I’ve been wondering about Bondi and Patel too. My patience with them is growing thin, particularly with Bondi being more than a pretty face on FNC than an AG.
But my patience was bolstered by Ed Martin during his Tucker interview. Martin strikes me as a man of integrity and a principled pit bull. He perfectly understands sorry state of corruption we were/are in and knows what needs to be done (thus the opposition to his DA nomination). During the interview he spoke as if he had firsthand knowledge that Patel and Bondi are diligently working to uncover and bring charges against the deep state law breakers. He says it is going to take some time.
I’m trying to keep it in perspective, they both are turning the proverbial ocean liner that has been on its own course for decades. Given the overwhelming numbers of Trump haters in their agencies, it has to be nearly impossible to get these people to cooperate. At some point, however, they are going to have to get ruthless and start cleaning house. I’m ready to see that happen. Let’s get on with it. Put the fear of God in these people. Otherwise, the Comeys of the world will continue to flaunt, in our faces, their breaking the law and, in this case, threaten the life of the president.
