Hard to tell how much has been edited out but he link below takes you the Foundation Wiki which at least had a good summary description f the foundation as well as a section describing what is happening at this time.
It appears the people who run this foundation are PRESIDENTIAL Appointees, thus subject to being fired. The President of the Foundation was fired but the staff are following his orders anyway, to lock out the DOGE Team and the new Foundation head appointed by President Trump. The fire President has sued of course, claiming the president does not have authority to fire him.

Who ever heard of the African Development Foundation. The name in itself screams audit or money laundering. Take your pick.

Well, I read the indictment, and I paid close attention to the case, and I kept saying it was a big head-fake, because it charged Ghislaine and Jeffrey for trafficking and grooming girls to each other.
I keep seeing memes about Epstein being charged with selling children, and wanting to know who he sold them to, and that didn’t happen.
We all know by now we have an attorney general who lied about seeing the files, so we can’t expect anything to come out of that quarter.
The Real Story of the Epstein files. Epstein was roaming free and being a criminal until new attention was brought to his case.
Typical..
So are the JFK files still on Bondi’s desk? May we see those? Or is that still a matter of national security after all this time?
I’m so sick of this.
You need to face it. What your chasing ain’t there and, IMO, just in your dreams..
Calling Bondi a liar isn’t going to make something out of nothing.
President Trump has said he saw something. So I want to see whatever is there, and Bondi is still a liar, either way.
The truth has no agenda.

I’m not “bitching” I am asking to release files that President Trump ordered released, thank you.
Sounds quite reasonable. Quite simple too.
What if they are NOT there? Will you believe them if they tell you that? Pres. Trump tells you that? The likelihood of any complete JFK files, 9/11 files, Epstein files, Seth Rich files being intact or even being there in minimal form is pretty iffy. The years intervening have allowed all sorts of possibilities of bad actors within the FBI, CIA, Congress, the WH and other agencies to meddle in what information remains as truth in any of those events. RFK can confirm much of the JFK events and has already, but any of the others remain very suspect as to what truth remains or any real information left in them.
True. The fib had shredder trucks parked outside their offices as soon as PDJT Won.
Why can’t President declassify everything, have delivered to WH and begin uploading 24/7 simultaneously to 100+ sites? Now that is releasing the files.
National security, evidently.
SD has exhaustively explained this matter over the years.
Yep.
And MLK, and Epstein, and … And I want to know why we can’t see the Seth Rich files.
Can’t be released if they are being used for grand jury evidence or at trial of a person under sealed indictment. There are now many thousands of sealed indictments on Pacer. Got a feelingwhen that dam breaks we won’tbe able to keep up.
I’ve got a feeling that dam will never break. Never, ever.
Seems these files are the only things not “leaked”. Weird.
You do know Pres. Trump praised both Bondi and Patel quite thoroughly in his speech. Do you think he’d do that if he had any qualms about what they are doing, working on and what they will produce down the road? You do remember he can remove them when he wants to if he feels he needs to because they are not performing their job duties as well as he wants?
Just putting the finishing touches on that investigation, Clarion!

🚨🇺🇸 SCOTT BESSENT: TARIFF IS TRUMP’S FAVORITE WORD
“As president Trump has said many times, tariff is his favorite word. I would say the reciprocal is probably the second favorite word.
If you wanna be a numbskuller like Justin Trudeau and say, oh, we’re gonna do this, then tariffs are gonna go up.

The EU is putting these gigantic fines on our US tech companies, and that’s a non-tariff barrier too.
We will then talk about what could happen on a reciprocal basis. It’s gonna be path dependent based on our trading partners.”

John Ratcliffe previously said the entire Perkins Coie law firm could be subject to indictment’ after several of their lawyers lied to federal investigators.
Getting tired of “could be” …whether it’s Ratcliffe, Harmeet or Bondi..
Ratcliffe cannot indict anyone. Several years ago when he was an acting US Attorney, he had that power. Now, he has to depend on the DOJ.

