
Simply reverse the memo. Stop providing any military assistance of any kind. Everyone out. The party is over.
In my experience, the validity of an autopen “signature” depends on the context provided by the supporting documents associated with it.
I’ve often used autopen to sign contracts or other documents but ALWAYS there is an accompanying cover letter from my realtor or attorney with some form of explanation about what the document’s purpose and who it should be sent to after signing.
I feel pretty confident that if I was presented with a document that purportedly had my auto signature but I had no memory of signing it and the presenter could provide me with no supporting documents showing that I had signed it, those documents would not be valid in a court of law because ANYONE might have signed my name!
The same holds true with the slew of Biden “autosignatures.” There can be no reason that isn’t corrupt that a president of the United States would use autopen, either for executive orders, signing/vetoing bills or presidential pardons!
Signing another’s name without permission and using it is forgery, plain and simple. Impersonating a federal officer is also an offense. There are likely many more violations, as well. Prosecutions here are mandatory for the integrity of the nation.
I’d like to see the signatures on certain documents to determine if they are autopen. Anyone know where I can find them? Specifically I am interested in the nomination of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. If nominated by autopen, I think she should be removed from SCOTUS.
