Supreme Court Justice John Roberts immediately jumps into action to defend his friend and colleague. Have you ever seen Justice Roberts respond so quickly? The reason is the relationship between him and Boasberg.

John Roberts appointed Boasberg to be presiding judge of the FISA court after Judge Rosemary Collyer’s term was over. In the aftermath of the DOJ manipulating the FISA court to attack President Trump, Chief Justice Roberts needed Boasberg to protect the FISC. As a result, Boasberg sat at the epicenter of some of the worst DC judicial decisions ever. Including the precedent of forcing VP Mike Pence to testify in a grand jury against the accused, President Donald Trump.
Simultaneously, Boasberg did everything he could to fulfill his commitment to Roberts, even appointing Mary McCord, wife of Roberts’ senior staff Sheldon Snook, to be amicus to the court. {GO DEEP}
Yes, Roberts will protect Boasberg, because Boasberg -who Roberts appointed to be presiding judge of the FISC- has major leverage over Roberts.
Boasberg has assembled his shields over years, and CTH has outlined every step. The brutally obvious began surfacing when Boasberg appointed *Mary McCord as amicus to the FISC.

Roberts now must recuse having now commented on a case he knows is likely to come before him. He cannot even pretend to be impartial. Roberts propped up this corrupt judge.

Agree with you. For all situations, President Trump’s strategy is exposure followed by a plan to resolve the issue when the timing is right.
He starts by using words to make people aware of the issue. Sometimes the words are shocking for the audience, but they do get attention.
An older example is what he said in the 2016 election debates. Recent examples are bringing Z-bag to the Oval Office so we could all see what we are dealing with, impeach this judge, and Greenland.
For people who are frustrated by recent events, it would help to recognize that exposure is a process, not one and done.
When it comes to the plan, President Trump takes the time to engage interested parties. So developing the plan is also a process and a lot of it has to do with creating leverage. For people who are frustrated at the pace of change, it would help to recognize that creating leverage is also not one and done. An example is how he is creating leverage with the EU regarding Ukraine (using tariffs to get better trade deals and also to encourage them to be realistic about Ukraine).
Finally, unlike many of us, President Trump isn’t buried by his expectations. He explains it best by saying, “We’ll see what happens.” Adopting that kind of flexibility would serve us well.
It is now time for Elon’s DOGE team to start working on exposing Roberts and his connections and all of these Communists Judges. Hell, even call in Data Republic to start connecting these dots. In 2005 he was in terminal stage of Alzheimer’s and his family made a book deal and Bob Woodward confirmed it but offered no proof which means the real deep throat’s identity is now secured. The person who erased critical minutes of the Nixon tapes is probably him. A member of Nixon’s inner circle who now works for MSNBC or CNN.

Who proceeds over the impeachment of a judge, especially a supremor?
The impeachment process begins with Articles of Impeachment in the House with a majority voting in favor. Then the process moves to the Senate where a 2/3 majority is needed to convict in order to remove a judge from the bench. We don’t have the votes needed in the Senate.
Thinking of other ways judges step down other than impeachment. ….If a judge were found to have broken a law and convicted by a jury of his peers, I’d imagine he’d have to step down … just spit balling here.

Boasberg cannot possibly not know that the question before him regarding the deportees was not justiciable, and that is the basis for his impeachment. His ersatz judicial product was a result of his impeachable offense and not the offense itself.
It’s unacceptable that judges, particularly at the Supreme Court level, have ‘secret’ issues that allow others to manipulate their decisions, appointments, etc. If there are skeletons in Roberts’ closet, let them be disclosed. If Chief Justice Roberts wants to minimize attacks on out of control appointed leftwing district court judges abusing their role and claiming to be able to overrule the elected President of the United States on management details that are clearly within his role as defined by the Constitution and the Federalist Papers then he should intervene and overrule these absurd power grabs.

It is his duty and within his authority to address and correct the wrongs being done … in plain sight … by the Federal Court System. As the Chief Justice he is directly responsible for the supervision and oversight of the conduct of the Federal Courts. Boasberg must be getting paid well to knowingly putting himself in the heart of the crossfire.
Okay, so USSC Chief Justice Roberts just gave his full support to an imperial, clearly unconstitutional judiciary. Roberts has gone full “Alexandre de Moraes”. He just explained why America’s judiciary is going full “Latin and South American” crazy.
It’s because that’s his goal. That’s exactly what he wants. He SUPPORTS lawfare, over equal justice under the law. He’ll try to maintain his “moderate” veneer (i.e. no one in his right mine in D.C. believed that he is, or ever was a conservative, “original intent” jurist – that was his deception to gain the court), while punching full leftist/imperialist at every opportunity. What has the judiciary become under his tenure as Chief Justice? Oh, we’ve had lefty judges since before I was born. However, when did they start to go nuts, start to ignore every Constitutional precept?
Since Roberts was on the court.
So, I’ll return to what I said back last fall. The only way Trump can turn back this non-Constitutional, permanent bureaucracy, and the imperial Federal Judiciary which backs it, is Martial law. Take the cuffs off. Do all those unmentionable things that happen under Martial law, and simply TURN IT BACK. Military tribunal, remove the justices, investigate them, PROSECUTE THEM (from district jurist to the Supreme Court”, convict them based on the evidence, and do whatever justice that their crime (or treason) dictates.
It’ll be God-awful process for this country; it’ll never be the same America again, that was intended in 1780. However, it’s not MAGA citizens who have brought this blight upon the nation. It’s the elites like Roberts, who have tossed the Constitutional Republic in the dustbin, in favor of their arbitrary “lawfare”. We didn’t cause it, but we must end it now, because we’ll never have another chance again, to return America to it’s Constitutional roots, and the founder’s hope for a free country.
If Trump does as some recommend, and simply ignores the courts, he’ll be seen and known as a lawless President. If he declares Martial law, the outlaws, the lawless ones like Roberts will be in the crosshairs. All will be disclosed and known, if it takes 25 years of investigation to find out.
(Yep, I guess I’m just a nut. So many MAGA supports have told me so. However, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’m wrong. Roberts will lead the Judiciary into neutering not just Trump, but the Executive branch as a governing element. The “President” will become just like Queens and Kings, a powerless, ceremonial post. The unelected Judges will rule the country by fiat. They already are.)

Trump has outed more than one could of ever imagined, but the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, OMG, this is EPIC. Old Boas and Johnny R must be at the top of the Epstein list. Roberts playing politics further advances the notion that his reign as Chief Justice is in the toilet. Time to step down JR, you are compromised and far from impartial at this point.
