I didn’t get that impression at all. It would make sense to me that these are applicants who want to be here and may build businesses and supply jobs. These will likely be higher-educated immigrants.

Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts, our good buddy, has almost literally been caught in bed with our other good buddy, Norm Eisen, the Lawfare King, for an entire week, in the Czech Republic, while Roberts was on the court and while Eisen was the US Ambassador there.
Roberts is as dirty as they come. This relationship, and likely many others similar to that one, could bring our country down.

Agreed. If there’s no buyer for your product, a company quickly runs out of money. When you’re out on your own, you learn how expensive it is to live. I remember in the early 90’s, people were put-off by Bush’s “new world order” comments. But he went ahead and started moving manufacturing out of the US anyway. His son, Dubya, went even further and offered huge tax breaks to anybody willing to offshore their manufacturing operations. That move is what really boosted China’s economy at the expense of our own.
I also remember when Ireland was producing semiconductors, even after the US stopped making their own electronics. I think it was Qualcomm or Motorola. But they moved to China, as well.

President Trump made a statement about proxy voting that I am sure Anna Paulina and the democrats are happy with. I wonder if the media will run with this just to throw digs and jabs at the republicans who oppose it. Proxy voting is unconstitutional. I don’t want to hear that because it was allowed under “Covid Emergency” it should become normalized. As much as I do not trust the Supreme Court I do think that if a case for this were to be brought they would rule that it is unconstitutional and that if Congress wanted this they know how to do it.
If by chance there were to be a constitutional convention and a proxy vote amendment added it should include a clause that every member voting by proxy in the House and Senate be docked a percentage of pay and the charged docking should be increased with each proxy vote cast.
