HAT TIP to Elon Musk sycophant, Mario Nawfal, who gleefully writes:
“Elon’s DOGE just teamed up with Palantir — the AI data company co-founded by Peter Thiel — to help the IRS build a massive “mega API.”
What’s a mega API? Think of it like a giant, turbo-charged plug that lets computers talk to each other. This one would let the IRS finally access all of its scattered, ancient tax data in one place.
For 3 days straight, Palantir’s tech geniuses, DOGE officials, and IRS engineers have been locked in a digital war room, trying to modernize a system that still faxes things like it’s 1997.
It’s like giving a flip phone the powers of ChatGPT — if ChatGPT worked for the IRS and wanted your W-2s. Yes, it’s weird. Yes, it’s real.” (LINK)
Yes, Elon Musk and Palantir (CEO Alex Carp) are going to create the IRS interface that links your tax identification to all other government monitoring databases. The sourcing is HERE and HERE.
Against enormous backlash from those who believe Elon Musk, Peter Theil, Palantir and JD Vance are the saviors of our nation; while facing anger from those who define the telling of truth as a black pill – while shouting that failing to support Elon Musk is akin to attacking President Trump; CTH Previously warned about the most likely end game extensively. [HERE] and [HERE] and [HERE]
To all those voices who refuse to see what is becoming increasingly obvious, understand the core CTH baseline, we don’t care if information is uncomfortable, because the Truth has No Agenda. Here’s the explanation from WIRED:
WIRED: […] “Corcos has discussed plans for DOGE to build “one new API to rule them all,” making IRS data more easily accessible for cloud platforms, sources say. APIs, or application programming interfaces, enable different applications to exchange data, and could be used to move IRS data into the cloud. The cloud platform could become the “read center of all IRS systems,” a source with direct knowledge tells WIRED, meaning anyone with access could view and possibly manipulate all IRS data in one place.
Over the past few weeks, DOGE has requested the names of the IRS’s best engineers from agency staffers. Next week, DOGE and IRS leadership are expected to host dozens of engineers in DC so they can begin “ripping up the old systems” and building the API, an IRS engineering source tells WIRED. The goal is to have this task completed within 30 days. Sources say there have been multiple discussions about involving third-party cloud and software providers like Palantir in the implementation. (more)
This is the one Musk endeavor that will not be opposed by either wing of the DC UniParty. Remember, Palantir already has multiple government contracts in defense, intel and national security agencies throughout government.
I’m just going to cut to the chase and again outline where this is going, repeating an encapsulation we have provided repeatedly.
I’m sure there is some value in this process. In fact, I am certain that utilization of enhanced algorithmic AI software to streamline government data systems does hold merit. However, that’s not the big picture issue that concerns me.
Everything we see unfolding, from the Tech Bro alignment with Trump, to the network of influence after the election, to the selection and advisement of specific individuals to join the administration, all the way to the first-round expose’ of USAID, should be looked upon with a background forecast.
(1) gaining access to govt data was the goal; (2) monetizing the system with proprietary AI contracts (vis-a-vis Palantir) is the benefit; (3) however, a national security justified surveillance state is going to be the outcome.
As people are shocked at the USAID spending scandal unfolding, I would posit the USAID silo was chosen first for DOGE exploration specifically because the subsequent outrage would gain the highest amount of public support for the pending solution. It’s the pending solution to the crisis that we should be very focused on.
Their solution will never be about US, it will always be about THEM; what’s in their best interests. That’s their focus, not us, them.
Failing to STOP after crisis in the past always ended up with acceptance of their solution. Now we take off our shoes at the airport, go through body scans, accept pat-downs, wear masks, accept sketchy vaccines, click yes on 5,000-word terms of service for privacy statements we never read, align ourselves with Real ID, and generally accept the all-encompassing surveillance state; none of which is grounded upon liberty or freedom. It’s all based on govt control.
Yes, as poked by Musk the govt is in crisis, and just as sure as you are reading this the administrators within govt already have the solution ready to roll.
“We will use advanced technology and non-partisan AI programming, to make the government more efficient and ensure this level of corruption and wasteful spending never happens again.” That’s the selling point.
Every dollar will be tracked, monitored and oversight will be transparent and available for everyone to see. Just ignore the part where the same efficiency system is monitoring your real ID, connecting your personage to the new govt and private sector interfaces, and click “I agree” on your next federal tax filing.
Trust us Comrade citizen, the new technologically advanced DODGE approved govt system cares about responsible stewardship and you. Swear.”
The process starts by downloading government data to an AI enhanced database for review and filtration.
You forgot to pay your XXXX fees (or taxes), ATM doesn’t work for you now. Oh and whoops, you can’t renew your passport or govt compliant DL either.
The streamlining and downsizing of government through the use of AI systems is a good thing, perhaps a very good thing. However, watch out for deployment into the DHS/IRS interface because that will give rise to consequences from the newly expanded Surveillance State.
Peaceniks don’t build bombs; and those who genuinely believe in liberty do not build nor support domestic surveillance networks that can be weaponized depending on who is in power. {BACKSTORY HERE and HERE}

This has been my biggest fear. But it also goes back to my earlier statement months ago, if PDJT wants to castrate this monster, he MUST get through the tax cut for nobody paying federal income tax under $150,000.
By doing so, then the playing field is leveled. The way the IC goes after people is through tax evasion. Take that arrow from their quiver, and this is not the end of society.
