Very interesting. I’m retired now. A former coworker went to chyyyna a few months before the Olympics were held there. Hundreds of mom and pop (literally) manufacturers, including metal producers were shut down months before to let the air clear up around the Olympic venue cities. Hundreds of thousands of low skill labor were brought into those cities for the construction work. After the work was completed they were shipped back to where they came from.
Can you imagine? Forced to work in a big city with electricity, lights, water, heat, and A/C only to be shipped back to your small village in the middle of nowhere interior of the country with a village well and no electricity in your house when the work is done.
Chyyyyna is just one huge Potemkin village. Thank God for President Trump. More people are waking up and seeing the truth and the world as it really is.
China requires a license / residential permit to live or purchase property within certain geographical boundaries. For example, Shanghai, already a mega city, is not open to uncontrolled migration from the rural parts of China.
Every weekend, thousands of Chinese workers who could never hope to live in the nice areas of Shanghai travel by train and subway to the Shanghai waterfront, to walk to the riverfront and marvel at the lights across the river. It is eerily reminiscent of a zombie horde, except on holiday.

And a western grocery store, and lots of western high end shopping brands.
I have a coworker whose family lives in Chyna. They put the faucet at a slow drip and collect that water but the meter does not read it. People openly use the streets for a toilet. They were in a nice restaurant and children were squatting right there in the restaurant.
Saw kids do that at the Open Air Markets and on the streets all the time back in the 80’s/90’s.
The boys pants would open up in the back so they could drop a doodie any time w/o pulling their pants down.
Girls just lifted their skirts.
I wish I could say I’m surprised to hear it’s still happening, but……I can’t .
Pretty over the top to do still be doing it in “fancy” restaurant.
But then again, China is pretty over-the-top in many things.

Not that we don’t have our very poor areas as well, I’ve been to communities in Shanghai and other locations where several families share toilet and bathing facilities…where you have to go outside and down the street to use. No refrigeration for food and sometimes no running water. Basically, their very tiny (2 room) homes are a place to sleep and they are very fortunate it’s street level. It could be described as a type of communal living. Who knows, maybe we have places like that here as well, but I’m unaware of them.
Abject poverty on many of our Native American reservations.
It is my understanding that banks will not give mortgages or home improvement loans on the reservations because the residents do not own the land. Technically the U.S. government does.

Yes, it’s communal, and one reason the people suffer chronic overgrazing is that the land is not theirs, so they don’t feel responsible for it.
The facts in your comment are mistaken. The tribes own the land. They have contracts with the federal government for various things. The tribes have their own laws, police and so on but certain matters by agreement with the tribes can be prosecuted in the federal court system.
The question of poverty depends on for example whether the reservation has casinos or other resources that are leased and provide income. When there is a casino, each tribe member receives a monthly check. On our local reservation it would be typical for this check to be $3500 for each person. That is not poverty. Houses are modest but they are houses.
There are houses on tribal land outside Syracuse NY that I have seen that I would consider shacks.
I know there are also better homes on reservations. There are a lot of reservations in the U.S.
My point was that the residents cannot get conventional loans from banking institutions like those that do not live on reservations.

It was a pretty big family, so they had several ingenious places where beds suddenly appeared at nite.
The table turned into a bed, there were small places back in the walls that they opened up to fit one adult, etc.

So then here’s my take. We know that their theft of intellectual property costs this country $500+ Billion annually because China steals it, copies it, and then floods the markets with cheap fakes.
Why do companies still go there and produce knowing their blueprints will be stolen. They might make short term profits but then those cheap fakes become their companies main competitor for a lot less. Why not just build it all here and retain ALL of the rights and profits?
If China cannot produce on their own then in five years they would not be able to compete with anyone. They would still only have the blueprints for old, outdated stuff. This might be fine for cheap clothes, purses, some shoes, etc.etc.. but everything else not so much.
I wanted to buy my Grandbaby one of those plastic outdoor play things like my kids used to have. I think there’s was Little Tikes. It was astounding to see how many cheap fakes were available at Walmart. I eventually just went straight to the LT website but Wow! The same goes for Robeez baby moccasins. Apparently Robeez unwisely decided to produce those amazing little shoes in China. Now their shoes still cost $30 and the Chinese cheap fakes sell on Amazon for $10.99. I of course bought the Robeez.
Often it is as simple as: when a US company contracts out manufacturing of a product or component to a Chinese factory, the factory makes extra and sells them cheap to anyone who wants them in China, often the extra material and parts used were paid for the US company.

OTHO, Shure Audio lost their entire product line because the Chinese built a second copy of the factory Shure was setting up, and the copy started delivering re-labeled “ripoffs” (but exact same product) at a lower than cost price, before to original factory was “approved” to begin manufacturing.
Several years ago, Walmart had an office area where suppliers were “assisted” in learning how to offshore their manufacturing to China.
I read that Walmart is trying to get their suppliers to swallow large portions of the tarriffs.

I would also like to mention (opinion) that during the Biden administration, companies were very generous (perhaps, to generous) in passing the cost if inflation to the comsumer. I would not be surprised if there is talk of companies eating any additional costs.

Start an investigation, get warrants to track every communication they make after the investigation is started to document their conversations with other such subjects and all of the handlers. Then call them all in for interrogation on the same day same time and put them in separate rooms that they can’t leave. Ask each one a series of carefully constructed questions developed and organized in such a way as to let them reveal holes or discrepancies or discoveries in their stories. Use psychological methods to get them off their pre-planned answers.

