Regarding the recently released Russiagate files. Again, emphasizing that process matters, let me explain how and why we are being purposefully misled, even with Trump ‘allies’ in control of various govt agencies (silos).
Using the reference of the James Wolfe storyline, let me outline how process matters and how you can tell when the process is being used to coverup corrupt activity in Washington DC.
Former Senate Intelligence Community Security Chief, James Wolfe, leaked the Carter Page FISA application to journalist Ali Watkins. We know from the DOJ indictment of James Wolfe [SEE HERE], a very specific set of evidence and key dates that was assembled against him.
James Wolfe was nailed for lying to FBI investigators about his leaks to Ali Watkins on December 15, 2017. That is the date of the second interview with Wolfe. During the third interview a few days later, Wolfe was shown the evidence against him, and he admitted his lies. However, his indictment was not unsealed until June 7, 2018.
Key Dates: Busted for guilt December 15, 2017. Indicted June 7, 2018.
♦ The evidence against Wolfe included text messages between Senate Intel Vice-Chairman Mark Warner, and the lawyer for Oleg Deripaska, an attorney named Adam Waldman. The text messages were made public on Feb 8, 2018, [SOURCE] four months before Wolfe was indicted.
♦ The evidence against Wolfe included text messages between Wolfe and journalist Ali Watkins. Ms Watkins was notified of her phone records being seized by FBI investigators on February 13, 2018, [SOURCE] again four months before Wolfe was indicted.
Why was this evidence, all of which would have been useful at trial, purposefully released by the Mueller investigation who was in charge of everything related to Russiagate at the time.
Shortly after James Wolfe was indicted, the Title-1 FISA application he leaked was then released to the public under the auspices of a FOIA request. Wolfe indicted June 7, 2018, the FISA application released publicly July 21, 2018 [SOURCE].
RIGHT QUESTION: Why was the evidence against James Wolfe being released to the public between the time the case was made (Dec ’17) and the time the indictment was unsealed (June ’18)? Why wasn’t the evidence held until criminal trial processes began?
ANSWER: In hindsight we discover the Mueller team were in charge of the timeline because the Russiagate investigation superseded all other Main Justice outcomes and consequences. The Mueller team were protecting the participants (Ali Watkins, Mark Warner, James Wolfe etc.), who all knew they were being investigated as a result of the Wolfe leak.
All of these players, including the media who received the FISA application from the Wolfe leak, knew they were tangentially and directly connected to the Wolfe investigation. After Wolfe made his admission (December ’17), all of the collateral players knew they were at risk.
The FBI was notifying all stakeholders of the Wolfe admission, and Mueller’s team was helping to mitigate the consequences to those stakeholders. How? With controlled public releases of information.
Each of the corrupt actors had weeks, some even months, to hire lawyers, obfuscate the evidence of their involvement and formulate their defenses. That’s why the information was being “released.”
The biggest single example of controlling damage and public opinion through the selective release of information was also the most brutally obvious, the July 21, 2018, release of the Carter Page FISA itself.
This was a Top-Secret Compartmented Intelligence document (TSCI). Directly related to a national security matter, and directly related to an ongoing investigation, and directly a component of the largest leak of top-secret classified information in decades.
The FISA itself was the easiest of all documents for the DOJ, FBI and National Security Apparatus to keep hidden from public view. There was no court in America who would have ordered it to be released. Quite simply, there was no reason for the DOJ to even consider releasing it; yet they did.
The Title-1 FISA application was released by Main Justice under the ridiculous justification of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) release. Name me another TSCI document in the history of the Intelligence Community, that has ever been released under a FOIA (either before, or since); there simply isn’t another example. Yet in the rush to review it, no one ever drew attention to this brutally obvious point.
The FISA was released shortly after James Wolfe was indicted, because everyone in the background network of the James Wolfe indictment, mainly the DOJ under Mueller team control, was operating to control information adverse to their interests. The public release watered down the jaw-dropping leak itself.