However, if tax payers remain under the thumb, this will be the end of the road in my view. They will get everyone on the smallest infractions. But what they don’t realize is, by dealing with a monsterous system like this, there will be so many infractions that managing our own finances will be like a second or third job. Every single night Americans will have to come home and begin doing the books for their personal life.
Mr President, you MUST eliminate the federal income tax immediately.
The government will never pass no taxes for individuals making less than 150k. They want the constant reminder every time we earn money that it truly belongs to the government. It’s the same with switching the clocks twice a year. They could easily change this so we don’t have to, but the government LOVES controlling everything. Including TIME itself. They believe they are God.
Maybe if President Trump and DOGE can eliminate all the corruption members of Congress enjoy and live off and taxes begin to take a bite out of their Congressional salaries then lower tax rates could be possible? Members of Congress live in a potemkin village where higher taxes and more spending equates to great job performance! JMO
No need, they will just be denied groceries at checkout until tax monies are paid.
I wish it was limited to tax collections but it won’t be.
“Right to Reply: we see you posted a comment to CTH that counters the official narrative. Access to your money and ability to travel is hereby revoked, pls report to your local re-education center for further indoctrination”
Precisely. President Trump told us there would be NO CBDC and yet here we are with a back door into everything we do.
So the front door might be locked but the big bad government can come in through the back door and time it chooses.
“We will use advanced technology and non-partisan AI programming”
Until a very partisan administration gets in and weaponizes it. It would make my three straight years of Audits under Lois Lerner look like a cakewalk.
all administrations have been partisan during my 80 years.
I don’t travel abroad, I grow all my own food, and am happy to live by candlelight. I have 2 neighbors, and we swap goods. I have fruit, eggs, and veggies. They have deer, and fish, and honey. I grow all my own dent corn, and eat cornbread, which also makes grits, and cornflour. I wear clothes that are years old, and have a vehicle that I can fix. I’d even make my own ethanol if I had to.
Societies have been structured for dependency, but you don’t have to be dependent, you just need faith in God, and faith in yourself.
And everyone making over $150,000 is still comprehensively monitored?
It’s not everyone. They have already said it would be a scaled table of everything OVER 150k. That elimnates income tax for 93% of Americans.
Not what I’m after.
The monitoring system is assumed in place. The tax solution leaves the door open to apply pervasive financial monitoring for everyone making over $150K annually. It’s a corner around tax evasion suits that would not apply to all Americans.
Perhaps why PDJT is advocating eliminating income taxes altogether.
The Bible foretold about this 2000 years ago. There would be a world leader who will demand allegiance to him and you will get a mark on your forehead or hand and will not be able to buy or sell without it. This is coming whether Trumps administration does the dirty deed or the democrats. Jesus is coming back and the world is aligning for judgement.
I might be a star on a corner of your driver’s license to prove you are an American citizen.
I’m glad I only have about 20 good years left. I feel sorry for the Youngsters. What a nightmare world they are going to live in.
Most of them won’t know it. Their bodies will be hooked up to machines interacting with their fantasies while generating energy for the grid that powers their fantasies.
Right to reply: Heh, heh. Right you are 🙂
this is what I keep saying…if he can rightsize the economy I can (hopefully) live the rest of my days in somewhat peace…more behind me than in front of me..the poor kids, I agree…not much if any future to hope for…the only upside is that they somewhat grew up in a surveillance society and they have been indoctrinated in school that this is man’s natural state…
You say a mouthful there!! We think we’ve got it bad…
Is this the ‘Brave New World’ of ‘1984’…
‘This Perfect Day’… that ‘The Forbin Project’ foretold?
If it is… stop the world 🌎
I want to get off.
“2034”…..
only 50 years off…..
but close enough.
Just when I thought the CBDC threat was over.
There are other ways to control us without using CBDC.
A total surveillance AI is way better.
No matter how noble the official selling points, the end work around product we will be stuck living under will be perpetual enshitifacation.
Application Programming Interface
(For the old geezers like me who are almost acronym-ed out)
So, should I throw away the bottle of *winnamins* I bought last week????!
Not at all… just expect the taste of those winnamins to be a little on the bitter side.
I said the other day. They are the horsemen of the apocalypse.
Great info Sundance.
Is Trump unwittingly expanding the Surveillance State, or is it intentional?
Trump is playing the foil to Michelle’s hero.
And achieving Obama Team ends all the same….
The transition at least will be peaceful as the centrist authoritarians are united against the extreme wings.
Thanks for all the info.
I don’t think Trump is unwitting. He knows tech is the future, and embraces it. Putin himself stated that whoever wins at AI rules the world.
We’re fuct.
Since you have not payed attention to the Trump family’s enterprise going all in on crypto then this will shock you. The government by end of DOGE reign will be under a blockchain. The point of DOGE was to show mismanagement and fraud within the “system” and that there will be need for permanent annotation of all activity. The don’t call it a fourth turning for nothing!
Great comment.
Post of the day!
15 The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. 16 It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.
Revelations 13:15-17
EXACTLY!!
History is replete with men and nations disintegrating due to their hubris. Nations rise and fall, the US is no different. What is left will be the larger question.
That assumes the Public is dumb enough to emower the Democrats again. In the short run, Democrats are going to be exposed as the most corrput party in history, and have their funding dramatically cut.
Nah, the technocrats will choose the leaders just like 2020 when they switched the votes.
That’s a pretty solid assumption. It’s happened over and over…
Its not the Democrats that concern me, its the RINOS.
