Chief Justice Roberts is not defending the constitution and the supremecy of the executive branch, he is defending the appellate process and the sanctity of the courts. The President alone, is granted the power to execute the Executive Branch, including all Executive Branch Agencies and their respective policies. Congress alone, is granted sole lawmaking power. The Judicial Branch has no power over either of the other two branches, according to the Constitution.

Just now, Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts made a public statement in support of the unelected Judges usurpation of Presidential powers. Not an official ruling, but a public personal opinion.

HERE – In which Roberts states “For more than two centuries, it has been established [via British Common Law] that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that reason,” the chief justice concluded.

However, Article III of the U.S. Constitution establishes that “The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour;” and impeachment is exactly the constitutionally prescribed appropriate response.

Obviously, overreaches of authority by partisan political hacks on handpicked courts, cannot be considered “good Behaviour” by that judge. Therefore, they are not entitled to remain on the bench, and are subject to congressional impeachment.

They can try to defend their actions in an impeachment trial, if they like. But usurpation of another branches authority is an act of sedition against our Constitutional Republic.

Roberts should be under DOJ and FBI investigation right now. If solid evidence of being compromised is discovered, he should be removed from the bench as well.

But this problem is much bigger than just these activist judges. The much bigger problem is the notion and far too common belief that our Constitution somehow created an oligarchy of unelected and unaccountable rulers in our courts, when in fact, the Constitution created no such thing!

He may be right about the more than two centuries part, but he is dead wrong about the present. He should and almost certainly is aware that what has been going on since at least 2016 is a significant departure to how the lower courts handled themselves in the first two centuries and that the normal appellate review process will not correct this. Those judges might get overturned, but they will still be on the bench to continue making biased rulings that then need to be appealed and overturned all over again, all of it in the pursuit of hamstringing the administration for four years for political purposes rather than justice. If a corrupt reason like that is insufficient to remove a judge from office, then what more does it take?

So what is Roberts’ solution for all this? Evidently to do nothing but sit and watch from his high perch. Sure he has personal and staff family connections to be concerned about, but are those enough to justify the deeply ignorant comment he made? At the very least those connections would cause an honorable judge to recuse himself. But he won’t. Makes you wonder how much the deep state has on him.

PDJT should keep spitting on these corrupt scum publicly humiliating them, they deserve no respect.

Judges are government employees too. Another important institution trashed by personal venality and government pensions.

Ludeke v. Watkins in 1948 is the governing case law yet Robert’s defends Boasburg’s refusal to recognize it in Robert’s contention that the appeals process is the proper way for Trump to respond. This ignores Trump’s duty to react with a sense of urgency to protect the American people from invaders. Robert’s would have Trump appeal and years from now a judgement rendered. Meanwhile how many American would suffer at the hands of these invaders. Further more Robert’s allows the activist judge to stick his nose into whatever he wishes despite it not being in his district. He becomes the duly elected government’s designated obstructionist.

By Roberts statement exposing his bias he has given himself a way out from sitting in judgement on any Trump Administration case that will come before the SCOUSA. He must now recuse himself and the other justices must demand it.

If he did it intentionally, then he has admitted to being compromised, as this is his way of throwing a little sand in the machine that controls him. If he did it out of ignorance and hubris, he sill has to recuse himself. Either way, the results are the same, he must recuse.

Roberts is 100% correct here.

So now we’re at the point where some politicans think “impeachment” means “I don’t like this ruling”? This is banana republic-level nonsense.

The judiciary exists to check executive power, not rubber-stamp it. Even John Roberts, who isn’t exactly a liberal, is calling this out. Roberts replaced this decent Judge with Boasberg on the FISC.
