I represent the base and when I’m frustrated and upset over the direction of things, you better be clear, the base is not happy.
I campaigned for no more foreign wars.
And now we are supposedly on the verge of going to war with Iran.
I don’t think we should be bombing foreign countries on behalf of other foreign countries especially when they have their own nuclear weapons and massive military strength.
And on top of that, now we are told that we have signed a deal for mineral rights in Ukraine, in order to pay us back for the hundreds of billions of dollars that we gave Ukraine and they used for money laundering, sold the weapons we gave them to our enemies, and their leader is a dictator who canceled elections, was involved of the first impeachment of Trump, and campaigned for Biden.
Didn’t we learn our lesson when we went to war in Iraq and killed Saddam Hussein because of “weapons of mass destruction?”
Did we ever find any? And did any of that oil over in the Middle East make us rich? The answer is no, we are $36 trillion in debt today.
So why on earth would we go over and occupy Ukraine and spend an untold amount of future American taxpayer dollars defending and mining their minerals as well as potentially putting American lives at risk and future war?
Why don’t we just mine our own rare earth minerals that are tied up on federal lands that the government confiscated years ago?
I also campaigned on accountability for the communist and tyrannical acts made by the government during Covid. Yet the Covid vaccine still has FDA approval even though there are millions reported injuries and deaths, and this mRNA vaccine is known to have horrific side effects and DOES NOT STOP PEOPLE FROM CATCHING COVID.
And to this day, it’s still on the childhood vaccine schedule, why on earth is this happening? Hasn’t big pharma made enough billions and billions and billions of dollars on this lie?
I also campaigned on accountability for all the law fair that was waged against the American people in the past four years. What about all the people that were locked up in jail and the abuse that they went through? And when are those vicious attorneys and judges ever going to be held accountable for the lives they ruined?
And I campaigned for an end to waste fraud and abuse of the American people’s harder tax dollars. I believe the DOGE mission is one of the most important things happening today in our government, and yet where are the rescissions that we should be voting on in Congress?
And one of the biggest issues in the nation that I have fought for, and early on I was one of the only ones that took a loud screaming stand against, is the evil transgender assault against our children. Most normal people in this country can’t even comprehend how it’s allowed to happen to kids who by law can’t even get a tattoo, drive, or vote. And how did so many of our teachers turn into the predators themselves that groom children with gender lies? This should be an all out effort by Republicans to end this insanity.
And look at the extreme nature of our rogue judicial system that is so defiant that there are judges that defy our nation’s laws and block the deportation of literal enemies of the United States of America. Where is the outrage and moral courage to dispose of this treason? Sadly not in Congress.
And what about election integrity? This should be the most important issue that the Republicans aggressively fight to protect because without secure elections protected from illegals voting and protections from stealing our votes, the American people have lost their power.
When you are losing MTG, you are losing the base.
And Trump isn’t on the ballot in the future, so do the math on that.

to wit – why is Trump calling for a “ceasefire” when we ARE the other party to the conflict? if he’d like the firing to cease, start by pulling all support from Ukraine, who is doing ALL of this on behalf of the United States and would not last long without it. Had he done this day one, as he said he would, the ceasefire would already be in place because Ukes would have nothing to fire.

Because if we’re going to be realistic (and I’m no fan of Ukraine at all) a full pull of weapons and satellite data doesn’t actually stop the killing. It just speeds up the conclusion. The killing only stops once the 2 parties sit down at a table and work it out. And ukr is refusing to sit down with Russia unless there’s a ceasefire

We seem to have some sort of minerals for peace thing in the works.

back when PDJT solidified his pick of JD Vance on July 17, 2024; Palantir was trading at $28/share. I recall reading about Peter Thiel (Palantir founder/co-founder), his relationship with JD Vance, his support for PDJT, and the potential for AI technology.
Therefore, it wouldn’t be surprising to invest in Palantir. After the election, the stock jumped 6 points and was trading at $53/share.
It has since peaked at around $125/share and today is around $116/share.

Get out of NATO, let Europe fend for themselves. The budget (or lack thereof) is what is going to destroy this country. Re the law firm of Blondi, Kash, and Bongino, the President needs to have all three in his office for a no-holds, come-to-Jesus meeting. Thirty days for some results or they are gone. I’ve said it before, these so-called leaders are just really gloried office holders. The depth of folks who can get the job done in all of these organizations is deep. They just need opportunities to excel. As for Congress, having Republicans in charge is the same as having no one in charge. Honestly, I miss McCarthy. I thought I would never say that.

Notice in Trumps truth post about RU/UKR he couched unconditional ceasefire with the word ideally (aka he’s open for it not being unconditional) and says a ceasefire agreeable to both parties. It seems obvious that ukr is unwilling to speak with Russia without a ceasefire. It also seems like the Russians aren’t interested in anything other than a full capitulation. And it seems Trump is getting tired of having to talk in circles with both parties without it going anywhere
When Russia has secured all the territory with ethnic Russians living along the border inside Ukraine then peace will be possible and come quickly! JMO
But that’s where the problem lies. Ukraine will never agree to pull back from land that hasn’t been taken. At this point I’m convinced neither the Russians or Ukrainians want peace. RU is slow walking direct engagement with the US and it’s frustrating because Trump isn’t an ideologue. They could easily get in writing no nato for Ukraine, no western peacekeepers, neutrality, and neutral ceasefire observers, as well as full sanctions relief. But they’ve become as maximalist as Ukraine in their demands

There have been stories put out by the Russians suggesting that’s not the case.
No, they are referring to some drones and one specific type of cruise missile. Even Storm shadows and its French derivative Scalps, cannot operate outside of limited areas without US sat guidance. That is not to mention the US EW and decoy capability needed to skirt Russian defences. Most drones Ukraine uses are guided by simple GPS sats, and in some cases even Starlink.
US ISR and guided weapons fire control dwarfs anything Europe has. The reality is that Europe is still very reliant on US Military infra.
If the US exits this war, and Europe decides to persist, Ukraine is toast.
Trump should have walked on day one, and not promised peace on day one.
I’ve got no love lost for Ukraine but I’d suggest a full US pull out would almost certainly lead to a suicidal escalation by the Europeans

Did a fine summertime S-to-S Canyon hike, down and back (two nights) by the light of the full moon. Magical. A ranger coincidentally accompanied us part of the way back up, although she hiked out faster than we cared to that night: we were sightseeing.
Yes, you see many things going up the South-K by moonlight that you never see during the day, like the remnants of the impossibly-steep original trail. 😱

Good evening Bewildered, yes AZ is a special place. I lived in a small town known as Strawberry, 6500 ft. altitude, on the Mogollon Rim for quite a number of years. We had all sorts of wildlife, such as mountain lions, elk, black bear, timber rattlers, etc. We were very cautious, although during the day we would ride our horses on the trails frequently to get up to 7000 ft. Loved the wildlife and respected it greatly. I never wore flip flops, only rugged boots, even in summer.

It has been revealed to me that @NicoleShanahan is collaborating with influencers to sink Casey’s nomination as Surgeon General and imply we aren’t loyal to President Trump.
The only substantive conversation I have had with Nicole was the day of Bobby Kennedy’s endorsement of President Trump – something Casey and I worked tirelessly to make successful.
Nicole was saying she refused to endorse the President, and I called her and her husband to say that was destructive to the cause of children’s health… that President Trump is a unique figure who has the courage to stand up to corrupt interests, and the endorsement would change the world.
