If a judge is actively working to keep violent criminals in America, why shouldn’t he share a cell with them? Lock. Them. Up.
It’s simply time to ignore the “rulings” of that Federal judge. As “Andy” and “Abe” did. This man does not have any legal authority whatsoever to tell the President what he can and cannot do. They are now driving the situation where Trump will simply have to tell them to “pound sand.” If there must be confrontation on this issue, let it begin.

In particular, there are no “checks and balances” against the other two Branches. Another Founder, Thomas Jefferson, sternly warned what would happen as the Courts “surreptitiously” sought to gain powers that they were never given. And we are now seeing this take place.
In fact, it has “taken place” for more than 100 years now, and nobody stood up to it.
The President, and the Congress, do not have to say, “Mother, May I?” to any Court.
That’s exactly what they want which is why Trump has strongly stated that they don’t just ignore judges. The fact that the senile puppet Manchurian Candidate ignored the SCOTUS and even got away with bragging about it means nothing about what Trump could get away with.
The due process argument is that some people not in the Tren de Arugua may have been sent to prison.
To that argument I say, not my problem, it is Venezuela’s problem.
If they were here illegally, they could have left on their own and avoided this.
Maybe that was the point and more will leave on their own now.

I think it’s safe to say there’s a lot of rich contractors out there. Not the low level employees but the management and owners. The people who get bonuses for securing the never ending gubmint contract.
Of course there’s a huge possibility that gubmint officials are getting kickbacks on those contracts.
If you talk to people working in the IRS offices, the ones who work directly with the taxpayer, you can see the effects of poor management at a higher level.
You can also see the effects of DEI hiring and people who don’t have any real idea what they are doing. They are working a computer program.

The Constitution purposely never granted a “power of review and consent” to the Judiciary. There are no “checks and balances” concerning it. Only the President “takes Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Courts cannot intrude upon either Article 1 or Article 2 powers.
And, if President Trump must now do what Presidents before him have done, then, “bring it on.”

Constitutionally, President Trump can defy the activist courts, yet the courts will continue to interfere until they are made to stop.
Who will stop the courts? The democrats will not stop the courts, the courts are one of their effective tools. The GOPe will not stop the courts, it’s not in their interest to do so. The SCOTUS have shown no inclination to stop the courts.
President Trump knows this reality and is doing what he can to navigate thru this minefield.

I sincerely think that it will finally come down to a direct confrontation. This is already a direct confrontation, of a sort, but at this point Trump is continuing to try to play the game. At some point, I think, he won’t.
The Constitution does not say that “the Executive Power is vested in 400+ non-elected Federal Judges.” There simply comes a point when, when you have power, you must seize it.
The Courts will never stop themselves. But, you have the power, all by yourself, to do so in this case.
PT has the authority to enforce the law….if the Constitution is being ignored by the judicial system then under the Constitution he can ignore the unlawful orders of this judge. Apresident can not be ordered to break the law…jmo but it all boils down to this.

With parental permission, churches are allowed to have programs during the school day for children in a location away from schools. Our church has such a program. They have buses carry the children to the church and the children get religious instruction.

Who is James Angleton?
He was the Counter Intelligence Chief of the CIA and his testimony emerged yesterday. He testified to Congressional Authority in the 1970s, to a couple of committees in closed door testimony. So, this executive session testimony has become public for the first time.
What exactly did he say?
What Angleton said to the committee was that he had relied on Israeli emigres to build his own intelligence empire and one of the people who he deployed to monitor and surveil Oswald was probably one of these Israeli agents. It’s not clear yet, but it seems like the the evidence in this new testimony strongly suggests that that Angleton recruited Oswald as a source or a contact. It’s indisputable that he kept him under surveillance for four years from 1959 to 1963. These new documents point to an Israeli connection using an Israeli agent to monitor Oswald. You know, Bill Angleton had 180 pages on Lee Harvey Oswald on his desk a week before Kennedy went to Dallas. That fact alone has only emerged in recent years, received no news coverage and is really an extraordinarily important part of the story. What the new documents raise is was the CIA atrociously incompetent when it came to the alleged lone gunman or was Angleton actually running a counter intelligence operation involving him and I believe it’s the latter.

Roberts knows he can get away with this, though. He doesn’t stand for election, Congress isn’t going to impeach him (Republicans won’t even break the filibuster for ordinary legislation!), and it is very unlikely that Trump would ever flout a Supreme Court order.
In this environment, the Court is sovereign. It has near total control over the executive branch in domestic affairs. Watergrate demonstrated this decisively. Judicial prerogative, de facto, trumps executive prerogative if the President is a populist or a conservative.
The only way out of this framework is through a unilateral decision by the President to explicitly ignore a Supreme Court ruling. That will be a huge public fight. I believe Trump could get away with this if he wanted, [I don’t. There would be violence from the left that would make the riots of 2020 look like nothing. A military crackdown would make that even worse. THAT is what the Deep State WANTS. – W] but it seems unlikely that he does.
Even if Trump bends the knee, this problem will remain: if the Supreme Court is sovereign then elections are meaningless. Congress cannot legislate (because of the self-imposed filibuster) and the President is subordinate to the unelected Court. Because of civil service protections, he can only appoint 0.1% of federal government positions so the bureaucracy is untouchable too.
A neglectful Congress, sovereign judiciary, powerful bureaucracy, and weak President means the Swamp is immune from electoral control. If conservatives accepts this institutional arrangement there is nothing more to do or say.
There will never, under any circumstances, be any meaningful change in a system arranged like this. Only the President, acting unilaterally to seize back his due constitutional powers, can enact reforms. In order to do so, he must battle all of the other branches at the same time and bend them to his will.
Only all-out political war can result in a restoration of popular, elected government. The whole purpose of the post-1945 consensus was to eliminate any ability for the people to undo the administrative state through elections. The two attempts to do so–Nixon and Trump–came under intense literal assault from the institutions.
The problem, of course, is that this system, by its very construction, delegitimizes itself. Americans increasingly hate their own government because they see how much the ruling class hates them. It is parasitic, tyrannical, and treacherous. Open borders, endless foreign wars, vaccine mandates, lockdowns–there is a reason Trump keeps winning bigger and bigger majorities!
The hope of the Swamp is that the flood of migrants will eventually lock their power into place indefinitely and the founding stock of the country will simply capitulate and troon out or OD on fentanyl.
America needs a Tribune–a Champion of the People–against the corrupt elites who bleed the treasury dry. What else is there to hope for? Our options are to accept defeat or to find a champion. That’s it.

As an example, if they released the full Epstein files (if they even exist today), there would be so much outrage about who did what and it would touch all places in government and industry. The DOJ would be forced to bring charges and the cascading impacts, both personal and public, would be huge. Epstein cast a very large net of influence to get people compromised so they could be “managed” by the deep-state.
