Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

I would like to remind those that are longing for “recess” appointments to fill existing vacancies that they are not Constitutional or lawful…negotiated or not.
The only Constitutional mention of recess appointments is Article II, Sec. 2, last clause. Read it very, very carefully!! Notice the founder’s use of words, especially the word “during” and “happen”.
A correct reading of this says that the only appointments that can be made during the recess are those that happen during the recess.
The existing vacancies did not “happen” during the recess!!

Its pretty obvious, but I’m gonna throw this out there. I worked with trans person. Female to male conversion. I dealt with person as any other human. You want to know something interesting? This person told me that this was an adult decision, that no child should ever be subjected to, ever! Also, that without question, there is a trans agenda and a gay agenda. That agenda, in their opinion, was just as you stated! 100% its about dividing society, because if it weren’t, then no attention would be paid to it at all. Went even further to say that this also about population control, to reduce the birthrate.
So even some within that “community” recognize that it has been weaponized.

My issue with the LGBT movement, which my wife also shares, is that we have Adults whose identities are defined by their sexual practices, but the movement is pushed on Children who shouldn’t be exposed to sexual practices. When we cross that boundary, that’s when it becomes inappropriate to traditional families.
The community is reacting to years of “closeted” behavior and has swung full force into public culture via “pride” monikers. But the push was too far too fast, and as with the rejection of DEI, the movement will need to moderate. But the very thing that differentiates their subculture, sex, works against the growth of their movement. The standard liberal socialist playbook of “get em while they they’re young” indoctrination via public schools is backfiring because of age. We are biologically not interested in sex until puberty, so stop with the kindergarten propaganda.

OMG that was horrific to watch. We travel a section of road everyday that has 2 large truck stops and several stoplights adjacent to I 10 –I see trucks pulling out all the time making traffic stop–ugh so distressing.

During the Reagan amnesty program, several families in our area made the trip from Mexico intending to become citizens, but just barely missed the cutoff.
They have been here for well over 20 years, set up successful businesses, and have been pillars of our Catholic community. They have had children attend and graduate from A&M who are leading productive, virtuous lives…in essence, these are the ones President Trump has said he wants!!
These few families that missed the cutoff are more American than most Americans. They have attended classes on the Constitution. I know because I facilitated the classes.
There is no path for citizenship for them without going back to Mexico for 10 years as the law requires. They did not come here with the intent to be illegals, but circumstances did not fall their way.
I’m sure there are a million stories like that all over the country. But we are either a nation of laws or we are not.
I grew up with similars situations. It’s illegal. Sadly many of those good people had family members directly involved with the drug trade.

Absolutely cloudless day here in southeastern Michigan (just west of Detroit) with no visible “chemtrails” (just like yesterday afternoon after a cold front rolled though). And I can see many aircraft in the sky as we are fairly close to Detroit Metro Airport.
Some days I can see numerous “chemtrails” coming from those aircraft (often quite heavy coverage), however unless clouds are present either the “chemtrails” don’t occur or if the “chemtrails” do occur they don’t hang around very long… it’s amost like certain atmospheric conditions need to be met for them to form… it’s almost like clouds and “chemtrails” are composed of the same thing.
Yes there are companies that perform cloud seeding (from the Google: North American Weather Consultants, Seeding Operations and Atmospheric Research (SOAR), and RHS Consulting, Ltd and others) but cloud seeding is expensive and only done on a very localized basis – they don’t just spray randomly all the time. The water will condense and form contrails if the proper humidity, pressure and temperature conditions are met. That’s all there is to it.
Nicotinoid insecticides are, by label, only supposed to be used when bees are inactive. I have talked to employees of landscape companies, who confirm label misuse of these chemicals, which leads to bee kills. I think alternative use of many chlorinated hydrocarbon insecticides that were bee safe has previously been banned for persistence in the environment beyond a few hours after spray. And that is the problem.

Continuing along my current narrow path of interest in judicial lawfare, the twin intertwined issues of progressive anti – Trump judges issuing injunctions and TRO’s and the lack of any challenges to that lawfare by the Bondi DOJ are huge threats to President Trump’s MAGA agenda. Pleased to see he figured out how to prevent Judge Boasberg from appointing the US Attorney for DC while making Senator Tillis look silly and then replacing him with Judge Pirro.
The constitutional challenges that should be made by Pam Bondi’s (get out of the green room) Department of Justice are obvious just as the total lack of support from Congress to either enshrine President Trump ‘s Executive Orders into law or address targeted judicial malfeasance.
Congress will never get the votes to impeach a Federal judge but asking for feedback, is it possible for them to be moved by simple majority vote for not following “good behavior” as mentioned in the constitution? Is that really a viable option?
Finally, Chief Justice Roberts has once again publicly warned President Trump about seeking “political ” removal of Federal Judges. First, the constitution does not specifically recognize judges below the Supreme Court so Roberts is defending his turf. I think Justice Roberts fails to recognize that the damage he does by protecting the hierarchical court system making radical agenda driven rulings greatly lessens the public view of the validity of the entire legal system.
You are making the flawed assumption that GOP in Congress in fact wants to do anything other than harrumph.
GOP default mode is do nothing, harrumph in front of cameras, and blame everyone else for nothing getting done. It’s not that they are lazy, dumb, or incompetent. Those ships have sailed. It’s simply that their profit model is to tell us what we want to hear in order to get elected, sabotage any attempts to alter the status quo, deflect criticism, profit wildly, rinse and repeat.

I’m not so certain these judges realize what they are actually driving the conflict to.
There seems to be the premise among many MAGA people that these judges ultimately view themselves as beholden to what Article III says, when in reality, they are demonstrating they clearly do not hold Article III in any high regard at all.
It was Obama who set the verbal framework of perceiving our Constitution as a NEGATIVE restriction of what the Government CANNOT do, when he himself preferred a document that proscribed a governing document that was a NEGATIVE restriction against what the PEOPLE can do against government.
I can certainly agree that these activist and compromised black robes absolutely subscribe to a vastly different view of their roles, which is flatly contradictory to the Constitution’s responsibilities.

Introduction
The danger to world or regional public health from the escape from microbiology laboratories of pathogens capable of causing pandemics, or Potentially Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) has been the subject of considerable discussion including mathematical modeling of the probability and impact of such escapes. The risk of such releases has generally been determined from estimates of laboratory infections that are often incomplete, except for the recent 2013 Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report, which is a significant source of recent data on escapes from undetected and unreported laboratory-acquired infections (LAIs).
This paper presents an historical review of outbreaks of PPPs or similarly transmissible pathogens that occurred from presumably well-funded and supervised nationally supported laboratories. It should be emphasized that these examples are only the “tip of the iceberg” because they represent laboratory accidents that have actually caused illness outside of the laboratory in the general public environment. The list of laboratory workers who have contracted potentially contagious infections in microbiology labs but did not start community outbreaks is much, much longer. The examples here are not “near misses;” these escapes caused real-world outbreaks.

When survival and national security are truly at stake, even the most idealistic states will – without even realizing it – abandon their slogans and do whatever is necessary. As the Bible reminds us: “While people are saying, ‘Peace and safety,’ destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).
What should Russia do now? Stay the course – finish what we started. And be prepared for new challenges on other fronts. At the same time, we should follow diplomatic protocol and call on India and Pakistan to resolve their crisis peacefully. We can even offer to host peace talks, if needed.
Because while the reality of conflict remains unchanged, so too must our commitment: Victory first. Peace second.
