IMO a smart strategy would be NOT to advertise what you are doing if it is of utmost importance and try and avoid pushback.

Sen. Grassley will hold a hearing on his bill tomorrow, and it is said there is similar legislation being crafted in the House. The legislation makes these political rulings of federal judges immediately appealable, limits rulings to parties before the court, requires class action route for these legal inventions. Activist judges have reached and exceeded Congress’s threshold for doing something to limit them.
It’s a start, but not enough. Judges must be removed.

670 Judges is an understatement of the real number. Each District and Sub-District also has “Senior Judges”, who have moved from being FULL TIME Jurists to being PART TIME Jurists, who are PAID as well as retain ALL Powers, Rights and Privileges of a FULL TIME Judge as long as they hear the requisite number of cases each year to keep their status.
Theses Senior Judges have been used as part of the lawfare battle being waged vs President Trump. The magic wheel of assignment also seems to select a democrat (Clinton or Obama) Senior Judge, when needed.
Counting Senior Judges nearly doubles the number.

I’m disagreeing with Anna here – proxy voting is a non-starter. Congress-critter terms are only 2 years, and they already get a significant amount of that time off in recess.

Everyone gets scanned but only a small percentage are frisked, correct? Explosives or incendiary materials are not metallic and can be cast to look like a part of a shoe so maybe that’s why security needs to actually look in your shoes. And, as I recall, the Halderman report was sealed prior to the 2020 election by Judge Totenberg and was partially unsealed in 2021.
Also, in another case in GA, DeKalb County GOP vs Raffensperger testimony was given by two highly respected technical experts that the Dominion Voting Machines could be and has been hacked into. It’s very easy to hack into these machines and change votes. This case was thrown out because they couldn’t show votes were changed as I recall. Of course they weren’t given actual voting records, ballot access, etc to evaluate.
GA Secretary Of State Raffensperger has been fighting to keep Dominion in use in GA elections considering all the various testimonies that these systems are easily corrupted.
The courts don’t seem to care and many Establishment So-Called Republicans don’t seem to care either. They don’t care about corruptible voting machines, corrupt mail-in voting, flawed voter list, illegals voting, etc. They just don’t really care because they are part of the Establishment and get reelected.

While it sounds good, most State services couldn’t be more lacking already. Our prisons runneth over and no one wants to pay anyone to staff them (22$ an hr to babysit killers).
If you are poor here and not a minority my State has become dang near unlivable. Outside of a few rural counties and Magnet/Private schools our kids test scores are just as bad as every where else.
If property taxes are eliminated the Californication will be complete. Leftoid and Republican high rollers will price Normal Heritage Floridians out of existence.
No poor people, no need for school funding, social services, and little policing because only poor people commit crimes worth prosecuting!
I can see the scenario of when No Income Tax on people earning less than $150,000 is implemented. States will get more money in sales taxes which means that they can get rid of property taxes.
We all know that theft and graft has permeated our state and local governments as well. Our school districts are worthless and corrupt.

Perhaps, if we did not have MILLIONS of illegals mooching Federal AND State dollars then we could afford to cut property taxes, gas taxes, sales taxes, and all sorts of government forms of money collection.
State governments have to pay for the welfare, medical care, schooling (more illegals= more teachers, more free lunches, more ESL assistance, more bureaucracy more textbooks), food assistance, more public transportation, more criminals=more public defenders and prosecutors, more prisons, more parole officers, and on and on.

I agree, but it’s not just illegals. We have 21 languages in my school district, and we have to pay for special accommodations for all of them.
Most of them are here through chain immigration and the refugee scam.
Then there was the claim that the kids of the illegals were citizens, which entitled them to a public education.
Then those people need to make sure that by the time their kids are old enough to go to school that they can speak English, recite the English alphabet, and understand spoken English. Otherwise, their parents can pay to send their kids to ESL schools until they are ready.
There is no reason that English speaking children are held back while the teacher has to focus on the ones that do not know any sort of English. Other countries do not cater to the kids that don’t know the native language. Nor should we.
It is up to the parents to make sure that their children are qualified to start school.

