I asked him what it was like. My associate said we re-negotiate the deal every day. The Chinese take every concession made by the other side and act like they never made any. These are not honest people who are negotiating in good faith. They will breach every tenet of the deal, and we will have learned nothing. That has been my experience with them as well. They lie, cheat, and steal and tell you what you want to hear.
