At 1:00am on Saturday, the Supreme Court of the USA issued an injunction [SEE HERE] blocking President Trump from deporting illegal aliens identified under the Alien Enemies Act. It was/is a bizarre order considering the lower court had not even ruled on the matter; worse yet, the Supreme Court created an imaginary “class” of aliens.
Any illegal alien who happens to also be a gang member, or illegal alien who would ‘smartly’ now claim to be a gang member, is ultimately the beneficiary of a Supreme Court order blocking their removal or deportation. That’s how judicially insane this injunction is.

The bottom line appears to be the ACLU ran to the Supreme Court less than an hour after filing a responsive motion with the court of jurisdiction, solely on the false premise that some illegal alien member within the removal order process of deportation, might be removed. The Supreme Court bought the argument, created an entire class of deportees under the auspices of gang membership, and blocked President Trump from deporting anyone who might be a gang member, while the illegal aliens argue about their non-gang status.

In this truly bizarre and wholly unprecedented case, the “majority” failed to follow the law, failed to follow their own rules, failed to allow Trump’s side to respond, and failed to even attempt to explain to the American people why they’ve done what they’ve done.
Seemingly overnight, we’ve gone from a 6-3 “conservative” majority to what is now a complete abomination of judicial restraint. I understand Roberts’ and Coney-Dog’s caving to the ACLU — they’re both entirely compromised — by blackmail (Roberts) and threats against their children (Coney-Dog).
But Gorsuch and Kavanaugh?
The constitutional crisis the left has been begging for has now arrived. In spades.
Trump must now completely and brazenly ignore this order. It is past time for him to see the writing on the wall. These traitors on the SC are going to require every single gang-banging illegal alien to have complete “due process” before they can be removed, they’re going to allow “birthright” citizenship to every illegal who has one foot on American soil, and they’re going to do everything in their power to allow the Cloward-Piven strategy to become a complete success, leading to the downfall and destruction of our country.
We are total toast, and it’s going to happen faster than anybody can imagine. Prepare yourselves accordingly.

We will soon find out when the SCOTUS rules again on this sometime next week. Now that they have been called out by just about every conservative legal beagle, I’m predicting they turn themselves into a pretzel to come up with another ridiculous ruling, still with the aim of stopping President Trump from deporting these illegals.
This next ruling will probably make the Roberts’ “Obamacare mandate is a tax” decision look reasonable by comparison.
I’d like to see Trump use Foreign Policy to make the leaders of other countries step up and take their citizens back like El Salvador.
Trump wouldn’t be deporting them, just not providing Sanctuary, which is supposed to be case by case, to be worked out if their countries will let them come back, which they won’t.
Again, like El Salvador, which seems to have been the Beta for how it would work, and it does, and Americans are loving it.

I expect SCOTUS to eventually make the right decision, but if it doesn’t, President Trump needs to continue deporting illegal aliens and force the court to enforce their ruling. The country won’t survive if criminal illegal aliens can stay in America, drain our resources and vote for Marxist Democrats.

if GOP were not majority uniparty/deep state and had a spine many of these lower court “judges” would have been removed from the bench with the “good behavior” clause and the others impeached, also impeachment proceedings need to be brought vs Roberts and several other SCOTUS judges.

I wish the the ACLU and NGOs overall would no longer have tax exempt status. They do more to harm than benefit US. I also wish we had a courageous and unhamstrung/non political Supreme Court.
What is the path back to sanity for America? The Judicial branch is compromised so the courts aren’t going to right the ship. The Legislative branch is obviously compromised and has been for more than a century, so no relief is coming from that quarter. The Executive branch is but one man accompanied by a mere handful of fellow travelers who are beset on all sides; the rest are duplicitous turncoats who mouth the appropriate platitudes.

And while the court relies on deference for its authority, the Executive, being the chief law enforcement officer, has a few more tools at his command. But this out of control rule by would-be judges is reaching its expiration date.
