At 1:00am on Saturday, the Supreme Court of the USA issued an injunction [SEE HERE] blocking President Trump from deporting illegal aliens identified under the Alien Enemies Act. It was/is a bizarre order considering the lower court had not even ruled on the matter; worse yet, the Supreme Court created an imaginary “class” of aliens.
Any illegal alien who happens to also be a gang member, or illegal alien who would ‘smartly’ now claim to be a gang member, is ultimately the beneficiary of a Supreme Court order blocking their removal or deportation. That’s how judicially insane this injunction is.
As outlined in the original injunction order, Justice Alito issued a blistering dissent, calling out seven of the justices who affirmed the order. [SEE HERE]

The bottom line appears to be the ACLU ran to the Supreme Court less than an hour after filing a responsive motion with the court of jurisdiction, solely on the false premise that some illegal alien member within the removal order process of deportation, might be removed. The Supreme Court bought the argument, created an entire class of deportees under the auspices of gang membership, and blocked President Trump from deporting anyone who might be a gang member, while the illegal aliens argue about their non-gang status.

We have a serious Constitutional problem in the Supreme Court. You don’t have to be a “genius lawyer” to understand that this decision was out of bounds. We are in dangerous territory when the SCOTUS does not abide by the Constitution. They have literally lost the support of “the people” and sided with the elite totalitarians. We have to face the fact that we have a politicized SCOTUS.

Law abiding American citizens now have fewer rights than anyone else in the nation. Ask yourself if we could get away with the crimes by the illegal aliens and walk away with little to no punishment? In U.S. v. Arizona, SCOTUS ruled the Executive Branch of government was the decision-maker on immigration and deportations. Under both Obama and Biden no one had standing to sue the Executive branch. Now suddenly it seems everyone has standing and their case can be zoomed up to SCOTUS in a matter of hours and get an injunction for not only themselves but for a entire class of people that weren’t even a part of the original action.
Talk about a Constitutional crisis, I think we have finally arrived.

He was owed another hearing because 8 years after his deportation order, he claimed to be afraid of other gang members. Cry me a river. the supreme court is an unelected body. I don’t even consider it a “branch”. for the same reason I find it amusing that the judicial is nothing more than an unelected body.
WE THE PEOPLE is such an incredibly powerful fundamental concept.
it means, without exception that we are a nation that is governed by the consent (or withdrawal) of the people, by the people, for the people.
we can vote for our representatives and senators, and of course of President. We do not however have the ability to vote for or to remove as it is OUR POWER TO DO SO, those in unelected positions.
The constitution is clear about how to remove a person from “office” who has failed to uphold the law, become adversarial to good order, attempts to constrain the President OR CONGRESS. And it’s called impeachment.
Now there are other ways to accomplish this is Congress does not have the votes, or is feckless…or both.
And that lies with the President of the United States.
Here are a few examples of what kinds of actions a President can take against ANY SINGLE PERSON…(it’s kind of scary stuff, which is why I often exclaim when talking about the powers of the President as “for better or for worse”.)
a. A President can have a judge arrested …there are numerous kinds of criminals statutes that he can refer for a Judge who had intentionally and with malice attempted to subvert the power of the President. (I will add that I believe the former (and probably ongoing) violations of the FISA court by BoasTURD and the president of FISC, Judge Roberts) are sufficient to move the needle toward an immediate arrest.
b. dematerializing classified clearance authorites. They don’t get to have access to ANY classified material. It’s a trust issue and neither of these two clowns have demonstrated trusworthiness. Explain how BoasTURD could have possible known as rapidly as he did about the departing aircraft TO SET THE CONTEMPT TRAP and you being to realize he likely had access to near real time spying surveillance…or through a cut out. At any rate, removing classmat authority and clearance, means any further involvement even from a cutout, means these two can be charged with very serious criminal violations.
c. IRS investigations about their finances, “gifts”, familiar financial associations, legal, professional and social relationships. Not withstanding a formal IRS investigation, he can also have each one of these people on a wire and tap…without going to FISA, he has a plethora of options to find out what they are up to and what they know and who they are talking to. If you want to play tiddly winks and assume these two are on the up and up, fine have that stupid mayberry dream. Otherwise, treat this as a real national security threat and start meaning business with efforts to find out how they operate. there IS something THERE…go look for it.
d. AIM DOGE DIRECTLY AT SUPREME COURT..the entire apparatus. the entire functionaries and resources. YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING. Time’s up to play nice and cute. no more sword rattling. Walk in and start the take down. There IS SOMETHING THERE. Find it.
e. Some have suggested that the President can set up his own court…..something very similar to the military court in gitmo. For this to work, the US judiciary must not have jurisdiction in both law and also by geography. Gitmo is just about the best place. In this way, any questions about habeas or due process, constitutional concerns (I beg your pardon!), can take a giant step back and literally go eff it’s own face.
These just a short list of things THAT CAN BE DONE. They are nuclear, they are controversial and they are unique. But one thing they are not is weak. Now is not the time to be weak. The Corruptors grow strong only when you give them equal footing. That is the biggest mistake to realize about this crisis. We “expect” fair play, and yet time and time and time again, none of that happens. The corruptors align themselves with wife beating cartel terror operators because it gives them power…in the same way the criminal cross tie walkers can skip on over and grin at you and say: see gringo, I have rights…I am now here….no problemo. Clarence Thomas …. appointed 1991 … President Bush I …. Justice Thomas was a compromise, go figure. The democrats had control of the Senate and Republican Senate Leader was Bill Frist of Tenn. The democrats went all out to “Bork” Justice Thomas but really flubbed the public hearings … with then Senator Joe Biden referring to Justice Thomas as “… boy … ” and “… colored guy … ” during a public hearing. The MSM at the time was not fully compromised and they went nuts over this.

Trump should declare the SCOTUS order unconstitutional, and defy it. I am disappointed that Alito and Thomas still hold the supremacy of the SCOTUS over all government.
Neither the Congress or the SCOTUS can override Article II of the Constitution. The Executive is charged with a duty to preserve the Constitution just as are the Congress and the SCOTUS. If the Congress or the SCOTUS violate the Constitution it is the DUTY of the Executive to ignore them and follow the Constitution. If the Congress wants to amend Article II they have the power to pass an amendment and submit it to the states for ratification. If they so choose, the House can impeach the Executive, and have him/her tried in the Senate, and if convicted, removed from office. The SCOTUS has no power over the Executive, whatsoever. The SCOTUS is charged with preserving the Constitution within the Judicial Branch, i.e. overturning lower court decisions. Beyond that, they are out of their lane and must get off of the road. This is how the system was constructed by the Founders.
We must stop letting the SCOTUS act as the final arbiter of everything. That is rule by a cabal, not by The People through their elected representatives. The only ways to do that are for the Congress to impeach Justices, or to create an exception to jurisdiction as they are empowered in Article III, Section 2, Clause 2. The Executive must declare, and defy, as unconstitutional, such decisions by the SCOTUS.
Ultimately, underlying all of this is the imperative of having lawful and secure elections. That is the only way for the People to speak, and ENFORCE, their will.