The end game 🙁
Land is still affordable. Get out of the system and become as self reliant as possible.
Yup!
Buying land doesn’t get one “out of the system.”
It can give one a route to self sufficiency though, if you are of a mind to and work hard at it.
That is the bit that keeps them dependent. They don’t want to work hard at it, its beneath them.
There is still the dreaded property tax, but I don’t have to shop for food that has been drenched in glyphosate, or depend on a water company who pours chemicals and toxic sludge into my drinking water.
It’s at times like this when I wish that Sundance had PDJT’s ear. Or the ear of a close advisor or two who also worry about how this process leads to disaster.
HELLO? Anyone in Trump World who “gets” this like we do?
As bad as the Uniparty Deep State is, we have never had one Singular Big Brother Program that combined your proctology report, voting records, credit scores, 5th Grade Report Card, traffic tickets, bank records, consumer purchases, travel records, psych evals, prescriptions, utility usage, background checks, facial recognition, political donations, overdue library books, gun ownership, tax records, phone records, etc, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot rely on this administration to prevent that for us. We’re going to have to insist on it ourselves.
This is why Naomi Wolf is concerned about Elon compiling all government data, whether for the government or his own commercial use.
Rest in the Vine: “The Sack of Rome: Elon Musk’s Digital Coup” by Dr. Naomi Wolf
Father God, we bind any and all forms of Tyranny over our lives and loose Your Spirit of Liberty over this nation, in the Name of Jesus Christ our Redeemer, Amen and Amen!
John 8
36 So if the Son makes you free, then you are unquestionably free.
I read most of Naomi’s article. What a smart woman. My first thought and prayer at the finish was even so come Lord Jesus. Scary.
How easy it will be for a new administration that is courting Chinese control over the US (like OBiden et al were) to hand over the all-comprehensive AI database about you to the CCP so they can appropriately meet out the consequences of your social credit score.
Am betting the PRC have most of this already; with hooks into whatever next system emerges, to hack it for the rest of the data and control logic, into the future. Evil, but not stupid.
Some of the worst of the worst have been created by republicans.
Nixon – the beginnings of the administrative state like the EPA and a dozen other bureaus and agencies.
W – the beginnings of the surveillance state and TWO forever wars.
Trump – the beginnings of social scores and total control of the serfs and failing to destroy the DOJ and FBI all the while gaslighting us with Blondi, Patel, BonJovi and Musk.
Remember, Trump comes from a businessman perspective. I have NEVER hear him say one thing about privacy, ever.
“Some of the worst of the worst have been created by republicans.”
Not sure President Trump doesn’t care about our privacy, but he has stood up for most of our freedoms, so I believe he may take a stand on this. I hold out hope he will get rid of Blondi if she doesn’t do her job. I think he wants the Crossfire Hurricane/J6 Hoax criminals to face Justice. I trust Dan Bongino to be fighting for us to reform the FBI. If he quits and goes back to his podcast, we will know all hope of that is lost.
Re Nixon: I believe you’re right about him. Additionally, I’m old enough to remember when Nixon first went to China, which at the time was mostly peasant farmers and rickshaws. When Nixon returned to the US we were told we needed to help China build up their country economically out of the goodness of our hearts. We were told once China became rich, they would see how wonderful Capitalism is and gone would be their desire for Totalitarian Communism.
That didn’t work out so well, like the NeoCons promised, did it? The NeoCons have been feeding China for almost 60 years, getting super-wealthy themselves, and now China is our most formidable enemy. They own and have access to critical US infrastructure and we are billions in debt to them. Our manufacturing is crippled, and theirs is booming. They hate us and sent a bioweapon over to kill millions of us in the US and across the world. We are almost completely dependent on cheap garbage products manufactured in China that are often broken out of the box or contain toxic contaminants. They must laugh at us every day for that.
They dream of taking over the US militarily, not just economically. Many say it is inevitable that there will be a war between China and the US some day. Perhaps we should take them on now, while we still have military superiority, and while we have President Trump instead of a ChiCom puppet like Biden who would have surrendered our country at the first attack on our shores.
My hope is that Trump has been planning to destroy China economically with the tariffs. Perhaps he can return them to bankruptcy, a military war will be avoided, and then the world will be a better place. China has already said they will fight to the end. Let it begin. They owe us for the Covid-19 pandemic and Trump would have every right to nullify our debt to them and any and all holdings they have in the US. Americans can do our part by not buying any more Chinese products. No matter if that is a hardship right now.
Don’t forget about Newt and company.
I’m still wondering if Newt was more responsible for the rise of China than Clinton.
Musk built Tesla on the backs of the American taxpayer (subsidies for purchase of Tesla) and the American purchaser of internal combustion cars (carbon credits forked over to Tesla from Ford, GM, et al to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars per year). Year after year Tesla would report X hundred millions in net profit, when that was all due to carbon credit money. It may be brilliant engineering and industrial innovation, but it is not a legitimate business. It’s government motors.
I am verythankful to be in a situation where l no longer am required to file income taxes. I be poor! Lol
WHO IS JOHN GALT??
There was a reason our great grandparents hid cash in the mattress….but they did not have to worry about it being ‘eliminated’.
AMEN!
SMART AGGIE 😉
Remember that time the dems favorite president FDR seized everyone’s gold. Good times.
Never happen again!
Without a bloody fight
as Nov.2020…….??????