My professional assessment is that Ric Grenell is an agent of the Islamic Movement. A preponderance of his actions support this assessment. He is the one who brought the Hizbollah operatives/leaders on stage with Mr. Trump in Michigan. He is the one intervening to protect jihadis when people actually identify suit-wearing jihadis. Grenell continues to make public comments which obfuscates published Islamic doctrine and strategy which makes clear its intentions, lines of effort, modus operandi, and courses of action.

Jihadi Movement in Texas
Much has been said publicly about several of the muslim communities being built or proposed across Texas. I want to provide some details to all of you to understand how dangerous the situation is as well as giving some information to help Texans – and others where this is happening – laser focus on the threat and get it out of your communities and states.
The primary focus of the discussion in Texas is EPIC City planned for a 400+ acre property in Josephine, Texas northeast of Plano where the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) is located. Building these muslim only communities is, in fact, a way for a large muslim community to claim large areas for Islam. However, while many think this is a new thing, those of you who follow my work know that the concept of “Sacred Space” in Islam is real and has consequences. For instance, when a mosque is built that mosque and a 3 mile radius around that mosque is all claimed for Islam. That land will always be considered Islamic land. So when you see a new mosque being built, the Islamic community is claiming land. The only thing left to do is occupy it. They do that by moving in to the homes closest to the mosque and work their way outward in that circle. Funded by Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the mosque leadership can offer non-muslims large sums of money for their homes to entice them to move out, but they will resort to threats if people refuse to move.
In the same way, EPIC City, like the several others planned for communities around Texas, is a way to claim land for Islam.
I was asked recently asked by a legislator in Texas, “Why are the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) & EPIC City a threat to Texas & Texans? I offer some answers to this question to all of you.
1)Both the East Plano Islamic Center (mosque) and the EPIC City project are led by Yasir Qadhi, a Muslim Brotherhood (MB) Islamic Scholar. The MB By-Laws state its purpose is to “fight the enemies of allah” until an Islamic State is established & everyone is forced to live under sharia.
2) 100% of published sharia mandates warfare against non-muslims until the world is subordinated to sharia/“allah’s divine law”
3) Yasir Qadhi is the Chairman of the Fiqh Council of North America. Evidence in the largest terrorism financing trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history (US v HLFRD, Dallas, 2008) reveals the Fiqh Council of North America is a Muslim Brotherhood org whose purpose is to ensure sharia compliance.
4) Per Islamic doctrine, the building of that mosque & EPIC City is an overt statement the muslims are claiming all that land for Islam and barbaric sharia.
5) Both the East Plano mosque & EPIC City mandate zakat collection from all muslims. Per all sharia, at least 1/8 of all zakat collected goes towards “Islamic military operation” – ie warfare against Texans.

When the concentration is high enough, even succeeding generations often fail to integrate into American society and become truly and singularly American. Such situations exist in large blue cities across the nation, with areas of a singular group often called “towns” – like China town for example.
It’s a way to splinter the people into factions and pit one against another so that the people as a whole never unite together and wrest control from the so called “elite” who are anything but. Real ID is a law passed in 2005. It kept getting delayed so that States could get their act together in order to implement it. Now the deadline is May 7th… so as head of DHS, it is her job to advise us of that.
When I moved to SC, I went to get my DL and it was automatically a Real ID. I had to show the same stuff I showed to get my original license in VA in the 80’s – which included proof of marriage, divorce, marriage along with birth certificate etc. It was not difficult.
It is much the same as getting a new passport.
The time to put a stop to it was back in 2005….. now it is too late.

Chinese suppliers of chemicals needed to produce fentanyl, for example, use e-commerce to accept payment for their goods.
Mexican drug cartels use “front companies, money mules, and U.S. intermediaries” to procure these chemicals, the report adds.
The report also reveals how much of the fentanyl trade occurs between dealer and seller. Fentanyl deals occur “primarily in cash and peer-to-peer … transfers,” it says.
Some of those transactions were only discovered due to “drug-related euphemisms” in their payment memos, which were then flagged by the filer of a BSA report.
Sinaloa and Jalisco, which are cartel strongholds, are the top Mexican sources of suspicious transactions. (www.fincen.gov. The report goes on to detail complex Chinese money laundering schemes, which often involve “electronics, such as cellular phones, and vaping/e-cigarette devices.”

A few months ago, I ran across a nice investigative article about the fentanyl trade. The writer drew the trail of the precursors into the US through numerous packages that used the de minimus tariff loophole. The packages were shipped to individual addresses from which they were taken across the border into Mexico using normal commerce practices. He’s a bad guy who wasn’t as bad as the other ones (who are evil) and decided to come clean.
At some point there was a video of him talking about the dangers of the mRNA…one of the commenters at the article sort of noted the same thing…but its been so long and my brain has been so overloaded with info I cannot recall and I save very few bookmarks these days…too many of ‘importance’, to keep up with.
He is currently pretty outspoken against the vax, and most recently conce4ned about vaccines in general.

Trump previously excluded the toy industry from the tariffs, but this time he didn’t. Christmas will look different for a lot of kids this year if something doesn’t change. Plenty of “made in America” toy companies still have their HQ here even after switching manufacturing over to China. I doubt they’d come back now, but they do need to get out of China.
