President Trump is “immune” from any charges, indictments or prosecutions while in office per SCOTUS. Is the Judge going to send Trump’s Federal Marshals to arrest him? Oh that would be rich. My impression of the Notice is that President Trump is cleverly avoiding Boasberg’s trap to set up a contempt charge which could be used to impeach Trump. I believe Trump is setting his own trap for Boasberg to order compliance despite the state secret privilege which then Trump will disregard, setting up a constitutional showdown at SCOTUS, and forcing the rat justice roberts to face the issue.

Nevertheless, it is time for Congress to DOGE the Federal courts. Any judge with enough free time to turn his courtroom into an ideological weapon, is excess capacity. And that is one less judge than we require.

Something tells me Judge James Boasber actions has less to do with strongly held convictions and more to do with trying to create a gotcha moment.
Where his orders to produce documents and time lines on deportation flights are meant to create an opportunity for the administration to produce a compliance paper trail that sets up an obstruction charge.
The essentials of an obstruction charge would be for the administration to file papers that denied these flights took place or took place on a different time line.
Next, I wonder if Boasberg will punt this to his buddy Roberts in the Supreme Court. Maybe this little tiff was just a setup for a SCOTUS vs. Executive Branch showdown. That would be the fight that Roberts really wants, but he doesn’t want to be seen as the instigator. That way, if the globalists lose bigly, it’ll be Boasberg who takes the fall, not Roberts. Like it or not, the President and his Cabinet have powers and prerogatives, granted by Article 2 directly, over which both the Judiciary and the Congress(!) have no powers of review nor consent. (Other than the carefully-proscribed Congressional power of impeachment.)
A Federal District Judge, in particular, has no power. If you don’t like what the President(!) is doing, you can’t simply call yourself a “plaintiff,” then shop-around for a judge that doesn’t like it either, and “obtain relief.” The President has awesome powers that no other individual has – with awesome personal responsibility(!!) to match.
HE IS “the nation’s diplomat.” And, he has the Constitutional requirement to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Here, he is doing both.
As before, it is time for Congress to assert it’s Constitutional authority and limit the jurisdiction of these courts. Justice Roberts cannot and will not reign these people in.

The next step is to have Boasberg testify in person in front of Jim Jordan’s committee, and force him to defend his actions. This will have a few effects:
(1) while preparing for testimony, he isn’t making wacko decisions. He may have to give up the case to someone else.
(2) he can be found to be acting “dishonorably” by the House committee. That leaves the judge open to being removed in the future: the next time a must have bill (for the dems) is being voted, they can add a rider that declares this guy is no longer serving honorably, and must step down. In other words, no impeachment (needs ⅔ vote in the Senate to convict of a “high crime”), just kick his ass out because he’s a low life.
At what point does the conversation rightly turn to the impeachment of CJ John Roberts, who has been a disaster.