LOL
The genii was out of the bottle when social security numbers were issued to citizens. We were told that it would ONLY be used for social security, wink wink, but here we are. Alas to clean out the fraud from the government, they need more access to ‘our permanent records’. To coach any team on a municipal park ballfield in New Jersey you must be fingerprinted first. The Right to Be Left Alone is disappearing.
How do we insure only citisens vote, or recieve Govt. assistance?
If you truly oppose this, get yourself a hoodie, a covid mask, baseball cap and a couple of crescent wrenches.
And then, begin undoing bolts on cell phone towers, so they collapse, …yes industrial vandalism that would no doubt get you imprisoned if/when you are caught. Its TECHNOLOGY, and thr cat is already out of the bag, and pooping in our bed .
Mark: Well, it’s settled. I won’t be coaching at any municipal parks in New Jersey. Indeed, I won’t be doing anything in NJ, if I can avoid it. I used to live there. The NJ Shore is great. The tolls on the Garden State are enought to drive me crazy.
I have been fingerprinted no fewer than 6 times for different jobs within healthcare.
When I challenged it at the last time, I was told “your fingerprints change over time”….to which I asked…”if I turn up dead and they want to use my dead body’s fingerprints, for ID, then they won’t be accurate for ID?” Of course, there was no answer.
A lie among lies. “Once you have had a virus infection you are immune for life” Now it is. Not immune for life because the virus mutates (changes).
I was told the same thing my last Federal fingerprinting; although, it could have been correct in my case as a court reporter…wearing those prints down with every stroke of the keys.
I will say that after the Convid BS, with all the hand sanitizer and washing of hands, we probably all had cracks and cuts in our fingers that would never truly heal our skin back to what it was.
The Trump administration has been trying to gain access to the IRS database in order to identity and locate all the illegals in it.
It’s a real problem when the only people who have access to government data are the mid-level (Democrat) career bureaucrats. Transparency is a good thing.
But the future implications mean a goosestepping boot on yer neck.
Just sayin
pretty sure we already experienced that on steroids, courtesy of Joe Biden.
no, it can get much worse.
I do not like this one bit! Having everything in one place…. IN A CLOUD… just invites the hackers (who are ever more sophisticated) and we will all be compromised.
I recently had my M$ account hacked… it took them quite some time, but they eventually cracked my password. Of course, I was completely unaware of this until suddenly M$ decided that this was unusual activity and sent me an email.
At first, I wasn’t too alarmed because, after all, the only thing they could get from my account was my solitaire scores. WRONG!
What I did not realize is that every piece of data on my laptop is now in the CLOUD. I had taken steps to prevent this from happening, but I guess one of the updates stole my stuff.
Okay, I thought… no worries, I will just disable OneDrive (AGAIN!) and that would solve the issue. WRONG!!!!
Now, when you disable OneDrive all of your data disappears from your device. This did not used to be the case. I am very angry about this… to say the least. I am hoping and praying that I caught the intrusion in time to stop them stealing my stuff. (I will be getting a new laptop eventually… and it won’t be M$!).
I have also had my info hacked as part of the OPM hack a few years ago… twice.
This will not be a good thing to have everything about us all in one place and LINKED. Nefarious stuff will start to happen…. monitored by the Government and at the mercy of hackers. How exciting! /s
Doesn’t even need to be a hacker per se.
One apparatchik with TDS and the proper credentials could steal your data.
yes, a more likely situation
Now, when you disable OneDrive all of your data disappears from your device.
Yet another reason to us an os other than Windows.
Exactly!
I had the same problem with my one drive. And keeping up with passwords has become a nightmare! Dear God!
The democrats will resist with every bone in their body if and when their grifting money trail is exposed and they are charged with stealing.
So the question becomes ‘what can WE do’?
This really is no surprise, it was predicted 2000+ years ago in the prophesies of scripture.
Because Elon Musk has always been a liar and a fraud.
First noted on these very pages well over a decade ago.
Some of us knew that if allowed in, the tech bros would build the surveillance state for whomever paid them.
Tech bros do not believe in the uniquely American ideals of Liberty.
Which cannot exist in a surveillance state.
You have to hope that one day, someone finds the plug and pulls it!
I can imagine it playing out as well as the Patriot Act
You didn’t protest. Your mom did—outside a school board meeting. A traffic cam snapped a photo. Facial recognition flagged attendees.
You were standing beside her.
Two weeks later, your return flight is delayed. TSA pulls you for “extra screening.” You miss your connection. Days later, your debit card gets declined. The bank flags “unusual activity,” but won’t elaborate. A letter arrives from the IRS: Your return has been selected for manual review.
You apply to renew your concealed carry permit. It’s placed under further evaluation. No reason given.
No charges. No phone calls. No official accusation.
Just friction. Quiet, systemic pressure. And it all started with a camera.
All in the name of saving a few billion dollars and making government “more efficient.”
Civil liberties were great while they lasted. 🫠
Perfect analogy. And it will absolutely happen. It has already begun to a certain degree.
JoeS: I went to court to protest a photo-enforced “right turn on red” ticket a few years ago. In my defense, which was on constitutional grounds, I raised all the issues you mentioned. During the “trial,” I learned that a patrolman does not need to show up anymore in court for traffic photo-enforcement cases. The State of California now empowers office clerks who review videos to serve as a “witness.” The clerks “witness” videos.
I did not succeed in my defense. Neither the judge nor the traffic clerk “witness” realized that their jobs have become superfluous and will eventually be eliminated.
