I don’t think the admin should wait for SCOTUS to rule one way or another on this. Agreeing to the ‘reasonable’ framework of “hey man let’s just press pause for a second so that everyone is on the same page” is to cede the ground that the judicial branch gets to dictate foreign policy as it relates to deporting non-US citizens.
Agreeing to “meet in the middle” on something that the other party has no legitimate stake in governing is a sneaky way that people implicitly gain authority where they have none. This is day 1 management stuff.
IMO, what Trump should say basically is, “Yeah, the courts can hash this out however they want to. They can spend years sending each other memos and decisions and doing Judge stuff; that’s fine. We’ll be deporting en masse people who are not US citizens. Non-citizens do not have a right to a jury trial, and our only bona fide due process is to make a good-faith determination about whether people are US citizens or not. And if they are not, our process is to deport them. This is an executive branch prerogative, and there is no way to violate the civil rights of someone who doesn’t have any. Try again in 2028.”

President Bukele cleaned up El Salvador by having the legislature impeach five corrupt supreme court judges and a corrupt attorney general. The US and the rest of the world was screaming democracy and sponsoring protests against him.
Our path forward has already been laid out by President Bukele’s example.
I was thinking about this myself recently. Exactly how did he get the needed support to remove the corrupt judges? Did he have evidence of their corruption?

When President Bukele was elected, there were no down ballot tricks pulled as there were in the US 2024 Election, both during the Primary and General Elections ….. President Bukele (unlike President Trump) had legislative support elected into office at the same time he was elected.

Proof of corruption is not needed for impeachment charges. Check out the definition of misdemeanors at the time it was put into the Constitution…i.e….the Supreme Law of the Land. The word “misdemeanor” had a much more broad meaning that we have today.
Additionally, if they are impeached in the House of not shining their shoes correctly, and the Senate finds them guilty, who can refute that? Where’s the “check” on the Senate??

Assuming the GOP Congress even wants to stop the judges – a big big IF – their best path is to slash the Courts’ budget and reduce the number of Federal judges. Then remove certain topics from their jurisdiction, and create criminal penalties for allowing Lawfare to be used in their courtrooms. Lawfare defined as abuse of the legal system to achieve ideological ends.
I wish OH GOD we had the republican equivalent of Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the Republican House, the judges would have been impeached and the DOJ and FBI would have arrested over half a dozen politicians for criminal acts. And they would have been criminally referred by Congress.

There is nothing that a third branch can accomplish if the other two stand together. The problem here is Congress, doing nothing.

Congress could pass a law declaring that it affirms AEA, that deportees do not need advance notice, that habeas petitions may be prosecuted only individually, that habeas may be heard in absentia after an individual has been deported in the U.S. jurisdiction in which the individual last was incarcerated, and filing must include documentary evidence that a person deported via its auspices is under the age of 14 or is a citizen or legal resident or not a member of the terrorist group, and that the facts therein must be sworn to under penalty of perjury by the person/lawyer doing the filing.
E.g. Congress can pass a law immediately declaring that no Article III judge may utter any perliminary injunction that purports to affect members of a class comprising any unknown persons or any persons in another jurisdiction.

Congress can pass a law stating that any Article III judge in cases involving actions in which the President of the United States or his cabinet personally are named “SHALL” recuse himself whenever documentary evidence is presented alleging that said judge or his immediate family members have financial interests in direct opposition to the President’s position in the case, and that failure to do so ipso facto shall be considered to be contrary to the “good behavior” required by the Constitution, subjecting said judge to potential removal.

Congress can pass a law declaring that the intent of the Administrative Procedures Act was to protect citizens and legal residents with respect to actions and orders uttered by an executive branch agency judge, hearing officer, or other agency employee involving the application of an agency’s own regulations or interpretation of a statute, and was not intended to apply to orders uttered by the President under the authority of his Article II powers.

After watching the stock market, fake news reports about it, and listening to my investment company, I am becoming convinced that there is a massive coordinated effort to ruin Donald Trump’s presidency. This is much more planned and coordinated than his first term. Wall Street. et al is going along with it. There is no reason that the Fed can’t lower interest rates a quarter point other than politics. There is a coordinated world wide effort happening.
This is why Powell needs to be removed ASAP. He’s complicit in this scheme.

