President Trump would do well in taking that same approach: tell these judges they have zero jurisdiction, and go pound sand. Tell them to enforce it, if they can.

I am not convinced…Roberts is obviously blocking hearing any of these cases, but his plan “B” must be, if forced to come up with some cockamamie “its a tax” justificstion for ruling in favor of the Judge.

What might stop Roberts from ruling in favor of the judge is an Executive branch that will not follow any ruling that intrudes on its Article II powers. Lets face it, the headlines are that Dems oppose getting tren de Aragua murdering thugs out of the Country, oppose getting mentally ill trans people out of our military, oppose cutting waste, fraud and abuse in the Fed. Gov. and are using the Courts to try to force their “deeply wierd” idiology.
Dem politicians are saying they are worried about Jaun the gardener being deported, and grandmas Social Security being cut.
But, these lawfare cases are actually CLARIFYING what PDJT’S team is, and is not doing.
We are actually in good hands, trusting the American people.
I look at several big city newspapers everyday and there is little mention of what you say.
Most of it is about how many innocent gov’t employees are scared and suffering about job loss.
Look at Las Vegas, they think deporting alien criminals is an impeachable offense because it would decimate the casinos and hotels.
Just a guess that this would be in Britain…
But then there are bureaucratic health and safety morons here as well.

One would think by using the words as “criminal investigation” or Conpiracy to overthrow the US Government and a sitting President” would be incredibly powerful words and capture the full attention of the American people.
But everyday that passes with no announcement of any wrong doing and the American people think the only people who have done possibly wrong is Elon and PT.
I just don’t get with all the low hanging possible criminal activity noted above why Kash and Pam are not making much more noise while Elon and PT are taking hit after hit in the media.
Pam needs to go on offense and not just sit idly by playing defense.
Maybe they are trying to clean house first…of activist judges?

They are in positions now that require different words. When they suspect a crime it is an investigation. When they have the goods, the indictments will clearly state the criminal charges.
Remember just a couple months ago when democrats defined the crime then looked for evidence? Your list is long and it can’t all get done at same time, especially with the lefty leftovers still skulking around.
Or… Or maybe the reason Pam and Kash aren’t making more noise is because many of these “events” aren’t actually criminal cases – they’re political narratives that have been endlessly recycled without ever producing concrete, prosecutable evidence.
Let’s be honest: just saying something sounds criminal doesn’t make it so. “Russia Collusion”? Investigated for years by Mueller, Congress, and the DOJ. No charges tied to Trump. “Seth Rich”? Tragic and politicized, but not the vast conspiracy it was spun into. “2020 Election Fraud”? Over 60 court cases, many led by Trump-appointed judges, found no evidence to support the claims. “Gain of function,” “Auto Pen,” “ActBlue donations,” and half the other items on this list haven’t even been credibly established as crimes in the first place.
There’s a difference between suspicion and substantiation.
Don’t believe everything you read from a pundit, no matter how real it seems. IMO