Why visit this example again? Because we are seeing a repeat of this pattern in the recently released Russiagate files.
If DC can frame negative information as politically motivated, DC can then avoid the unlawful and illegal activity underneath the information. That is exactly what is happening, and that is why process is important.

My late uncle, who spent most of his life in Huntsville, Alabama, told my father of two Congressmen who went to Washington in the 1970’s.

releasing evidence before trial (yeah, you can laugh now), undermines legal tenants. you just don’t do it.
it spikes any case you might want to make (yeah, you can laugh now once again).
publishing evidence is a specific kind of limited hangout. it’s truth, but its value is reduced to strickly that of a political nature. there is no legal significance.
this tactic is a well known trade craft of the FBI, CIA, HOMELAND, DOD AND DOJ.
and it works. no DC judge or any other reasonable judge for that matter would allow such evidence in a trial to be used as evidence. It has that effect.
think of it this way. you are a detective hunting a serial killer. You have gained quite a bit of evidence, but you still have not provided what you have to a prosecutor. There is no court filing yet. No charges have been made. You know the suspect, with high confidence. You know where they live, the intent, motives, eye witnesses and even how they did the crime. You have the time, place when and how nailed down.
the one thing you never do is publish this evidence. EVER!
what you do is quietly go before a judge and seek a warrant to have a wire and tap or in this case a FISA warrant…something along those lines. Because what you realize is there is a conspiracy..more than two people engaging in criminal acts. Your evidence gives you this predicate. It’s normal and perfectly legal to use these methods. But no matter what ..you never publish your evidence. you never advertise what you know and what you are doing. To do so, gives the suspects are reason to draw up, constrain itself to higher security and then you glean nothing in the furtherance of your investigations.
and a judge will see it that way also. it spoils the evidence because it taints grand juries…it taints jury pools. evidence that is presented a trial is expected to be carefully controlled by the courts such that a fair bias free environment is assured. Publishing evidence, unproven, has the impact of allowing a judge to remove such evidence or to strike certain kinds of information from it as inadmissible to jury. and in some cases can lead to entire cases being dismissed. and in many cases, giving defense attorneys with enough ammo to completely alter the entire case such that their clients can not be charged with the serious crimes the evidence would otherwise prove. And when I am talking about evidence, I am also talking about eye witnesses. former testimonies. cross examines. When you publish those things before you go to trial (again you can laugh out loud but this time hold back from throwing furniture around , you invite the very real risk of having those witnesses to be “induced” to change their statements. and this also happens quite a bit. Whether we want to call it intimidation or just self preservation, when you publish lots of witnesses becomes aware that they will likely be called to trial. This is not how you win cases.
winning cases requires skill, cunning and intelligence. You never talk about fight club..period. you never give up what you know and how you got it and the people involved, until you have all your bases covered, grand juries established to “maintain” witness statements, all your receipts are bullet proof and that your evidence is FREE OF POLITICAL NOISE (meaning, you did not leak it out or publish it).
These are not new things. These are time worn best practices to winning cases.
there are other things that are involved in winning cases that go beyond these basics, but I prefer not to discuss them because again…I DO NOT TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB..until it’s time to fight.

that was NOT the point of my post. It was to explain in black and white why the publication of these documents almost guarantee that no cases will be made and even if they are, the likelihood of wining them at least on the basis of these documents range from zero to minus 50.
I know sometimes my writing isn’t the best. It’s something I try to work on but improving that has been a struggle for my entire life. (not a plea for sympathy but simply to explain..this is about as good as it is ever going to get from me).
What I do try my best at, is to get at a truth…to dig deeper and see around corners so to speak…prediction based on observation…fact patterns as they say.
tldr: when you publish evidence before trial BY THE SAME AGENCY THAT IS EXPECTED TO MAKE CASES has the effect of intentionally spiking the ball…that is what you need to know about this “release”. It was not simply unnecessary, because there is zero gain, but it calls into question immediately just what effing exactly is DOJ really doing? to me, it looks like a planned “excuse” to later say…oh well, we gave the people what they wanted…we published the secrets…they wanted it, we gave it. But that “puts us all in a fix now”…we can’t possible pursue criminal prosecutions nor can we believe ANY REASONABLE PROSECUTOR WOULD WIN A CASE USING THIS PUBLISHED EVIDENCE.

