If you want to argue that you don’t agree with the criteria the police used for identifying Garcia as a gang member, that’s fine. We can have a debate about how a police officer is supposed to identify a gang member. Perhaps you have more experience in that realm?

Under the Biden administration (when this took place) and the leadership of Maryland at the time, the hands of law enforcement were tied when reporting illegal residency of anyone, even gang members. The police may not have brought charges due to pressure coming from above: Maryland has a Democratic governor and majority Democratic legislature. The detectives may have also been advised by their own higher-ups that any charges against illegal gang members would not stick so not to waste time and money on them. Either way, the governance of the state at the time argues strongly against the (unstated) inference that the police did not file charges because they either didn’t think they were gang members or didn’t have enough evidence for a reasonable person (not a one-party state dependent upon the ballots of these folks).
The unstated implication in this statement:
One of the gang detectives was later booted from the department after pleading guilty to misconduct in an “unrelated matter,” the police department said.
There is no information as to what this “misconduct” was. Nor do we know why the misconduct charge was brought. Leaving this hanging as it is, there is the unstated implication that the misconduct relates to this Garcia case, or cases like it, or that this detective was just too dishonest or unethical to give reliable information or testimony about Garcia. At the moment, there is no proof for that, nor do you provide any. So it simply serves as a smear.
What we do know is that two Immigration court judges were satisfied with the evidence that Garcia was a member of MS-13 in 2019 and represented a danger to society.
At the moment, I trust their judgement over some random guy on the internet.

I read many of the main stream media accounts because I live in Maryland and was trying to understand why “my” senator felt compelled to travel to El Salvador. Gun rights and responsibilities? School shootings? I see those things discussed here all the time.
If the kid doing the shooting still lives at home, jail the parent if they do not control their firearms. If the kid steals a weapon from a neighbor and still lives at home, fry the kid. If you make your children move out of your house at 18, then you are home free as a parent.
No one has yet mentioned that the kid was actually in some sort of a police training program himself, like a ride-along or Eagle scout kind of thing, so it’s possible that that may have had a bearing on his ability to gain access to stepmom’s service weapon.

Every voter roll, in every state in America is from 8% to over 20% anomalous.
That means in every state, the results of a statewide election can be decided by fraudulent mail-in ballots.
In four 2024 senate elections and about a dozen [Republican – W] House seats – that is exactly what happened.
We have more than an opinion – we run the voter rolls for over 20 states – and in every one the voter rolls are wildly inaccurate.
We don’t just run the voter rolls – so do others.
What we do that NOBODY on the planet does is cross compare them, cell by cell with property tax rolls, known address rolls, NCOA change of address rolls, national A.I. address matching systems.
Here’s why I think that is the case.
The GOP/RNC half of the UniParty wants, at best, a razor thin majority so they can perpetually use the “insufficient majority” excuse to allow implementation of what their true owners want while also obstructing Trump. This also greatly reduces the required number of CONgresspersons required to change a vote via legal bribes like pork barrel projects.
Even in red states, the GOP/RNC intentionally doesn’t allow what services Fractal can provide because it would end their ability to selectively allow Dimocrat cheating in key races (AZ anyone?) since the Fractal info would prevent that and they’d then have no “insufficient majority” excuse with a larger majority.
In 2024 they did what was needed campaigning and anti-fraud-wise in states with high electoral vote counts to get Trump elected because the election of the Commie Duo would have meant a one party system from that point onward and their relevance as the phony opposition half of the UniParty would have been further reduced. It was matter of survival. Fractal wondered why they ignored other states which led to the loss of “four 2024 senate elections and about a dozen House seats.” [all Republican – W]

Priority #1 needs to be fixing the open-air vote fraud issue and quickly. If Trump and the GOP don’t do that, everything he’s doing now will go away quickly and we’ll be right back on-track where Biden left off. These people, including the GOP, want to run the clock out on him. I fear that Bondi and Patel are in that same camp. If private people can amass so much data on how millions and millions of illegal ballots are being created and counted, then Patel and Bondi, with law enforcement powers, can do much more. This sort of fraud isn’t being done willy-nilly. It’s part of some larger scale operation funded by people and managed by people (that belong in prison).
This can be fixed, but my money is on them doing absolutely nothing but window dressing. Trump’s vote integrity EO’s have zero power. They do nothing and Trump knows that. He’s publicly telling everyone involved what they need to do. Bondi is on TV every day and Patel is out with his tailored suits hanging around celebrities.
The voter rolls should be updated and finalized during the period of time between the registration deadline and the election. This period of time is typically about a month. There is no reason to complicate this issue.
Then the rolls should be printed for each precinct. On paper. If you show up and your name is not on the roll, you can’t vote there.
Introducing even more digital manipulation through this fractal software is not helping. We have been conditioned to think we must use computers for everything.

