Have you ever heard of Dry Ice? A CO2 capture tunnel or cave was tried years ago in Missouri maybe? IIRC some leaked out and almost killed people who drove through the ‘cloud’. It froze everything around the hole where it leaked from the ground.
And, of course, SCOTUS is late or never. Congress needs to act (eliminate, eradicate, quell, suppress, quash, squash, snuff out, and wipe out lower court national injunctions).
And while you are at it…limit DC judges to traffic court. Just sayin’…
