The responsibility is accurately applied to Bondi’s effort, considering it was a stealth DOJ Lawfare operative who purposefully wrote in a court filing that Garcia’s deportation was a “mistake.” The failure of Main Justice to catch the Lawfare operation within their ranks, has triggered these media events.

Remember also the word, “classified.” There are things that they can right now talk about to the public, and things they can’t and mustn’t. Internal agency actions probably fall into that category.
They could have brought in some new people and kept the others out of the loop, until their reliability could be verified.

As I said below, I approve of her strategy to be constantly in front of the press, being as transparent as she can be about what she and her office is doing. Most Attorneys General do not do this. I think that she is being bold and strategic in doing so. And, yes, taking a calculated risk.
The reputation of the DOJ (like the FBI) was basically destroyed in the public eye. She didn’t do that, but she’s the one in charge now. And she knew that when she signed up. One of her tasks is to try to restore it – and likewise for the thousands of LEOs who ultimately report to her. You can’t do that standing behind a podium or by playing a bagpipe. Notice also that she never says anything that is classified or should not be said.

Absolutely correct. At this point, much of the United States citizenry literally would not give an FBI agent the time of day. They simply are not trustworthy either as people or law enforcement personnel.

Why would the FBI want Garcia released? If for a good purpose, it should be public by now, or they would have stopped him from being deported.

If Kash is good and Bongino is good, and FBI is good, and if FBI reasons for telling Tennessee Highway patrol to release Abrego Garcia were good, they would have quietly stopped the deportation, and quietly got him back into his important/good service. But they didn’t. I suspect the FBI interest in Abrego Garcia was sinister and embarrassing to someone.

I think many on this site expect miracles from the people President Trump has put in place. They are not God. Give it a chance. The deep state has been entrenching itself in the silos of Washington DC for years and years. I think some on this site expect everything to be reversed in 100 days or less.
WWII ended 80 years ago and within a few years the pace of the entrenchment was accelerating way beyond the pace before WWII. The creation of the CIA started that acceleration and President Trump in 2017 was the first President that forcefully tried to correct the entrenchment. Give him a chance.
Right now, my #1 concern is not how many times AG Pam Bondi has been on Fox but how good a job is the Secret Service doing protecting President Trump. I pray for his safety daily. Without him this is a lost cause.

General Bondi’s focus, clarity, consistency, dedication, and determination to get the truth out.