In the filing, written in Vasquez’s own handwriting, she alleges Abrego Garcia repeatedly beat her, writing: “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he [has] left me.”
CNN is reporting that his wife is saying “they’ve worked through their issues.” Uh huh. How many times have you seen that — a woman who is hit repeatedly and comes back willingly for more?
As I’ve said to female acquaintances of mine in the past: The first time he hits you its his fault. The second time only can happen if you’re still there, and while its still his fault it is NOW also your responsibility.
Second, he was ordered removed in 2019 and the circumstances around that, and why he wasn’t, puts the lie to the claim that he really wasn’t MS-13.

But a person familiar with the matter said the Treasury Department directed Andrew De Mello, the IRS acting chief counsel, to begin the process of revoking Harvard’s tax-exempt status shortly after Trump’s post. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal matters.
Tax exemptions enable universities to receive large donations from major funders who want to decrease their tax burdens, which was instrumental in helping Harvard amass the nation’s largest university endowment at $53 billion.
The hold on federal money for research at Harvard marked the seventh time the administration has taken such a step at one of the nation’s most elite colleges. The government is attempting to force compliance with Trump’s political agenda at schools he accuses of pushing “woke” policies and allowing antisemitism to fester.
In a letter to Harvard on Friday, Trump’s administration called for broad government and leadership reforms at the university, plus changes to its admissions policies. It also demanded that the university audit views of diversity on campus and stop recognizing some student clubs.
Separately, the House Oversight Committee said Thursday that it would open an investigation into Harvard, accusing the school of a “lack of compliance with civil rights laws.”
Conservative strategist Christopher Rufo said the government should respond to Harvard’s defiance by cutting all federal money and stripping nonprofit status at Harvard and other Ivies that defy federal orders. ***Rufo urged the government to use the same tools it used during the Civil Rights Movement to force desegregation.***
“Trump needs to follow through on his threat to defund one of the Ivy League universities,” Rufo said Tuesday on social media. “Cut the funding and watch the university implode.”

Now here we are, with Kash Patel and Dan Bongino stepping into FBI leadership roles under Trump 2.0—which is great. But somehow, Charles McGonigal’s name is still off the radar. And that needs to change.

This isn’t some minor HR issue being swept under the rug. This is the rot at the heart of the Deep State—buried deep inside the FBI.

If Patel and Bongino are sincere in their tough talk about reforming the FBI, they can’t continue the Biden cover-up of the McGonigal case.

You may have read that SCOTUS has granted review of Trump’s order on birthright citizenship. However, the grant of cert is itself is very interesting.
When you take an appeal to an appellate court, you have to list the “issues on appeal.” Leave an issue out and you have a problem of waiving any review of that issue.
When a supreme court (state or SCOTUS) takes an appeal, it chooses the issue(s) it will consider. It may choose all, some or one of the issues. It may rephrase your issue, and you have to address it as phrased. (And don’t try to sneak in a discussion of an issue they decided not to review; that can backfire bigly).
In the birthright citizenship, there is no selection of issues. SCOTUS is taking the appeal with the issues Trump raised.
Why is this important? Because this case also raises the issue of nationwide orders by district judges.
SCOTUS could address the nationwide order issue or ignore it. But the issue of nationwide orders by district courts has apparently made it to the Court in a form in which the Court could rule on this issue in general, and not just as it relates to the birthright citizenship order.

Abrego-Garcia’s lawyers insisted that there was no evidence that he was MS-13, that the cops were just making it all up, that he’s just a Maryland father.
Turns out that he was hanging out with multiple confirmed MS-13 members when he was arrested, that he was wearing apparel associated with MS-13, and that a confidential source independently identified Abrego-Garcia’s membership in MS-13 along with his rank and moniker in the organization.

Abrego Garcia was pulled over in November 2022 by a Tennessee state trooper for driving an SUV full of people erratically and speeding.
“Subject was observed speeding and unable to maintain its lane, and was subsequently pulled over,” reads one entry. “Encountering officer decided not to cite the subject for driving infractions but gave him a warning citation for driving with an expired driver’s license,” the memo continues. Of note, Maryland issues driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
According to the report, the trooper believed human trafficking was involved according to a DHS summary recorded on Dec. 6, 2022.
“During the interview, subject pretended to speak less English than he was capable of and attempted to put encountering officer off-track by responding to questions with questions,” reads the summary. “When asked what relationship he had with the registered owner of the vehicle, subject replied the owner of the vehicle is his boss, and that his work is in construction.”
“There was no luggage in the vehicle, leading the encountering officer to suspect this was a human trafficking incident,” the report continues.

Um, and so I really worry about this at a point where China is mobilizing for war. It’s not mobilizing just as military. It’s also it’s a general societal mobilization, calling up reser, taking over civilian factories to make war material, uh, standing up militia units and state enterprises. So I worry about this moment and I hope that the you know I the way I’d put it is I hope the almighty protects us.
