Speaking to Fox News, Director Gabbard outlines that there is “no way” James Comey did not know what his threat post was about. Gabbard notes the “86 47” phrase has been circulating the far-left for several months and Mr Comey is well aware what it means. I don’t know about US laws but some courts add extra onto whatever would be the normal sentence when an offense has what is known as “aggravating” circumstances or characteristics.
I’m sure most of us have had the frustrating experience of trying to rationally discuss politics with a Democrat. We inevitably find it impossible to discuss policies on their merits. From immigration to vaccines to the economy, you simply cannot get a coherent thought out of a leftist. But what does this tell us about President Trump and the MAGA movement? Why are the shells that configure the 8 red and the other letters not?

What this tells me is Comey is not under investigation for his past crimes Hello Bondi Patel. It also tells me he thinks he can get away with this threat….They have to prove someone else did not do it but was in fact Comey, which he will deny all day long. Maybe they can still charge for making it public and it will stir up the crazies, I don’t know. But what bothers me is Bondi must not be investigating him otherwise he would not have pulled this stunt. She sits back doing nothing while the criminals are coming out of the woodwork. If Bondi Patel continue down this path of inaction the hot mess will escalate.
This has been a continuum of threatening behavior in some form or fashion by Comey directed at Trump since 2016. The Secret Service dropped the ball and were derelict in their duties to have allowed any of this to happen. The fake Russian Collusion case as a patina to frame their protectee is not a legal defense. The Service should have opened up at least a dozen PI cases on all of these saboteurs.
They can launch all of the investigations they want. So far, it is looking like bad judges will interfere on behalf of the left. Already the judge who broke federal law by trying to prevent ICE from arresting a criminal illegal alien has decided to fight the criminal charges against her citing judicial immunity. Judicial immunity is generally applied against civil lawsuits where a plaintiff might otherwise sue a judge for the unforeseen consequences of their rulings.
Once case of judicial immunity which did not work out for a judge was outlined by Lehto’s Law (youtube channel) where a judge decided to execute her own search warrant. It did NOT fly.
I think since the judge who tried to help an illegal alien escape from her courthouse evading ICE is indicted criminally, judicial immunity should not apply but we will see. I don’t think a federal judge has decided on her case yet. But it’s not hard to imagine a crooked federal judge agreeing with her pleading.
There are LOTS of federal judges in the DC or whatever area Comey hangs out in. It’s not hard to imagine a corrupt judge dismissing the case against Comey from the start.
None of this is a slam drunk because the left’s last line of defense is holding hard and fast.
