I remember when this story first came out during Obama’s initial run for the Presidency.
Realizing how deeply and widely the main stream news media was able to bury that revelation back then is when I knew we had a problem with news media and cancelled subscriptions to all the news magazines and papers back then from Time magazine to the Wall Street Journal that we made available in the office waiting room and replaced them with ones covering hunting & fishing and Southern Living!
Also discovered the importance of going to the source material which became the reason, when first finding the Treehouse and seeing links to source material was always provided, if not in the main post, someone in the comments made sure there were links, this became the place to be if one wants to know what’s really going on, the means to find the answer will be here!

Here’s an example. The order by the Supreme court listed on April 19, about the immigrant issue, 1 page:

in which the Order clearly states that “The matter is currently pending before the Fifth Circuit. Upon action by the Fifth Circuit, the Solicitor General is invited to file a response to the application . . .”
which means that the Fifth Circuit still has to make a ruling before the Supreme Court takes up the oddly rushed appeal by the A.A.R.P. And only after the Supreme Court receives the US govt’s response will that court decide if it wants to take on the question.
Yes – the objection by Alito is a barn burner, but, if one only listened to the news media, including Fox, one would think that the Supreme Court is hearing the case before the lower court makes a ruling.
A subtle difference, but still, here’s my question in all of this, why is the American Association of Retired Persons involved in an MS-13 gang member removal case? Why isn’t that the topic of the news media?
Because AARP, being an NGO, was infiltrated and taken over by leftists, in part as preparation for pushing Obummercare, which they supported.
They do NOT represent the interests of their membership, as purporrted, and they IS an alternative organisation.
Do we have actual confirmation that this is AARP or is it some other entity (like maybe initials of the terrorists being held in TX)? I note that each letter is punctuated by a dot… which is not like the usual AARP moniker.
I cannot fathom that AARP would actually be the petitioner in this case… I mean, why would they be going to bat for illegals who are not part of their demographic?

As fellow Treepers mentioned, A.A.R.P. appears to be initials for one of the people slated to be deported and when seeing that realized my inner Gilda Radner was playing with my mind today, so a huge ‘Oops, Never Mind’ on that one.
But still, the 5th Circuit needs to hear the case and make a ruling and yes, Justice Alito makes salient points, but am not going to go full revolutionary warrior until we see a) what the 5th Circuit rules and b) if it even makes it to the Supreme Court when one side or the other appeals after losing in the 5th. Even with this glaring signal, it still does not have to take up any appeal from lower circuits.
Nice that the Supreme Court is sending out signals that it intends to take a look at all these lower courts interfering in Executive branch functions by putting the Executive branch on notice to be prepared to submit their briefs as the Supreme Court is expecting it will be taking up the case, so this gives the Solicitor General plenty of time to get the ducks in a row for when that time comes.
This may be entirely true, however “A.A.R.P.” are simply the initials on one of the people being deported. Just a coincidence.
I know friends that do not want anything to do with AARP.

When asked why, I very bluntly told them I would not belong to a very lefty organization that supported the total destruction and implementation of communism of our healthcare known as obummercare. The person I spoke with said there were so many cancellations to memberships and all for the exact reason I stated.
I now belong to an organization known as AMAC, and am very pleased with this organization.

Your assessment ignores a major fact .. the Supreme Court actually heard the case as well as voted to ACT BEFORE the 5th Circuit ruled by issuing a VERDICT and FINDING, no matter how mundane or simplistic.
If what you say was true, the Supreme Court should have REFUSED the case, as is procedure under Court Rule 23.3 cited by Justice Alito, until the 5th Circuit issued a verdict.
Just LOOK at all the D’s and pundits who spent the entire weekend labeling Trump a kidnapping tyrant preparing to disappear homies right off the sidewalk…and ZERO LEAKS on the details of the ruling

That’s right. It’s unheard of for the Supreme Court to do what it did, and the only reason it did so is that it does not want these illegals removed from the country. It will everything it can to prevent it.
Alito’s objection is, in the end, just a “strongly worded letter.” The talking point (and the significance) is that the decision was 7-2.
There are two other ominous implications with this verdict:
First: it confirms where Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavenaugh and Barret Stand … and it is not with the Constitution and not even the Operating Rules of the Supreme Court.
Second: it confirms that Chief Justice Roberts IS PAYING ATTENTION to the actions of the “Lower Federal Courts” and he will (can) act preemptively if needed.
Perhaps you can explain what else he can do.

Great question! You should check out Mike Benz’s stuff, especially about creating “NGO Swarms“. Basically through USAID and NED support, all of the NGOs become interlinked. So that when you “offend against one you offend against all”. This creates the impression that the issue is deeply important and widespread across the “Whole of Society”. Notice what happened to you when you saw AARP involved and how different you might have reacted if it were some “gangs support and recovery” NGO. It is all deliberate.

I had read a book someone had written about Obama and his mother and his very sketchy back ground especially in terms of being a natural born citizen. Obama has the Social security of another man who had lived and died before Obama was born. His American grandmother worked in a SS office in Hawaii and the author believed had given him the other man’s SS number after he was born in Kenya and brought back to the States as a baby then applied for a Hawaiian birth certificate using that SS number.
In 2009 while I was working in Saudi Arabia I met a Kenyan Army veteran who was working at a construction site as a security manager. He asked me what Americans thought of having a African President. Being old school when it comes to these things, “politics stop at the waters edge”, I responded that we felt it was a good thing proving the the US had moved pass racism and we wished him well as the first African-American President. After further conversations with him I discovered that he did not mean an American of African descent but he meant a person born in Africa. He said in Kenya it was common knowledge that Obama was born in Kenya and went to the US as a baby. The details of how and why this occurred are long and somewhat convoluted but did sound reasonable and convincing.
What would DOGE do?

