However, the task force will now have to “dig” until they have every document discovered, before they can release it, because releasing information as it is discovered is against the operational mission of the people who control the silo process. But she swears, if you wait for it, it will come. “Trust the plan.”

Depressing but not surprising unfortunately.
Allow me to posit this. I may be trying not to believe my lying eyes and get me another dose of hopium but I’m not ready to give up yet.
There are many people in the business world who know a lot about their industries. They are experts. Many of them are very charismatic people who excel at salesmanship and are impressive as public spokespeople…. But they are NOT good managers. They do not understand how to focus on the right problem without abandoning all else, how to delegate to the right people, how to motivate and encourage others into solving problems.
I wonder if Trump has already seen this in Bondi and Patel and Gabbard. They are brilliant people with a lot of information and extraordinary communication skills but they are lost managing their agencies and therefore will not likely resist prompting and direction from the boss. What if Trump sees this and knows that because they are weak implementers, weak visionaries, he can steer their ships himself. He can make all the major decisions like he has in the last 24 hrs at DOJ. What if you make sure that the 2nd in command at each agency is a very good manager and content to stay out of the limelight and simply get things done. That frees Patel and Bondi and Gabbard to do what they do best – go on Fox News and create catchy soundbites.

This is a particularly crappy situation here with these people, Dan, Tulsi, Kash and Bondi.
Trump’s administration is filled with people in suits that most of us have never seen before, and knew nothing about.
I didn’t know these people, so I had no preconceived notions about them, no expectations..
BUT Kash, Bondi, Tulsi, especially Dan Bongino, we knew these people, we watched Dan’s podcasts, became ‘fans’ and supported his business.
We bought the books Kash wrote, we supported Tulsi when her former party attacked her, we welcomed her into our tent.
We have high expectations from these people that we feel like we know very well, we feel like we’ve had a long history with them. So the expectations with them are far greater with them. The bar is much higher now with these people that we know have shared the same frustrations that we have.
SO although I get that it’s early, but I also felt like every one of these people were very Trumpian personalities like bulls in a China shop ready to kick ass the second they found their desks, they’d be burning down the swamp

I personally think that Trump did an extremely good job with his appointments, here in his second term. He certainly learned his lessons from last time. And, as for me, I do not believe that we should be throwing these people under the bus, given that all of them have held their offices for only a few weeks.
Every senior executive knows that each subordinate must be given time and space. And, it must be clear to all that their superior is firmly behind them and not “micro-managing.” The subordinate must be given time to grow into their appointed role and make it their own. They cannot be “looking over their shoulder.” If issues develop down the line, they should first be addressed privately, and no one else should know that the meeting even occurred.
President Trump spent a lifetime in that role, long before he considered entering the world of politics.
Also: These appointees all knew full-well that they were stepping into a fire. It was not a fire that they were responsible for, but it is burning nonetheless. Public trust and confidence in these institutions is damned near close to zero. Each of them accepted the appointment, knowing this. I think that we of the public need to acknowledge the difficulty of their task, and give them time.