And the private company that installed, monitors and issues citations gets paid for this service from the fines generated.
There is a case where a company was found to be manipulating light timing to increase the field of citable offenses.
I don’t know if this works in CA. If your goal is to fight a traffic camera ticket in Georgia and actually force a real courtroom showdown, here’s the five-step play:
Hit them with sharp questions like:
Most of the time, the witness (the clerk) has no idea how the tech works. They’re just told it’s accurate and to trust the machine. But a court is about proof—not trust.
This strategy doesn’t say “I didn’t do it.” It says “If the system can’t prove it’s accurate, it has no right to accuse me in the first place.”
Just thinking out loud.
Some nice sand there.
And then they can use the two hop rule to tap your phone.
For 40 years Treasury Systems have be able to track everything within a single system. For 15 years that system has been linked with biometric systems. Some biometric data is gathered outside the US.
The various parts, banking, driving, flying, criminal histories, border crossing, etc., have internal firewalls, dependent on levels of access that prevent or limit full exploitation. All the pieces are in place, just hit the switch.
That new technology will be fun when you’re trying to buy firearms.
1984 is here in 2025.
So lemme summarize Sundance for the slow people….
.
1. Pam Blondi, Cash Pastel, Dan Bonghead, and Tulsi Gabsalot aren’t doing jack squat to take on and castrate the DS and the IC.
…and…
2. Trump has been rope-a-doped by Larry Ellison, Peter Thiel, and Elon Musk (and the deepest of states) into supporting the creation and implementation of the the AI “beast”(Palantir) which will turn the USA into a surveillance state that will make the USSR and China look like free nations.
.
It’s getting hard to believe that Trump wasn’t in on the entire thing and people of good heart and will have been suckered once again.
Oh yeah, and Kash Pastel and Dan actually promoted the most vehement and ardent J6 hater in the FBI to head up the DC Field office (the most coveted job in the FBI short of being the director).
Good times!
“It’s getting hard to believe that Trump wasn’t in on the entire thing and people of good heart and will have been suckered once again.”
So you’re one of the slow people.
Explain, inarguably, why Trump selected those folks for appointments before you say that, Karen.
Ease up…give the President a chance….and I am confused, too…that said…
Candidate Trump had an almost ‘Come to Jesus’ moment, not once but twice. That changes people, for the better.
‘Come to Jesus’ moments can also change us for the worse *if* our idea of peace and safety is skewed. That is, if we value our mortal lives (fear death) more than we can conceive of our spiritual lives (eternal salvation), then we will succumb to evil without realizing our error.
How many of us ran to FauXI for (a skewed sense of) peace and safety? I would posit it is approximately the same number who will receive the mark of the ‘beast’ in order to participate in a (skewed) society offering peace and safety.
Most of us *will* be deceived. It is all spelled out in Revelation for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. God’s word is absolute and immutable.
Therefore we cannot presume to change the fate of humanity. We can only control our individual destinies in what promises to be the ultimate test of FAITH in our eternal Savior, Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 5:3
Rev 13
Matthew 13: 9-16
Landslide24: FedGov’s goal is to out-China China in the game of population control.
I have been warning about this for weeks if not months.
Musk keeps misrepresenting what he finds through DOGE. Either he doesn’t understand what he’s looking at, or he does and hopes we don’t.
David Stockman, who completely supports DOGE, keeps saying Elon is mistaken about what he found at Social Security.
Elon came out and said he wants all government agency computers interconnected.
Then anyone who objected was mocked- “what do you think Elon is going to do with your personal information?”
Um, exactly what he’s trying to do with it?
It will be for our own benefit, of course.
Know why we haven’t gotten rid of the TSA? Because somebody has something in the works to solve the problem they created- Noem is even telling us, we need to help them help us avoid delays at the airports.
Oh, but where in the Constitution, exactly, does it forbid the government from interfering with our freedom to travel?
I always thought that it was the government that was limited by the Constitution, not the other way ’round, but I guess that’s just my 1900s way of thinking.
Sundancs, you are describing the book by IRA Lavin, ‘ This Perfect Day’
What’s wrong with faxing things?
Absolutely nothing…
Government control started with Credit Cards and debanking. Credit cards never make a mistake and are cancelled often for trivial warnings. I have felt this control coming for years and my response has been to get cash from the bank and then spend it. The more we can keep the cash economy going the better. During the COVID Pantomime we came very close to a cashless society. Cloud computers are dangerous to your health. We will all become accountants correcting government and bank and Credit Cards computers that then will get better and better at persecuting you.
.
Perhaps this will all come crashing down (using China? or Russia) and the glitch will provide us the new paradigm:
– those of us who appreciate capitalism and cash, will pay with cash, including a 10% value added tax with that being the extent of our government obligations, or barter. Also, all business and ‘official’ communications must be done with a hard copy (paper);
– those wanting to ‘streamline’ their existence can voluntarily sign up for the machine to handle all their affairs. The ‘credit card company’ will remit to the government a .0275% fee on the total of all transactions;
– those who cannot, or will not, choose either method will either become self-sufficient or be provided a ‘facility and grounds’ to exist via the government’s largesse garnered from the above two methods.
Each individual, remaining free in their conceptualization of liberty, can move in and out of these systems as their life situations dictate . . .
Yep its dayjavoo again.
Another manufactured government “crisis” and more of our freedoms taken away.
“however, a national security justified surveillance state is going to be the outcome.”