Posted before, but his Kenyan birth record is hiding in plan sight. There are multiple copies, one at the Empire Home office of GB, another in Oxford to name two. The book of births and deaths of each country is submitted every year to the Crown. There are also several copies of the page from that book of Kenyan births and death August 4th page, 1961 in private hand, floating around.
The instance I am aware of was a total fluke. Several people were searching for other records totally unrelated to O. One person in the group pulled Kenya 1961 down out of curiosity and there he was. This was back in 2005, before scrubbing started. The person was well versed in his mother’s Virginia family line. He had just come on the scene and they knew the paternal side was a crock. Without any fanfare, a copy was made and the book quietly put back on the shelf. No one was paying any attention.
I remember reading an interview with Obama family members in Kenya shortly after Barack’s birth where they commented his Kenyan grandmother was there, in Kenya, at Obama’s birth. That storied disappeared within 24 hours!

That story was known and investigated when Obama was running for Pres. Several people, (for one I think Arpaio and his investigators brought this up) found the fraudulent SS number and no one cared at all or wanted to do anything about it who had the power and could have stopped O in his tracks. He was an ineligible candidate on several levels from the git go, but it all was mocked, covered up and smothered and the left, uniparty communists, globalists, got away with it all.
It would be nice to know, as an example of evidence of Obama’s ineligibility, if he entered college -Occidental I believe- as a foreign student but no one ever unsealed his college records to see if he did, to this day.
Look up the writings by lawyer Leo D’onofrio (sp) and see his reasoned legal arguments on why Obama was not a natural born citizen. That is another example of his ineligibility based on the known stories about who Obama’s father was which might not be true either. Wouldn’t a dna test be fun to run on him.

That thought has crossed my mind. Saturday was the most recent occurrence.
In Southern California, a lot of the homeless are mentally ill and in need of custodial care.
Many are addicts (drugs & alcohol).
Austin has an inordinate number of such addicts on the streets. Every little tree covered corner, nook and cranny is rife with the trash and detritus of these beggars.
I witnessed it this weekend.
Disgusting. The all-liberal city council has no idea what to do with them.
Grocery stores have to lock down their shopping carts. It’s the most ubiquitous mode of transporting their “stuff”.
I realize that.
Some of the homeless can’t help it, and we want to treat them all as one block.
Even in a dumbass town like Durant ok, the homeless hide from the damn dumb council. The rule makers are more worried about bike lanes.

I doubt your question is honest. But here are a few answers. He started criminalizing drug use on the street; he also enforced the brown bag law that had been overlooked for decades for alcohol on the street. He implemented the policy of broken window policing. He literally–and to the chagrin of some New Yorkers–reconstructed Times Square and got rid of all the porno theaters etc. Some homeless, word on the street is all I have to back this claim–were shipped to New Jersey. Others were arrested. It was a long, slow process that took most of the 90s. I lived there in the late 80’s and the late 90’s and it was a night and day difference. In 1988 the crack epidemic was unbelievable. Everyone was on the street smoking crack, cloistered around trash cans. They would rob and kill indiscriminately, their behavior was completely unpredictable. Most of the homeless were junkies. This is true, I think, everywhere. I have tremendous compassion for the legit homeless, but their numbers are considerably smaller thank the numbers of homeless junkies.

Europe is finished. My best friend was in UK and Scottland the last ten days for his son’s soccer tournaments. These are 11 to 13 year old boys. They traveled all over both countries playing friendly’s. During the games my buddy said it was disgusting. The UK boys (actually white British boys) were cursing at his son’s players and throwing punches and elbows and screaming how Trump is Hitler.
It got so bad that the coach of his son’s team ended the game 15 minutes early. The people of the UK apparently want to be bred out of their country. Makes no sense, but the propaganda is strong over there.

I have a friend who received three doses of Moderna mRNA vaccine. Her immune system is now severely compromised and she is in pain much of the time. She is a liberal progressive but I have known her since childhood and we remain friends before politics.
She does not link the vaccine to her problem but thinks she has long Covid.
I think Regeneron, the monoclonal antibody they gave to Trump, might help people like her with long covid symptoms. It was being used in Florida at clinics and was available everywhere before Biden discontinued the use of Regeneron saying it no longer worked with the covid virus as it had mutated. I think Biden discontinued regeneron because it does work.
Hopefully Bobby Kennedy will renew the use of monoclonal antibodies as a treatment for people whose immune systems are being destroyed by the spike protein.

The CEO of Exon does not get up in the morning and go to the drilling rig and start drilling for oil. He probably does not know at any given time if Exon is even drilling for oil at that time. If he wanted to know he would have to ask the COO who might not know at that moment if they were drilling for oil but would know if the process was in place to drill.

3) The DNC’s nationwide protest on Easter Saturday was a bust! Only a few days ago the organizers were calling it 50501, “50 protests, 50 states, 1 movement,” predicting a nationwide turnout of 11 million, but only a few thousand Soros-paid, purple-haired mercenaries and malcontents showed up.
4) The Dog and Pony Show of Senator Chris Van Hollen defending the Constitutional rights of an illegal alien gang member and sharing a margarita with him is mercifully over! Van Hollen’s criminal protoge’ Garcia was supposed to be the poster boy for the Left’s 50501 demonstrations but apparently not many Americans were turned on by the prospect of glorifying a criminal.
