I have been meditating on this issue as I approach the social security aspects….
Remember how Bush was exploring a plan where we could invest our own money for social security and it never seemed to take off? And his suggestion was that we could do better than the gubmint?

If we invested our own money, it would be locked up tight (hopefully in private/retail brokerage accounts) and unavailable to the powers that be, to get their grubby bear paws on it while we the congress’ perpetual ATM machine, would not have those dollars floating around out there, for ‘them’ to steal. Plus the money we own, would grow if invested conservatively, over a working lifetime.
On a national level, that is a lot of money to be held ‘inactive’.

One more thing before I go…..yesterday someone (a neighbor) was trying to encourage me to join the senior citizens center. It seems they have turned the sr cit ctr into social media apparently under control of gov regulations. When you once just had to show up, now you have to fill out an application and have your picture taken.

Another person I know has myocarditis,. She took the vax because she didn’t want to lose her job, a month later she was laid off.
I also know people who died after taking it, my neighbor three days later, and an older friend who kept getting boosters couldn’t understand why he was so tired.
It would be beneficial to have an ‘adverse event’ analysis conducted from military personnel who served 4 years during PDJT 1.0 vs. those same people under 4 years of biden with mandatory gene therapy injections.
The cancer center my wife is a patient of asks if they’ve had the Covid vaccine.

I kept saying, we should have had Elon hack the teleprompter, had Biden resign due to a stolen election and cede the office to President Trump.
The four year break lit a fire under President Trump he may not have had if that had happened though.
God’s plan is always best however it doesn’t stop me from wanting justice and accountability for the stolen election and installation of the Manchurian Candidate.
I’ve seen the theory that there is something in the Epstein files that incriminates President Trump. That would be a convoluted coverup, for him to order the release and then send out his AG to lie and stonewall the release, why would he risk it?
The other things wrong with that theory are, they were hoping to ensnare President Trump by opening a case in NY, but they couldn’t. If there was information in those files on President Trump, they would have used it then.
One more thing, Ann Coulter looked at what the media was using to insinuate guilt like flight logs and Epstein at Mar-A-Lago, and there was still nothing. She didn’t have any reason to defend him except that it was true.
So what is making these men act this way?
Why is it up to them, all of a sudden, whether or not we get to see those files?

We report on an effort to do so, using a unique data set that includes measures of the key variables for 1,779 policy issues.
Multivariate analysis indicates that economic elites and organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while average citizens and mass-based interest groups have little or no independent influence. The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism.
In the United States, our findings indicate, the majority does not rule—at least not in the causal sense of actually determining policy outcomes.
When a majority of citizens disagrees with economic elites or with organized interests, they generally lose. Moreover, because of the strong status quo bias built into the U.S. political system [that describes the overwhelming influence of their true owners – W], even when fairly large majorities of Americans favor policy change, they generally do not get it.
To be sure, this does not mean that ordinary citizens always lose out; they fairly often get the policies they favor, but only because those policies happen also to be preferred by the economically-elite citizens [and their Blob – W] who wield the actual influence.

Let’s say Bongino is right, and Epstein did commit suicide. What could have caused him to do it? Potentially there is a plausible explanation, if Epstein was a drug addict. The withdrawal syndromes of both benzodiazepines and opioids, for example, include suicidal thoughts and attempts at suicide, up to 50 percent of cases for the benzos. The addict goes to jail, can’t get his fix, goes into withdrawal, knots the sheets. So, it isn’t out of the realm of possibility. The autopsy would show no drugs present, but that’s the point. The addict needed drugs in his system to function normally.
Let’s involve the psychiatrist who placed him on suicide watch? What does he know and when did he know it? Or the psychologists providing therapy. Given the suicide watch, he should have been receiving therapy and monitoring by mental health personnel.
If he was missing his benzo fix, he would have been treated for that as benzo withdrawal is dangerous and is handled very delicately. Other addictions fade after time and he should have been long past an alcohol, heroin, meth or cocaine withdrawal…long past…(alcohol withdrawal can be dangerous, too, if not managed properly in the beginning).
Generally, in the correctional industry, “suicide watch” is taken very seriously, having worked in correctional health care and placed a few inmates on suicide watch myself….