There must have been a deal struck between some high level deep state players and the Trump campaign to prevent Kamala from attaining the presidency.

What happpened to all of those fake ballots? How did DJT beat Kamala so easily? For some reason they just went away. And as always there’s a price to pay for such things… That price is something like this:
1. No prosecutions of “important people”
2. No releasing “sooper sekrit” documents that might implicate said “important people”
3. All “important people” get to keep
their stolen loot
And we’re seeing evidence of those three things playing out before our very eyes.

Reminds me of something my granddaddy said concerning all the bank robbers back in the 20s and 30s. He said a lot of bankers were very sad the day that John Dillinger was killed. And Al Capone is quoted as saying “men in suits have robbed more banks than men with guns.”

Every time I see PDJT asked about the Butler investigation, he just shrugs it off. It seems he does not want to uncover it.
President Trump knows better than any of us that there are battles to fight that you can win, and some better left alone. He is exposing the tip of the iceberg, but cannot melt the d*** thing by himself. He is the best judge, I believe, of what he can resonably expect to accomplish, so he’s focused on resetting our economy and reclaiming American values.
The corruption exists because we “hard working, tax paying Americans” allow it to. I’m as guilty as any, as I prefer to manage my own life and avoid as much conflict as possible.
We all have “red lines,” but our enemies our patient and students of human nature, and have manipulated most of us across many red lines without us even noticing. But they were forced to overplay their hand by President Trump’s refusal to bend and break. Now many of us see the red lines that have been crossed, and most Americans are at least feeling uneasy about our cultural demise and economic decline.
We only ” deserve” the country we are willing to fight for by engaging in local politics, raising our children to be strong and independent and spiritual, living within our means, helping others within our circle in times of crisis, living our best lives in spite of rather than because of our “governance.”

Why did the justice Department indict Wolfe? If the entire FBI is corrupt, why not just bury the leak? Was it because of news leaks? Is it because of a few good guys remaining?

President Trump cannot win this war on his own. Just like each and every one of us, he is a human being created by God and broken by sin. Without God, this war is lost.

Prayer, fasting, repentance and faith can move mountains (Matthew 17:14-21). We must become passionate soldiers in this war, equipped with the spiritual armor and weaponry God has provided.

according to what we “know” in documents, the FBI knew that the FISA applications predicate (Steele dossiere _) was political opposition spindrift. We know this based on released documents and investigations at least as early as the third application before FISC. I will also remind a few things: the very first application was rejected by FISC. Something didn’t add up, FISC judge rejected the application (more on this below). But within Superman time (very fast) FBI were able to “fix” that problem resubmitted and this got the application through. We don’t know what the error was but apparently, even the FISC judge resisted the urge to rubber stamp it.
however, what we need to focus on is what was not released to the public and you can use smart thinking to figure this out. On what basis did the FBI USE to determine the credibility of the steele information? It was developed by a foreign secret service veteran, whom the FBI had already determined was unable to corroborate prior information. and plainly the information provided to the FBI had been handed to them through McCain..a political operator, IN DC, a sitting senator. Was there anyone clued up about how this Intel was gathered and why was it jogged around in this way. Any amateur investigator would have determined the information demanded to be crossed and checked and corroborated. But no one did. No one made any calls. No one decided, hey maybe we should call the sources that Steele claims made these allegations and ask simple questions. Like how did you KNOW the man was urinating on whores in a Moscow hotel. Who believes that could happen, but even if it did, how would YOU KNOW> the entire thing was absurd and ridiculous. They may have well stated he was an axe murdering sasquatch who claimed the lives of 8000 big horn rams in the Caribbean…it is just so ridiculous to depend on such malarkey as a predicate to energize the most powerful surveillance the US has in its quiver. We are talking about structural rot, not surface dirt.
There is a decision point that structural engineers have to deal with when the cost (financial, time, esoteric – in the case of historic structures) to selectively replace rotted elements within an existing structure either closely approaches or exceeds to cost to tear it all down and build anew.
In the case of a government institution, one must ask whether that institution was established in different times under different circumstances or can it be updated / repurposed for the current national and global environment.