One of the blocks to procurement reform are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements. Then, added to the FAR are the DOD Acquisition Guidelines, then the individual Branch (Army, Navy, AF, etc.) followed by any local guidelines as well. Our office copy of the FAR, DODAR, AFFAR & base guidelines took up five shelves of a standard office bookcase. Very little of that follows commercial guidelines because every Senators/Representatives personal social issue is reflected as well as every time some contracting officer breaks the law a new blurb is added to that above mess. Contracting cannot legally purchase anything without following those guidelines. As in go-to-jail cannot.

Retired business exec here. Love President Trump and all aboard MAGA from back in 2016. I am always willing to applaud good strategy and critique same. So let me raise concerns regarding the current positioning on tariffs and the economy.
PDJT was left a giant pile of festering s#*+ by the previous administration on many fronts. But the time bomb purposely planted was the financing of America’s enormous debt using SHORT TERM mechanisms instead of long term. The miserable Janet Yellen executed this as a means to maximize pain should Trump win. The President’s team is trying maneuvers to manage the upcoming refinancing this year of $7+ trillion while featuring Trump’s preference for tariffs. They are INTENTIONALLY seeking to draw down the dollar’s value while cooling the economy…in order to LOWER interest rates. The tariffs have short and long term goals. But there are problems.
Following Trump’s explosive nuke of “Liberation Day”, many countries were beginning to scramble for a solution, a “deal” they could live with. Stock market was reeling, and indeed Trump didn’t mind that. But, the BOND MARKETS PUKED, and that was a massive bolder headed toward this policy. Trump shifted, called a 90 day hold “to allow negotiations to finish”….but it was primarily to keep bonds from tanking, thereby raising rates. The pause disrupted their own strategy, and it took the rug out from under it.
Now countries are slow walking their next steps, China is positioning to punish other countries who accommodate America at their expense, and the Fed will not budge on interest rates. President Trump is having a fit. No matter what we think about the Fed, threats to dissolve it or even fire Powell are only damaging the current situation further. Stock market is tanking again, bonds headed down with subsequently higher rates, and the buyers of America’s debt are demanding even higher returns due to lower confidence/higher risk.
I hate it for President Trump, and for our nation, because the debt problem is the biggest disaster the nation faces, and it’s not getting addressed by CONgress, and the American people hardly understand it….but it’s laying at the feet of this administration. It’s ugly, it’s smothering our future, it’s driving up inflation and destroying the purchasing power of the very people Trump supports most.
My prescription? Some quick wins on the tariff front…and soon. The longer this plays out, the more ways nations will maneuver together to undermine impact. This will require give and take, especially with China. If the game remains to choke off China so their currency collapses, it will come at the price of a severe recession or worse. Lastly, public sentiment will flip badly if the economy tanks this year, and usher in Dimcommies for 2026. With so many good and strong initiatives underway against illegals, criminals and horrible leftist policy, we must not lose this thing due to an ugly economy clean up on aisle 4.
We need so much of what President Trump is trying to accomplish. Some is achievable quickly, more will take a lot longer than he may have patience for. The cabal is truly a hydra with hundreds of slithering, biting mouths.

Domestic and global are always in action. They intertwine relative to economic scenarios more than militarily (typically). I just don’t think the Ukraine situation is nearly as relative to our economic strategy. Doesn’t impact tariffs. Relative peace is also a stabilizing force for Main Street business.

I don’t always like the way President Trump goes about things, but usually he is a realist when it comes to business. His “Art Of The Deal” strategy can be effective, but some things are outside his control. Prayer is always needed and helpful.

This is a workable solution that can be easily implemented, right now, without any new law being passed. It is not really intended to punish anyone, particularly those with genetic abnormalities. Instead it is just a tool that can be be used to shut down one of the attack vectors that is currently being employed by the commies to further damage our society – the normalization of and acceptance of “tranny rights”.
And at this point the clerks that issue the passports don’t even need to get involved. The determination can be handled by the Immigration and Customs employees at the points of entry (or by whatever AI software is being used for immigration screening). If an anomaly is detected you will receive a notice in the mail that you need to either correct your passport or provide proof of that you did not falsify your passport application. Failure to do so in a timely manner might result in a 4am J6er-style SWAT raid on your residence (something that democrats love to do, so they can’t even logically argue against that).

What is the purpose of a passport? Isn’t it to identify the holder? If so, the ID should be consistent with who you are, not who you think you are.
Using this judge’s logic, one could have to “involuntarily ” disclose the year he/she was born, revealing I am a senior citizen, thus opening me up to age discrimination and harassment. How humiliating, particularly if one had spent a fortune dying my hair, having face lifts, hiring a personal trainer, etc, all to maintain one’s youthful appearance.