If he killed himself, the logical next question was how was he allowed to do so. Wouldn’t they have been able to tell us that?
What was it about the condition of his corpse, according to the files, which would lead one to conclude it was suicide?

Why at that specific time? Under what pretenses? I just remember he was detained and put in jail, and many were elated. The reality is that Predict was doing more than detecting dangerous pathogens: it was helping labs make them. In May 2021, the office of US House Representative Guy Reschenthaler released a report showing that USAID had funnelled $1.1 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) through the EcoHealth Alliance. Among the work funded by USAID was a 2015 study jointly conducted by Shi Zhengli, the infamous “bat lady” of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and the University of North Carolina researcher Ralph Baric, which used reverse genetics to insert a spike protein from a wild coronavirus capable of binding to a human receptor into the SARS-1 virus. The new lab-made virus was shown to bind to the human receptors and replicate “efficiently”, according to a House Foreign Affairs committee report.
The 2015 study — which the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists characterised as a “prototype” for making SARS-CoV-2 in a lab — was considered so dangerous that its authors did not upload the resulting sequence to GenBank, the NIH’s genetic research repository, for fear it might “fall into the wrong hands”, as Baric, its lead author, would later attest. But the study also omitted one other critical piece of information: USAID had provided funding for the study. Nature Medicine, the journal that published the paper, was forced to add a “Corrigendum” clarifying that the aid agency had in fact funded it.
Funding this kind of research in China added a whole other dimension of risk. According to the State Department, the Wuhan Institute began collaborating with the People’s Liberation Army no later than 2017. NBC News reported that in spring 2018, the Wuhan Institute’s Shi collaborated with military scientists specifically on coronavirus research. And in April 2020, it was revealed that the Wuhan Institute worked with Chinese military researchers to conduct research on Covid in humanised mice cells for the purposes of investigating the new disease. (US government investigators later found that the mice cells used specifically for Covid testing would have been created in the summer of 2019 — months before the pandemic began.)
There is little doubt that the US had, and still has, a global premium on the equipment, expertise, and ambition to do this type of research. So why would the NIH, let alone the USAID, fund such research in, of all places, a lab in China?
Among the four pillars of “Biodefense in the 21st Century”, Bush’s strategy that gave rise to programmes like Predict, was one called “Threat Awareness”. It indicated that the US was “improving the Intelligence Community’s ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence [on bioweapons]”. Of all places, China would almost certainly be at the top of any list of bioweapons intelligence targets.
While failing to anticipate, or even identify, the Covid pandemic, Predict could have given American intelligence access to the findings of virus researchers such as Shi Zhengli, not just in China but around the world. In which case, given the sums associated with America’s defence and intelligence budgets, the project’s hefty $200 million lifetime budget would have paid for itself.
It wouldn’t have been the first time that international aid programmes have been used to gather intelligence. In 2014, it was reported that USAID had been caught trying to create a version of Twitter in Cuba that would help the CIA influence the political situation, with an eye to overthrowing the government. “USAID, perhaps, is the new CIA here,” Peter Kornbluh of the National Security Archive’s Cuba said at the time. The programme backfired, eventually allowing the Castro government to spy on the 40,000 Cubans who signed up.
No matter the problem, Communism is the answer for ALL Governments. The fight today seems to be “Who is going to be the Mao who rules the world.”

