The 2013 National Defense Authorization Act.
Section 1078 of the bill authorizes the use of propaganda inside the US, which had previously been banned since 1948 when the Smith-Mundt Act was passed.

Boasberg couldn’t be more perfect a name to describe the monster constricting our ability to breathe free.
It’s wishful thinking on the part of the D.C. black robe to believe that the deportations will not continue. When it comes to matters of national security and foreign policy, the President’s Article II powers are at their zenith. As the President himself has suggested, if the black robes are so hot to set national policy, they should get out on the campaign trail and run for office.
Black robes, politicians, snakes…all eventually are true to their natures, after all.

It’s easy to understand why PDJT lashes-out at Rep. Massie. Massie is a constitutionalist and isn’t indebted to Israel. This oftentimes puts him at odds with PDJT. Tough pill for many MAGA to swallow, but there it is.

Well this UNcomfortable. President Trump wrote a glowing Truth Social post endorsing AND praising Lindsey Graham for 2026. I don’t know wth he’s thinking with this one. Graham and the turtle used Trump to get elected last time, then afterward they both were a part of the 2020 steal . Graham will immediately turn on Trump as soon as he’s re elected .
There is probably no other Republican that can beat the Democrat candidate. And to keep a majority of Republicans in the Senate, sometimes you have to back the one Republican who can win in hopes that your endorsement will be remembered when the stakes are high.
