Stephen Miller works earnestly to stop the nonsense narrative created by Democrats and left-wing corporate media in the deportation case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
As noted by Miller, a DOJ embed Lawfare operative, purposefully and with malicious political intent, inserted into a court filing that Garcia was “mistakenly” deported. As we have outlined, there are many such lawfare cells embedded in the DOJ awaiting their moment to detonate and disrupt the Trump administration; the Garcia narrative is an example of a singular detonation from within Main Justice by a singular cell, there are hundreds still waiting.

It is frustrating to watch the White House have to react to all the issues created by the DOJ embeds, while simultaneously watching praise being heaped upon Attorney General Pam Bondi while she fails to root out the corrupt Lawfare operatives within her agency that create the issues the White House has to respond to.
What about the Supreme Court?
Neither the Congress or the SCOTUS can override Article II of the Constitution. The Executive is charged with a duty to preserve the Constitution just as are the Congress and the SCOTUS. If the Congress and the SCOTUS violate the Constitution it is the DUTY of the Executive to ignore them and follow the Constitution. If the Congress wants to amend Article II they have the power to pass an amendment and submit it to the states for ratification. If they so choose, the House can impeach the Executive, and have him/her tried in the Senate, and if convicted, removed from office. The SCOTUS has no power over the Executive, whatsoever. The SCOTUS is charged with preserving the Constitution within the Judicial Branch, i.e. overturning lower court decisions. Beyond that, they are out of their lane and must get off of the road. This is how the system was constructed by the Founders.
We must stop letting the SCOTUS act as the final arbiter of everything. That is rule by a cabal, not by the People through their elected representatives. The only ways to do that are for the Congress to impeach Justices, or to create an exception to jurisdiction as they are empowered in Article III, Section 2, Clause 2, or for the Congress AND the Executive to declare, and defy, as unconstitutional, such decisions by the SCOTUS.
Ultimately, underlying all of this is the imperative of having lawful and secure elections. That is the only way for the People to speak, and ENFORCE, their will.

Over decades imperious justices (small “j”) have twisted, perverted, ignored its language and the intent of men long gone, no longer here to disabuse men and women in black robes of their faithless guardianship.

When I am sent to a store to fix it, the first thing I do on day one is fire people. The place is broken because of the employees who broke it, simply put. I like anecdotes because they are real-life examples that can be interpreted differently by those who were there. I was at my local watering hole (Farmington Valley, CT) on Friday watching the Masters with my golf league buddies; I was surprised that it was pretty packed for a Friday afternoon, but then the Masters was on.

His stated reason to not be deported when he was caught after illegally entering the country was he was afraid for his life from a gang in his home country. Love Miller. I am hung up on what President Trump said yesterday after P Bondi gave her mediocre response to issue of bringing back the ms13 El Salvadorian. He told her she was doing a good job. In the past I’ve heard him say similar. I don’t see anything exemplary.