I’ve been periodically posting the restorations of a private chapel and an abandoned convent, both in France, also bits of a related chateau restoration also in France, specifically over the past couple of years on the open thread.

The blueprint of the functioning structure, our Constitution, is sound – it’s dirty corrupt actors/people who have corrupted the ‘institutions’ functioning by their personal decisions/UNConstitutional actions.
As per our Constitution, our remedy is in the blueprint/law – again the structure is sound, simply *remove the dry rotted load-bearing beams*, replace with fortification, and the structure functions appropriately soundly again.
Caustic filth – corrupt & dishonest, immoral, low-life, *disintegrationist people* – has overtaken much of our judicial system/law schools (many schools of learning by now);
replacing rotted load-bearing beams is the conservative way of remediating – conservation of – a valuable structure effected by rot… or termites, mold, or decay/damage of various kinds.
Total demolition/rebuilding is arguably not preferable but rather far more costly – I suppose it all depends on who defines/determines/designates what value the historic structure holds;
how significant – valuable – is the structure to the owner… to you… to We The People?

Yet some thoughtful people have perceived & placed their esoteric value & significance in priority, *not primarily their monetary value*, and deemed them worth saving; co$t notwithstanding, be that as it may. The integrity of the structures – *originally built soundly with integrity* – can be restored with integrity.
Craftsmen who know how it was all originally done, & who practice their skills with integrity of the methods originally used, have been employed to restore the structures (several worked in Notre Dame concurrently). More so with the chapel than the convent & chateau, yet all consideration has been applied in every aspect of each.
One cement mixer (to reinforce the foundation) and one drill (to create a few small ventilation channels in the granite to prevent recurrence of damp rot) were the only power tools I saw used in the chapel restoration… even the new floor tiles are being created in the original centuries old method;
steel beams replaced rotted wood beams in the convent… same for the chateau; minimal replacement of original elements, wisely in favor of strengthening the integrity of the whole.
So there is possibility of using the wisdom & benefits of restraint in “modern rebuilding” restorations while keeping – even fortifying – the original integrity of the original structure.
We The People can restore this Republic and make it integrally sound again; steel beams are called for here, not a total demolition/cheap rebuild.
The nefarious drive to degrade American culture – and America itself – by making everything disposable is a kind of caustic rot in itself.

Since this concept of tearing down & rebuilding our thoroughly corrupted institutions is far from new, I assumed everyone was on board with what tearing down and rebuilding meant. It means – and I meant in my post – only those institutions that have proven themselves irreparably resistant to having their control wrested away from corrupt, ideologically totalitarian-minded individuals and organizations – both domestic and foreign – and taken over by Constitutionally-conservative minded God-fearing American patriots.
While I believe that most – a majority of – Americans want the corruption eliminated, too many of them are not awakened to (1) how badly the elections ae manipulated, (2) how badly they are propagandized by the corporate News Media industry, (3) how badly they are suffering from malnutrition by the Big Ag / Big Food industry, (4) how badly they are treated by the Big Pharma / Big corporate healthcare industry, (5) how badly their children are being indoctrinated by the Leftwing-dominated education industry, (6) how badly the quality and security of their appliances and vehicles has become due to corrupt worship of maximum profits over anything American in origin.
These are but a few of the areas of severe rot within our nation. Seems simple to fix it but has proven damn near impossible to fix any of it through political means.

Replace corrupt people with “Constitutionally-conservative minded God-fearing American patriots”.
