John Roberts is the leader of the 2025 Judicial Branch, who along with the Legislative Branch, have been unconstitutionally stealing the Executive Branch’s powers for the past century with help, along the way, from the globalist presidents in the Executive Branch like clinton, bush (both), o-bummer and biden.
The globalist presidents would just unconstitutionally relinquish the Executive Branch power by not challenging the overreach from the legislative and judicial branches. The first one, Thompson vs United States is about a guy who took out 3 loans from one bank, the bank failed and it was up to the FDIC to collect the outstanding balance. The FDIC said the man ‘knowingly made’ false statements when talking to him about the balance owed on the amounts borrowed.
The 9-0 ruling, written by Roberts held that Section 1401, which prohibits ‘knowingly mak[ing] any false statement, does not criminalize statements that are misleading but not false.
The second one, Delligatti vs United States is about mandatory minimum sentences imposed when a person uses or carries a firearm during a crime of violence. He had appealed his sentence. He lost.
The 7-2 ruling is written by Thomas, interestingly Gorsuch and Jackson (the woman that doesn’t know what a woman is because she’s not a scientist) were the 2 in the minority.
