The problem is there is NO clear Legislation nor Rule of Law over who’s ACTION UPON the EO has primary Authority … with the possible exception being legislation by Congress which becomes law per the Constitution.
[There is a single precedent … The Supreme Court disallowed President Trump rescinding Obama’s DACA EO.]
In this case, the Supreme Court acted upon an EO issued by somebody using Sock Puppet JoeBama Biden’s auto pen. In the absents of LEGISLATION by CONGRESS, RIGHT or WRONG …. this the Supreme Court has decided that this EO is the law in question and that President Trump cannot violate it.
In reality this is obviously a political Judgement because ALL of President Trump’s EO’s were allowed to be rescinded by Biden Auto Pen, without resistance from the Courts or the Biden Administration was allowed to ignore the Courts when an EO was found to be ILLEGAL.
It is likely a futile effort given a neutral acting REPUBLICAN Congress but …. President Trump’s Team needs to take the initiative but submitting BILLS to Congress with each EO issued and that has been issued.
It is now very clear … and in the words of President Trump from his first Presidential Debate in 2016 … “it’s 2 vs 1.” Congress + Courts vs the Executive

You can impeach them in the house. The Senate will never vote to convict. A waste of time and resources. Defund their courts. Put them out of a job. That can be done a lot quicker and a lot easier.
The House could vote that the judge exhibits bad behavior, and can no longer serve. Then the President stops paying them and nominates a new judge. Meanwhile, ignore the “judge’s” opinions. It will take years to sort out the mess, but in the meantime, PDJT continues on with his agenda.

First, Title IX has gone out of control, effectively requiring equal funding for women’s sports, notwithstanding that there is far less interest in sports from women than men, and effectively de-funding a panoply of men’s sports to cover the costs. This same ill-conceived law is what is ostensibly now supporting tranny “opportunity”.
Second, the sports thing shines a nice light on the feminist absurdity that men can do things that women can’t only because of “socialization” and “lack of opportunity” for women. This is the main reason feminist orgs have shut up on the issue. They will find it harder and harder to support trannies and women will drop out. This is not bad vis a vis the military, either. It’s like a massive research study.
Third, maybe college scholarships should return to being about academics, not athletics. Once upon a time, college sports were about extracurricular intramural games. For fun. Not scholarships and money. And few women’s sports are worth going professional anyway.
Fourth, re lockerrooms in public schools, perhaps people should stop whining to the idiots they voted in on school boards and file criminal complaints for voyuerism, assault, etc., whatever is applicable. And teach girls to be mean and laugh at these boys. Really, they’re oooh oooh oooh “afraid” of one boy in a group of multiple girls? Really? He might “look at them”? But nevermind if lesbian girls “look at them”?
Fifth, as for the locker rooms etc. in private fitness centers, well, apparently enough women aren’t pulling their memberships to make a dent in the financial incentives of these businesses. No one actually needs to go to a fitness center in order to exercise. Maybe it’s nice but it’s not neccessary.

Then dd said this case was brought by different DOJ, law fare, and Wray. Then I said, yes, but our current DOJ is on the case now. I am the wife of a first generation American. When my father in law came here, after WWII, it took him five years to get established, find full time work, get a sponsor, and fill out (and pay for) all the paperwork necessary to bring his wife and two young children over to join him. One of the forms they had to sign stated that they would NEVER be eligible for any type of public assistance! My mother in law immediately set to learning English, so that she could get a driver’s license and then a job.
There was no option to bring over their parents or other family members and to get them on the dole, which happens all the time now and will collapse Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid if it is not stopped.

Yesterday there was discussion about Abrego Garcia, Trump Administration vs Media. I was able to listen to some of Robert Gouveia’s videos on youtube where he goes through the actual documentation on court appearances, appeals, etc. I suggest anyone buying into corporate media claims watch his videos about the Abrego Garcia case.
The ruling by the Supreme Court, last night in the case of President Trump rescinding the Biden Venezuelan Immigrant EO, highlights the risky nature of an Executive Order.
Executive Orders have the force of law until, 1 of the following:
The Courts ACT upon it.
The issuing President Acts upon it.
A newly elected President Acts upon it.
The Congress Acts upon it via Legislation.
The problem is there is NO clear Legislation nor Rule of Law over who’s ACTION UPON the EO has primary Authority … with the possible exception being legislation by Congress which becomes law per the Constitution.
[There is a single precedent … The Supreme Court disallowed President Trump rescinding Obama’s DACA EO, even though DACA was found to be illegal by the courts.]
In this case, the Supreme Court acted upon an EO issued by somebody using Sock Puppet JoeBama Biden’s auto pen. In the absents of LEGISLATION by CONGRESS, RIGHT or WRONG …. this the Supreme Court has decided that this EO is the law in question and that President Trump cannot violate it.
In reality this is obviously a political Judgement because ALL of President Trump’s EO’s were allowed to be rescinded by Biden Auto Pen, without resistance from the Courts or the Biden Administration was allowed to ignore the Courts when an EO was found to be ILLEGAL.
It is likely a futile effort given a neutral acting REPUBLICAN Congress but …. President Trump’s Team needs to take the initiative but submitting BILLS to Congress with each EO issued and that has been issued.
It is now very clear … and in the words of President Trump from his first Presidential Debate in 2016 … “it’s 2 vs 1.” Congress + Courts vs the Executive