(He helped me after I showed my driver license. I think he also ran the license plate on my truck.) BUT I did show him my ID. That’s a form of “due process”. Due process is whatever the law reasonably requires before the government takes action. This “process” may be unclear, and also doesn’t necessarily require some kind of big trial in court. Suppose I had been out of town and a cop driving by stopped an actual burglar. He would have done the same thing, and, I would hope, hauled his ass to jail.

A judge who happens to be walking by stops and states you can’t enter your house because you haven’t proven to his satisfaction that you are the legal owner of the house and directs the officer to arrest you and throw you in jail for B&E until the due process he defines is complete.
You must now go through a court process to prove to his satisfaction who owns the house, that the ID you presented is not a fake, and that you are indeed who the drivers license says you are and that it matches the proof he accepts as proving who does own the house. In the interim he issues a nation wide injunction stating before anyone can enter a house, they too must go through the same process before being allowed to enter what they say is their house.
Absurd? Indeed…much like the current court rulings.

President Donald Trump could sign a sweeping executive order banning gain-of-function research — research that makes viruses more dangerous in the lab — as soon as May 6, according to a source who has worked with the National Security Council on the issue.
The executive order will take a broad strokes approach, banning research amplifying the infectivity or pathogenicity of any virulent and replicable pathogen, according to the source, who requested anonymity to speak candidly about the anticipated executive action. But significant unresolved issues remain, according to the source, including whether violators will be subject to criminal penalties as bioweaponeers.
The executive order is being steered by Gerald Parker, head of the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, which has been incorporated into the NSC. Parker did not respond to requests for comment.
In the process of drafting the executive order, Parker has frozen out the federal agencies that have for years championed gain-of-function research and staved off regulation — chiefly Anthony Fauci’s former institute, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health.

Interesting dynamic unfolding as Trump II proceeds. Clearly the deep-state, democrats, and GOP were ready for him this time. (courts too). In Trump I, they laughed at him up until about mid-afternoon on election day 2016. Then the panic set-in. We got some half-ass pile of Russian Collusion lies pushed out because they had no worry that Trump would win. Everyone involved, including the GOP, knew it was a pile of lies. Not true this time. They were clearly ready for him on all fronts. He was also much better prepared for them, so it’ll be interesting to see who wins.
If Bondi and Patel and the GOP are still farting around at Labor Day, Trump better be ready to go scorched-earth. People didn’t support him to play footsie with these creeps. Get going or get gone. Everything Trump is doing needs to be turned into laws and he better do something big on election integrity or it’s all pissing in the wind.

I think it will come down to, who has been out thought will be out-fought and my money’s on team Trump. Cutting out USAID has obviously stunned the DS and dislocated their plans to fund numerous covert resistance nodes, aimed at shaping the media battle space, hence the ludicrous, ‘hug a gang-banger’ repurposing and fall back positions, reliant on increasingly obvious judicial overreach. Both strategies are a meme free-fire zone that increasingly paint the Democrats as hypocritical, out of touch and utterly incapable of providing solutions.
Team Trump’s refusal to take the anticipated course of DOJ/FBI investigations is understandably frustrating for many who hoped for justice, but that feeling needs to be tempered with the knowledge that the DS is doubly, trebly frustrated that he has not done exactly that. I think the Gaetz failure was a glorious head-fake by ‘47, who convinced the DS he was going down this path and as they readied their pre-planned counter-strategy he hit them with Musk’s digital Delta boys, who stripped away a decades in the making political and culture-changing Ho Chi Minh logistics network. James’ fate in NY is a chilling reminder, to similar operatives, that there are more ways to skin a corrupted official than a full-out investigation.
The battles only started, but I get the feeling Team Trump is well and truly in their opponent’s decision cycle, and the conflict will be likely decided by both sides supporters. Here again TT have an advantage, MAGAites might feel a bit down, but they’ll never desert Trump, because he’ll never desert them, the same can not be said of the Democrats who are now at the mercy of their increasingly unhinged supporters, who increasingly view their leadership with contempt and suspicion. The independents go where the prevailing wind blows, but that is increasingly not under the control of the MSM, who have to resort to ambushing the Sec Def with a zombie story.
The wars only started and removing a structure that is so deeply ingrained, and benefits its defenders so greatly will take more than four years, unless there’s a cataclysmic preference break that confronts the DS with a nemesis of existential proportions or they go for the Samson option, which does not bear thinking about.

It is implicit in Jefferson’s statement that the People cannot, and are not, to rely on their present government to solve the problems. It is illogical. This is a fairy-tale for adults. Dreamers.