I agree.
I am of the strong opinion that CRITICISM WITHOUT PROVIDING AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION is both cowardly (but good for clicks) and counter productive. While I agree with the commentary in principal (i.e. I personally; because I do not fly, have no intention of getting a “verified ID”) the narrative admits “there may be some merit” so what is the specific doable safe guard?
Seems to be a positive solution would be a doable rallying cry!
Excellent point. Good bless him, but Sundance is historically long on problems and short on solutions….other than “vote Trump”.
The most frustrating this is that he clearly and inarguably knowns more than he posts about, but claims his narrow focus is how he can “best serve”.
Where did anyone get the idea that pointing out a problem required one to have a solution?
You point it out so people can come up with a solution.
Did you ever consider that maybe, just maybe, I do not know of a solution?
Did that ever cross your mind?
Should I not outline a problem, just because I do not know a solution?
There is always a solution.
And in this case, it might be the one you are most afraid to voice (ie. The Old Mill).
Not that I blame you one bit for that.
On other hand, perhaps it’s time for the people of God to recognize we truly ARE at the beginning of the End Times (see Rev 13:15-17), and start preparing/connecting/organizing to resist as best we collectively can.
The red head in me is forced to speak out:
Torches and pitchforks?
Today is the anniversary of the day the Union surrendered Fort Sumter, to the Confederacy. That battle, April 12-13, marked the beginning of the Civil War.
…And April 19th marks the 250th anniversary of the battle of Lexington & Concord, which marked the beginning of the revolution.
So, there’s that…
Perhaps, we’re due for another. 😉
can you state your solution?
What is “the old mill” solution?
If we accepted Murray’s premise, AA would cease to exist.
Acknowledging a problem is pedagogically the first step in solving it.
You keep pointing out what’s wrong.
what is AA?
Sundance, the complainers offer nothing of value and are not worthy of response.
there is no way out. the tech is too powerful
Sundance, do you have any connections to President Trump to be able to warn him of this? And especially the biblical End Times implications? I know that he says that has literally had a “Come to Jesus” moment this past summer in Butler that he has said changed him spiritually. He believes his life was spared by God to Make America Great Again. He is trying to promote Christian values, and is even highlighting Easter week at the White House.
But I question how well-versed he is in biblical prophecy about the Mark of the Beast, and what the Bible says about end-time economics.
Just saying that it might be eye-opening for him to know about that, as he seems to want his legacy to be one of being used by God for good for this country…
Dear Sir with all due respect (and you are due plenty) of course I considered, even more expected, that you did not have a solution. Neither do I, because frankly there probably is not a solution; the Tech Genie is already out of the bottle and the hard cold, factual reality is that what is happening gives us what we asked for (i.e. integrity of voter roles, stopping illegals from casting votes, cleaning up outright fraud, and waste to but to name a few).
Likewise, I do not mean to suggest that problems and pitfalls should be ignored because I personally believe that they should not. Now with that said, (not as much the original posting because clearly you did recognise some positives, but in particular the many follow up comments), the level of criticism from our own side, just rubs me wrong and I apologize for it. Thank you for letting me have my say.
You calling Sundance a coward is rich.
Sundance has been putting himself out there for 15 years, at great personal expense and constant threat of personal danger. He has never once lied to us, and when he discovers a flaw in analysis he readily admits it. He has never promised us all the answers to all the problems, he only promises to deliver the TRUTH to us for OUR benefit and discernment. Thousands upon thousands have learned a great deal about the hidden corruption and the existence of The Uniparty. I love him for that.
And I respect him, in HIS house.
You, are the coward here.
I was drafted during the Vietnam war. One of the earliest lessons I learned in basic training was that courage is a daily seemingly simple thing like getting up with a massive hangover and still doing your job. If you agree with Sundance’s premise vis-a-vie technology show courage by STOP USING A SMART PHONE – I have 🙂
The solution is we tell our government NO! How’s that?
And the best way to say no is to stay home until the country collapses.
Like China, but with a rainbow of diversity.
Not only removing shoes anymore. Face scanning too!
“New airport rules look to end boarding passes, check-in”
Video: Kurt ‘CyberGuy’ Knutsson joins ‘Fox & Friends Weekend’ to discuss the new airport rules allowing passengers to scan their face rather than use a boarding pass.
Reason 1035 why I will never fly again….
We are already being surveilled continuously. The problem at the IRS is being exploited for massive fraud. I think this is necessary, with monitoring of lawful citizens effectively unchanged.
Yes, you are under surveillance. However, until now there has been no government interface that links the surveillance to your engagement with government systems.
With a big assist from Elon Musk and Palantir (Peter Theil) the government will now be able to use the surveillance (facial recognition, Real ID, metadata, etc.) together with regulatory and compliance networks (IRS, Social Security, DHS, Federal health systems like medicare and medicaid etc. etc).
If you don’t pay your taxes, the SSI benefits will reflect accordingly, or maybe you can’t get a doctor’s visit, or renew a driver’s license, or passport. Perhaps your electronic banking is blocked, or even your new car will not start until the GPS enable chip is released after your compliance with payments to govt is corrected.
The surveillance connects your identity with your behavior, with your ability to interface with govt systems.
A true fascist’s dreamworld.
All the control with none of the jackboots required.
And a society willing to buy in…
That really is the saddest part.
Skynet 2024: The Infrastructure is Complete!