The MAGA Right no longer admires Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Over the last few weeks, the Trump appointee sided with the liberal justices in crucial cases concerning the administration. In March, Barret, along with moderate chief justice John Roberts, ruled against the Trump administration’s attempt to defund USAID, the notoriously left-wing government agency. Last week, she sided with the liberal justices again over President Trump invoking the Alien Enemies Act to deport migrants. The arguments against that appear to be weak.
It is the President’s duty to see that the laws are faithfully executed, meaning that the departments under him do their jobs correctly, which would give him inherent authority to audit and restructure agencies like USAID. Both judges Nichols and Engelmayer are arrogating executive and legislative functions on policy-making to themselves, triggering a separation-of-powers dispute that the SCOTUS must adjudicate promptly.
What matters most in these cases is that SCOTUS has an opportunity to put up new guardrails against the hijacking of the federal courts for the purpose of lawfare — that is, for political dirty-fighting under color-of-law. The law is slow-moving, arcane, and incomprehensible to most non-lawyer citizens and that is why the Party of Chaos has misused it so liberally.

Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c), judges can issue injunctions “ONLY IF” the suing party posts a bond to cover potential damages if they’re wrong. But guess what? This rule is hardly used!
When I was in the White House, in Trump’s first term, I suggested this, but DOJ didn’t make it happen. Imagine if we had applied this to the travel ban – activists would think twice before blocking policies with potentially billions at stake.
For national injunctions, we’re talking bonds in the hundreds of millions or even billions. It will become prohibitive unless the activists have a slam dunk case.

Trump’s Administration has finally taken notice of Rule 65(c) when it comes to Federal Courts:
(c) Security. The court may issue a preliminary injunction or a temporary restraining order only if the movant gives security in an amount that the court considers proper to pay the costs and damages sustained by any party found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained. The United States, its officers, and its agencies are not required to give security.
This is not discretionary and the court cannot assess a “de-minimus” security amount either; it must be defensible predicated on the costs and damages that the other party may or will suffer with the evidence of same in the order itself if the injunction or TRO issues until disposition of the case and the posting of said security has to be completed before the TRO or injunction is valid.

Thus where is Pam Bondi with immediate emergency filings against all of the existing injunctions already issued demanding that security be posted up and computed in said public filing and, if there is any delay or refusal by the judges involved to do so taking an immediate emergency appeal as far as necessary including to the Supreme Court which, given the actual language in the Rules of Civil Procedure is a slam-dunk and immediate win? No, demanding this only on a forward basis for future filings is not enough — force the movants in all the existing injunctions to either post up security or dissolve the injunctions and TROs.

It is not so much slow and arcane but corrupted.
The only way the separation of powers as well as the checks and balances set forth in the US Constitution could be undone is if TWO of the THREE Branches of the FEDERAL Government united vs the Third Branch.
The Congress as well as Courts have been simultaneously corrupted, with the Congress using Advice and Consent to stuff the Professional Bureaucracies of the Executive with corrupt agents. The Congress and Courts are acting within their “given authority” while covering for each other as needed when one steps over the line.
This is a situation the Founding Fathers did not even consider a possibility at the time the Constitution was ratified.
Add to this that a course that was called CIVICS, the vehicle for educating citizens on our form of government, has been either greatly water down or eliminated. So, we now have corruption in government also operating in the face of totally ignorant generations of Americans and immigrants (legal and illegal).

Western elites entrenched in both international and national bureaucracies have been accorded the power to… deprive populations of their liberty and impose massive financial costs on them to boot. These ‘deep state’ bureaucracies have intertwined themselves simultaneously with each other and with big business, producing a complicated, organic patchwork of links seemingly impossible to untangle, akin to the storied Gordian Knot.
Consider for example the supply of uniforms to the US Department of Homeland Security, or the supply of flatware and dinnerware to the US Department of Defense which purchases, among other weapons of war, 500,000 pieces of cutlery annually. These are governed by the Kissell Amendment of 2009, the Berry Amendment of 1941, the Buy American Act of 1933, various WTO free trade treaties that the US has signed onto over the years, and the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) of 2020. They have collectively resulted in full or near monopolies to domestic producers for some products, such as VF Imagewear for uniforms and Sherrill Manufacturing for flatware. Politicians are spoon-fed, but only with the most torturously vetted spoons.
The deep problem is that the sheer size and complexity of vast systems such as education, health, and defence make it impossible for any single person or work team to understand them in their totality. That insight is now known as the problem of embodied knowledge: just as a body can provide its own immune defence services without the mind knowing how it’s done, bureaucracies can produce valuable services (e.g., in education, defence, and public health) without any one person or team knowing how it’s done.

Many corruption buttons will not be widely known to exist. After all, the better hidden the corruption, the longer the relevant players can hope to enjoy the benefits of that corruption.