This is something a lot of people don’t seem to get- Mr. Hegseth says he is fixing the different standards for combat roles.
Different standards for men and women in the military have been around since we’ve had women in the military, haven’t they?
Everyone went through basic training, to show that they had a reasonable level of health and fitness. Men would sometimes flunk out for reasons they couldn’t help, such as vision problems.
It would have made sense to have a lower standard for women, because a man who runs slower than a woman is probably in worse physical condition than she is.
I remember this- the women’s military and the men’s were basically separate.
They started integrating the two, but there were still different standards for women.
This problem was Obama’s doing, because he hates women and because he wanted to wreck our military and sow division, and the division part was working.

Then, under Obama, all combat roles were opened to men AND women, but different physical fitness standards for men and women remained.
Today at the Department of Defense — we fix this.
All combat roles are open to men and women BUT they must all meet the same, high standard.
No standards will be lowered AND all combat roles will only have sex-neutral standards.

Women have always played important roles in the US military: intelligence, command in control, logistics and medical, just to name a few. At times, they have been subjected to direct combat in these roles and have paid the ultimate price. The greatest single loss of life in the 1st Gulf war was in mess hall far behind enemy lines after scud slammed into it.
Male bonding is also critical for unit cohesion in direct combat roles. It has been compared to the highest form of love possible, risking one’s life for another. In addition, a male’s natural instinct is to protect females and thus not allow them to take a risk for them. This doesn’t work as males take turns placing themselves in harm’s way as they advance as a unit.

Here’s one for President Trump to add to his list of things to make Congress straighten out.
Everyone who becomes a United States citizen is required to demonstrate a proficiency in both written and spoken English. You have to master English in order to become a citizen.
Also, if you google it you find that nowhere in the United States are non-citizens allowed to vote in ANY elections, federal, state, or local. None. You must be a citizen to vote.
SO – here it comes – why are election materials provided in a dozen or so foreign languages? I’ll tell you why. Because section 203 of the federal Voting Rights Act (52 USC 1053) requires voting materials to be provided in NON-ENGLISH. It makes no sense.
The stated reason for the statutory requirement is that some citizens are poorly educated and not proficient in English, only in a foreign language. This appears to be an accommodation for anchor babies, people born here but who never learn English either at home or in school. The obvious solution is English-immersion education and the abolition of ESL classes, NOT a continuing tolerance for those who refuse to assimilate.
Add to the Presidential/Congressional to do list: repeal 52 USC 1053 and replace it with a section requiring that all election materials be provided in ENGLISH ONLY.
Instead they are mollycoddled in health care with translation services, mandatory. For informed consent of course.

Actually, many foreigners arriving in the USA are illiterate in their OWN languages. They cannot read or write in any language. Why would we allow completely illiterate migrants, with no skills, to settle here? The only answer is SERVITUDE. You can exploit the illiterate and unskilled to do the “dirty work.” They become trapped as servants.

It is already a requirement to be competent in English to become a citizen. Let’s just start enforcing that again.
Piggybacking off of your comment, if non-citizens are finally removed from Medicare, will all of the notices have to be provided in 21 languages? What would be the point? Either you’re a citizen, in which case you’ve established that you are proficient in English, or you’re not a citizen, in which case you’re ineligible.

I need every single person who actually cares about the constitution and preserving this constitutional republic to listen to Newt Gangrich’s opening statement at this hearing on judicial overreach.
The way I see it, if chief justice Roberts refuses to do his damn job and if Congress refuses to do their damn job, President Trump should ignore these injunctions because they are unconstitutional, until the point at which a Supreme Court can rule on them.
We cannot be held hostage by District Court judges who knowingly issue unconstitutional rulings, a Congress who is inept and a Supreme Court justice who is a coward.
I have never advocated for not following lower court rulings, but I see no other choice because it is clear as day these injunctions unconstitutional and everyone knows it but we have elected officials who are cowards.
If Congress can’t get it done and if Roberts doesn’t step in, then there is no other option but to ignore these injunctions.
And that will be a constitutional crisis, but not because of President Trump, because of the completed total cowardice and an ineptitude of the people we elect.