Yes to a certain extent this is correct, but not entirely. There already exists government data base interface at certain touch points and within some government organizations. It starting with fusion centers and greatly expanded from there sharing of data bases. It has rapidly grown and this newest API endeavor will seemingly expand this government capability exponentially.
That being said, some of what you outlined in your response is civilian/commercial data base interface with government data base, or access by the government of shared private data (medical appointments, banking, auto chips or GPS data). This is as threatening to freedom (if not more) than the government consolidating all government data via a master API.
I appreciate your site very much and agree with your concerns.
Regarding an earlier comment to you by another CTH member about solutions….outside of legislative or judicial remedies, there still remain some techniques to avoid or counter surveillance to a varying degree and maintain a relatively low profile on the radar screen, but it can be quite challenging and most Americans would find them to difficult or inconvenient to put into practice.
“Surveillance connects your identity with your behavior, with your ability to interface with govt systems” and yet most continue to use a smart phone VOLUNTARILY and without concern.
Stupid huh?
The smart phone, much like the boarding pass, will no longer be necessary to surveil people who receive the mark of the beast. The technology aspect will then merge directly inside of the post-human or transhuman being.
Elon Musk has already invented the neuralink. We ain’t seen nothing yet.
You intentionally miss the point in your haste to simply be an asshole to Sundance.
We get it. 🐊
ESG…or pick your favorite acronym.
My only comfort in not having a solution (and am not giving up on trying to imagine/create one) is that in the Book of Revelations where it speaks of the Beast it says that no one, not anyone, will be able to purchase or sell or do anything without having a number – so a Kobayashi Maru, the unwinnable dilemma.
And until that day arrives – which could be centuries, eons, yet to come, guess we keep on testing the edges of what’s possible and continually expect a door to open that will work, especially in listening to these Silicon Valley people in their podcasts and interviews, they all say they love our system of government, so it’s the getting them to prove it and get out of their silly Lord of the Rings cult to do something to stop an intrusive govt seems to be something to mull over.
Not easy. Trump has to be concerned about now and what he changes isn’t undone or bastardized by the following administrations.
SD, you called it.
He’s been calling it for quite some time.
Trump-appointed “former democrat” Tulsi Gabsalot and “REAL ID” say hi.
Please look straight into the camera while your face is scanned.
Comply, or else.
Hence the WEF Davos cult leader calling for greater transparency. Transparency in their definition meaning a transparent view into what WE CITIZENS are doing, not what the government is doing. We need to start raising hell.
End times doesn’t bother me because all the bad actors will be going to hell. And that makes it worthwhile for the end times to eliminate this unpleasant immoral corrupt world we are all living in.
Do the bad actors even believe in heaven?
The fate of humanity does “bother” God as our Shepherd seeks to corral every last one of His lost sheep prior to the final reckoning. He has asked for our help in this endeavor.
His only stipulation is that we must seek His face, repent our sins and follow Him willingly. All of us to include the righteous are plainly called to do so.
Too many have foolishly chosen to follow something else, a great deceiver who steals minds and leads souls to ruin. Our lack of empathy for one another has indeed sealed the fate of humanity.
I appreciate the fear of what might happen when the govt gets this, but it’s time to stop pretending that they don’t already have all of your information. If you have a bank account, or a driver’s license, or a mortgage, etc, they got you.
The inefficiencies of government computing systems enabled the socialists to rob us blind and fund their madness for decades. Linking all these computing systems/databases together to cross reference all the theft and corruption is what allows PDJT47/DOGE to expose it.
So, what’s the answer? Lawmakers get ahead of this and pass enforceable legislation that requires transparency and sets clear and uncompromising limits to how this is all used (especially against American citizens).
Instead, I think we’re going to get some big beautiful bill that will stink like the Patriot Act and shroud all of this behind cipher locks, code words, and special handling caveats.
We already have that. It’s called the fourth amendment to The Constitution.
Wow! Lots of doom and gloom here today. And lots of new names too. Makes one wonder.
Just throwing some thoughts out here, because I find myself thinking in circles.
Most of my ancestors arrived in America during the late 1800’s, and settled in western Illinois, Nebraska, South Dakota. The South Dakota contingent lived in a sod hut and raised/traded horses., and were about as independent as as any of us today could imagine. They were not fearful people. Death , loss, struggle were just an expected part of life.
I contrast that with our society today, which is so fear driven.
The Patriot Act was acceptable because “it will keep us safe.” Ditto for TheVax, vaccines in general, masking, isolation, gun laws, thousands of prescription drugs and medical tests/procedures, red light cameras, Ring doorbells, 2-step authentication, facial scans at the airport…add your own personal pet peeve intrusion on your life.
Our government creates fear, feeds off our fear, and grows increasingly intrusive to protect us from each other and the fear they’ve created.
Treepers know this, but I cannot see a way out of the spin cycle. To many young people, freedom is scary. Control, surveilance, rules on top of rules seem to provide comfort. I cringe at how easily people accept “the experts,” but I did the same until about 15 years ago when a medical event opened my eyes.
I read Sundance’s words, and fully acknowledge the truth within them. I have spoken them myself, but not nearly as eloquently nor backed up by such depth of research.
I’ve read Clarion’s posts on Real ID, and understand the desire to hang on to every bit of freedom we have, but also realize that much of that “freedom” is an illusion. Certainly not the freedom of my ancestors in South Dakota in 1890.
By the same token, I have access to information that has helped me protect my health, I live comfortably in my old age thanks to retirement funds, Social Security (which the govt required me to pay into), frugal living with few “wants.”
