Supposedly, it was planted by a DC Police Officer. The FBI has multiple videos and the geolocation/metadata of the devices of this person.
The FBI tried to claim that the data from the three cell providers was corrupted, which hindered them from identifying the person. But all three cell phone providers responded to Congress that they still have all of the data and it is not corrupted.
So this one is pretty much a slam dunk. In fact, all three are a slam dunk. All are already known.
I was guessing that since law enforcement sat comfortably in their vehicles only a few yards from the devices after they were discovered and let children walk past at that same distance, that law enforcement was in on it.

My hope for #3 is that the intent is to gain leverage over Chief Justice John Roberts. Roberts has been a huge disappointment to conservatives and it now looks like he has been scheming against Trump behind the scenes.
Being the Chief Justice, there is no doubt that he was briefed on who the leaker was. Supposedly it was Sheldon Snook, who was the special assistant to John Roberts. Sheldon Snook also happens to be the husband of Mary McCord. Shortly after the investigation was closed, Sheldon Snook was removed from his job (all well documented by Sundance).
If this is the case, then Roberts is guilty of a cover-up. Perhaps we can get to the point where Justice Roberts is forced to resign from the court, giving Trump the opportunity to select his 4th appointment to the Supreme Court.

How about a series of one on one, recorded interviews of individual agents and leaders in which they reveal what they know, and is o doing declare their principles, whereby if they show allegiance to the constitution, they might get to keep their job as opposed to being charges with being complicit to Treason or whatever crimes were obviously committed.
And if this cannot be done, then how about eliminating the whole Bureau, or at least starting with all new people, hired from scratch based on hard evidence of selfless service that demonstrate an allegiance to the Constitution rather than the bureaucracy.
Can Kash and Dan not see that this response to “get right on these issues” actually makes them look worse? Looks like a Derp state response to me.

Things of more interest than the three things he listed.
1.) Covid-19- Who was authorizing and funding gain of function research and why? Why was the vaccine pushed as everyone must get it, and other treatments and natural immunity no longer work? Why did ACB greenlight IU to force vaccinations on students, that greenlighted every other organization to follow suit? Students have no standing, nor do citizens or states- according to Justice Pee Wee Herman. Were payments or threats made so that evidence was not to be presented? Was the pandemic a plandemic- part of the plot to seal the steal and enable mail-in voting? How are politicians getting wealthy so fast? Were they suddenly invested in particular pharma? Follow the money.
2.) 2020 Election Fraud
Look at the evidence that the courts refused to. Investigate the investigators who claimed there was none, when no investigations were conducted. Who opened the magnetic locks on the Capitol doors on J6 and who gave the order? Why did Pelosi have her daughters filming that day? What did McConnell know and when did he know it- and why was his Chi com-commie wife the first to announce her resignation from the cabinet following the mostly peaceful protest? How did Liz Cheney become so wealthy so fast- who was buttering her bread? Why were the members that were selected, selected for the Railroad Trump and Mainline America Committee- by she who had her cameras ready that day? Why did VP Pence invoke emergency rules preventing evidence from being presented that day?
3.) Auto-Pen
It appears to the average Joe, not Morning Joke or Joke Tapper, that the Presidency was not only on auto-pilot only recently but that Puddin’ Brain was Puddin’ Brain during the campaign as well, going off-script to challenge someone asking an actual question to a push-up contest. We do not have to be certified doctors to recognize senility. Or observing the wrinkled skin on his forehead as he struggled to find a word to articulate a thought that had constipated his
brain. Who was buttering the propaganda machine commonly referred to as journalists and reporters? Come on man! Follow the money. Treason has been committed and you are fixated on some cocaine?
America wants to know three things.

For someone who took Rush’s spot in many broadcast regions, Dan Bongino must certainly know what interests citizens most.

I trust these two to get the job done but I would rather give them time to get together a team THEY trust to do thorough enough investigation to actually get convictions. They cannot possibly do all the investigations by themselves so they have to have a team. Finding that team takes time. If a year from now there still aren’t any solid convictions then maybe then we can start raising hell. You can bet the crooks tracks are well covered and uncovering them will take a good team. You are a very generous person – much more so than the rest of here. These people have had plenty of time to get their act (whatever that is) together. They were recommended by POTUS, had to go through interviews with the corrupt Congress. After being appointed they had to get their office squared away, get a phone, a computer, etc. These things apparently take time. Anybody who might have been a good team member has passed away by now and they have to start over. Are you serious about giving them a year? Many of us, if appointed to their position, would already have started figuring out who did what and lining them up for prosecution.
You would think the people Trump appointed to these positions would have already been well versed in the mind boggling corruption that has taken place over the last 8 years .

I wouldn’t have ended this piece with the single paragraph, “Priorities.” Because I really think that this naturally gives the wrong impression.

In both cases, however, there is always the Constitutional matter of “presumed innocent.” For this reason, there are fundamental limits as to what they can disclose, absent a now-unsealed (heretofore, “secret …”) Grand Jury indictment. Specifically, they cannot(!) “insinuate.” Their mouths are (intentionally) muzzled.
Here we see two different groups, taking two different approaches. We need to recognize the enormity of their “thankless task.” And, of course without compromising public accountability, maybe cut them a wee bit of slack. Because: Were I in their respective positions (no, thanks!!), I would have understood, and perhaps used, either or maybe both strategies.
Mike , your “They can’t talk about it ” argument is ridiculous . Nobody is asking anybody to talk about it , people want to know why there hasn’t been dozens of indictments already , indictments should be ongoing and should have started months ago.
We expect perp walks because there are hundred’s of cases that we have more evidence than we could ever use on but STILL NOTHING !!. NOBODY EXPECTS THEM TO TALK ABOUT IT , people expect to hear about arrests on a daily basis . The left is about to launch a countrywide attack very soon , what happened to prosecuting the people funding them . Law and order administration my a_ _ .
Will you please quit using the Grand Jury sealed indictment argument for inaction. Do you not know that arrests can be made without grand juries and sealed indictments? Do you not know that the overwhelming number of arrests are made by getting a warrant based on probable cause which is not a grand jury action and is not a sealed indictment. By repeatedly using that excuse makes you look uninformed and foolish.
If you wish to defend these three clowns, find another excuse.
Yes! You do not need a grand jury to indict. It is just one way to do it.