The Constitution says there will be citizens AND natural born citizens.
Via the eligibility requirements of both the Presidency/VP and Congrssional members, we learn one is either a citizen OR a natural born citizen.
Further, Congress (Art. I, Sec.8) is given the authority to ‘define’ who can be ‘naturalized’ — which means to have citizenship conferred — whether that be due to a law that Congress has passed or due to going through the naturalization process.
Hence, one is a citizen (and may even be born a citizen) by falling into one of the many laws Congress has passed throughout the years, making your birth circumstances subject to citizenship (such as what your description of Rubio entails). Thus, Rubio is a citizen due to Congressional construct.
We are given clues as to what a natural born citizen is within the eligibility requirements — but only if we have a logical brain and some historical acumen.
In 1790, the year the Constitution was ratified, our Founders KNEW there were no natural born citizens who had attained the age of 35! (ref. the Art. II, Sec. 1 clause: “ . . . Or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution”).
If our country’s inhabitants were NOT citizens until after its founding, then once they all became citizens due to ‘laws, edicts, pronouncements’, it would still take 35 years for two of any of these newly declared citizens to produce an OFFSPRING that was eligible under the 35 years of age requirement.
THAT (being born to citizen parents on U.S. soil) is thus the only birth circumstance in which Congressional ‘approval’ of whether one IS a citizen IS NOT NEEDED!

A Judge of Her Peers? Judge Dugan Assigned a Judge Previously Rebuked for Political Comments

Five years ago, I wrote about a federal judge who, in my view, had discarded any resemblance of judicial restraint and judgment in a public screed against Republicans, Donald Trump, and the Supreme Court. The Wisconsin judge represented the final death of irony: a jurist who failed to see the conflict in lashing out at what he called judicial bias in a political diatribe that would have made MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell blush.
His name is Lynn Adelman.
The judge assigned to the Dugan case? You guessed it. Lynn Adelman, 85.
A judge is expected to come to a case like this one without the burden of his own baggage. Judge Adelman is carrying more baggage than Amtrak in Wisconsin.
Adelman was sharply rebuked for ignoring controlling Supreme Court precedent to rule in favor of a Democratic challenge over voting identification rules just before a critical election. Adelman blocked the law before the election despite a Supreme Court case issued years earlier in Crawford v. Marion County Election Board, 553 U.S. 181 (2008), rejecting a similar challenge.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit issued a stinging reversal, explaining to Adelman that in “our hierarchical judicial system, a district court cannot declare a statute unconstitutional just because he thinks (with or without the support of a political scientist) that the dissent was right and the majority wrong.”
Does anyone think this was not done purposely like Judge Bozoberg and Judge Marchon getting Trump cases? This is an obvious attempt to save this criminal judge. The DOJ needs to investigate how this assignment was made.

“Paging Pam Blondi..Is Pam Blondi here?” She could get this case reassigned to a different judge.
The case should get a change of venue to far north Superior WI where it would get a new judge. The other Federal District it could be moved to is Wausau in central Wisconsin. Obviously the Madison district would be as partial as the Milwaukee district, she is a state judge.
It should never be held in her own district as she is well known there by other judges and that does not provide a fair trial.
That she was ever scheduled in the same district’s area that she is a state judge in just shows how corrupt the Federal justice system has become.

Yes, the claim is true. Hiram Revels, a Republican, was the first Black Senator in 1870. Carol Moseley Braun, a Democrat, was the first Black Democratic Senator in 1993. This reflects historical party differences: Republicans supported civil rights early on, while Democrats embraced racial equality later, especially post-1960s.
Today, both parties have Black Senators, with Democrats having more (three vs. one). Party stances evolved, with Democrats now more associated with diversity.

There’s a point at which you declare that Congress has literally become nothing more than a grift machine despite being the actual (and intended) seat of power in the Federal Government.
Both the Executive and Judiciary, while powerful, are behind Congress for one simple reason: It has the power of the purse and nobody works for free. The founders were not unaware of this, of course, and their decision to place all appropriations power within the House — the closest place in the Federal Government to the people themselves — was intentional.
Unfortunately without enforcement of the policing power that rests in the Executive, that is, actual muscular enforcement of the “due care” clause of said Constitution, the House (and Senate) are trivially corrupted.

Biden was completely demented during the 2020 campaign and everyone knew it.