How will my grandchildren’s “inalienable rights” hold up over their lifetimes, or does technology and the vagarities of human evolution negate what I’ve known as freedom?
End of mussings.
The only good outcome for American Citizens is eliminate the IRS in total. Then pivot to External Revenue Service to fund the government the way it was prior to the Federal Reserve. I don’t like Musk, Thiel and Ellison going through all our underwear.
Son of Liberty, theirs is dirtier than yours.
Which is why they need to control it.
I think Sundance should continue to VOICE his concerns about Tech Bro’s. No problem with it at all.
Sundance is sharing the TRUTH that he sees and is honest about it.
We have experience since 2001 how the “spying on Americans STARTED” and removed lots of our “Freedoms”, and escalated 1,000 of times and was used in anti-american ways, and still being used in frightening way. Sundance saw that, and many of us saw the same thing. Back then after 2001 our country changed. The Deep State used that World Trade Tower attack as a way to spy on American’s without warrants, and wire tap everybody. Computers are now many times more powerful than they were in 2001.
Now Elon and Company want to use even more POWERFUL A.I super computers to go after all people in the USA and gather a ton more ways to spy on us. Scary stuff.
Now Elon is using DOGE to show how much corruption is in the GOVERNMENT, so with Elon’s plan this will expose the Corruption (seems good to me), BUT will it be used in other ways that spy’s on us more! That is the fear! And if in 4 years we have Dem’s back in POWER, yeah ,…. that is scary!
So Sundance’s point is very valid.
Now, tech changes, …. we went from horse and buggy, to model T, to Color TV, to Simple Computers, to more powerful computers, smartphones, INTERNET, …etc… what will the world look like in 20-30 years. Elon and others are planning to be part of that, if we don’t do it China and others will advance Tech, and America will be in big trouble.
So I do see both sides of this. I guess pray and ask for inspiration from GOD … and VOICE it … almost like the prophet’s of old.
This is why I love the Treehouse, it is a conversation. Enough voices and ideas get shared somethings bound to give way to a solution.
Remember that DOGE was and is still, NOT allowed into the CIA, FBI, DOJ, NSA, DOD. Where ALL of the corruption originates.
The different departments need to be able to communicate to stop the fraud. As many times as my information has been compromised, the government are pikers compared to hackers.
Hackers are nimble, but Gumment has badges and courts.
Why do we pay taxes when nothing improves in our peasant’s existence??
Didn’t DOGE just prove in billions of ways why and how our “government” cannot be trusted to do the Right Things when that is the only job they have?
DID ANYONE THINK THEY WERE NOT ALREADY BEING TRACKED AND MONITORED OR SURVEILLED?
Remember that all bank transactions, credit card purchases (w/DTG and location), cell phone logs, locations and text messages, Stingray phone data and conversations, automated license plate readers (ALPRs), ever present digital cameras everywhere w/facial recognition, computer hacking and mirroring or keystroke monitoring, and travel via passports/travel documents/tickets and digital purchases…….are all captured and many stored indefinitely in massive storage banks.
This can explain much of the unwanted text messages, emails, advertisements and other solicitation people receive.
Regarding the surveillance state….it has access to it all, but because of it’s size and the vast amount of data, most do not pop on the radar screen unless something catches its attention.
It is already quite challenging and very inconvenient, especially for private citizens, to conceal your digital footprint or remain off of watchful radar.
I have mixed emotions about this issue. I realized as far back as 1986, when I first entered the IT field and worked within early internal company world wide networks, the power of networked information. Of course, it was only a partial realization (because my name is not Jobs or Ellison or Mush or that of other tech wizards).
Here’s a comparison. Nuclear power is a threat to mankind. However, once harnessed initially by the USA, it was a reality. One can not escape reality, however grim. The best one can hope for on this earth, is that the chaos brought by this technology can be controlled.
Likewise, knowledge and A.I. systems are a inevitable reality. Private companies already possess some of the technological advances that Mush & company are attempting to implement at the Federal government level. I expect that NOTHING of my personal life, my investments, or professional life is secret. I expect that MULTIPLE actors, some perhaps benign, but many quite evil, possess my data. And yes, they CAN use that information to control me or ruin me. The Federal government obtaining the same data, from “BIG DATA” streams across the globe, is simply inevitable.
The conversation should lead not to “OMG, look what the IRS and Musk are doing with American’s personal data!”, but rather, how can American’s control those who possess that power. An honest, accountable election system is one key, and a huge priority. I maintain that the government American’s have had for the past 50 years, has been largely unelected. I’m not talking about the bureaucracy, but the so-called ELECTED officials. I think most major US elections for the past 50 years have been corrupted by organized fraud.
Think about this for a moment. If Musk can apply the same A.I. driven “algorithms” (a.k.a. advanced software programming) that D.O.G.E. is using to “follow the money”, to follow payments back to authorizing laws and agents, to detect fraud, what could he accomplish if he applied similar resources to US election systems, taking a “vote”, back to “a ballot”, back to “a voter”, back to “a LEGAL voter”, back to “where does that voter reside”, he could sort out 99% of election fraud, thus guaranteeing American’s free, and honest (not the socialist’s “fair”) elections.
If America has representative government with honest, selfless (or at least, less self absorbed) men and woman, we have a chance at corralling this threat that A.I. in the hands of the US government, poses to American freedom.
Except power corrupts, and it would be used in reverse.