This! I would’ve posted it if I’d beaten you to it.
What a glorious EO!
I still say strip all security clearances from all former “public servants” and make them justify getting the clearance back. One can hardly claim they haven’t already been well compensated for their “serve-us”.
Marc Elias’s departure couldn’t save them.
Oh how I hope they make it so.

Agreed.
Scammy is on it!
From what I understand, Perkins Coie is a law firm. A corrupt law firm, but a law firm, nonetheless. Why does a law firm have a security clearance? For what reason? It seems like everyone and their brother has a security clearance in Washington. I always thought security clearances should be for high level people whose job exposes them to sensitive information, for which an approval for a clearance would be required. But it seems like everyone has one. This nonsense needs to be stopped.
I encourage reading this legal analysis of the Supreme Court’s ruling on freezing foreign aid. It’s not what it initially appeared to be.
Excerpt:
“At the first sign of stormy weather, some of us are far too quick to start pointing the bony finger of blame and forecasting falling skies.
It happened again yesterday, after a minor Supreme Court setback stirred the conservative-sphere into furious anger. Corporate media piled on, of course, and inflated the tiny scrap of good news (for them) into one of those wavy-armed marketing balloon men. But as I have counseled many times, we must learn to ignore the hot takes and await calmer waters before engaging our emotions.”
~~
“I get it; we were all frustrated that the Court didn’t break the chain of command by reaching right over the lower appellate court and slapping Judge Ali’s TRO order right out of his hand, and that’s unfortunate. For its own reasons, the Court decided not to break several standing protocols. But … did it really toss President Trump under the bus and burn two billion dollars? Or did it throw Judge Ali under the bus?”
~~
“The Court’s weapon is brains, not brawn. And if we stop to read the Court’s order, we find it slyly pulled Ali’s fangs, pushed him onto procedural quicksand, and invited Trump to appeal again as soon as Ali overreaches. Despite corporate media’s fondest wish, this was not a ‘whee! Trump just lost!’ moment.
It was a temporary strategic defeat teeing up a win. I’ll prove it.”
~~
Again, I strongly encourage CTH readers to take the time to read this analysis. It made my day.
Remember the old saying ‘give ’em enough rope and they’ll hang themselves?’ Well, I think it totally applies here to those scheming to undermine President Trump with their activist judges and lawfare tactics. I think the Justices just doled out the rope and the noose.
I think once you read this you might very well agree.
https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/little-red-hens-thursday-march-6
Coffeeandcovid piece is excellent. A must read.
I agree. Thank you. I’m eager to see what develops.
That is one interpretation. It is beyond “Rose-tinted”. That the abusive Ali TRO was not instantly hammered flat is remarkable, and is rather more than “unfortunate”. There will now be a tidal-wave of Orders flooding in, and they will not be “limited in scope”. Unintended consequences from being way too cute is nothing new legally. We shall see.
That’s your opinion, to which you’re entitled.
Are you an attorney?
Do you know who Jeff Childers is?
Carefull, you’ll be branded a troll…
lol…..I know…..life’s just not fair.
If Jeff’s correct, as he so often is, President Trump’s team will make the lawfariers sooooo sorry. Hopefully sorry enough to finally sit down and shut up.
I thought his reference to the way Judge Cannon was able to use the dissent in the Jack Smith case as a cudgel really resonated.
Calling the dissent “… a signal to Judge Ali roughly comparable to a baseball bat with the word “stop” painted on the end. ” made me smile.
Roberts and Barrett wanted to duck the issue. It wasn’t some cleverly-crafted work by the 6 republican-appointed justices. The lower courts are acting way beyond the scope of their authority, and Roberts and Barrett are either too scared to do anything about it or actually agree with the 3 leftists. I tend to believe the latter based on their histories. And it wouldn’t have amounted to some huge change in the law had the dissenters’ view prevailed.
Judge Ali has already responded. He is undaunted, and has issued a new Order. He held a 4 hour hearing, has “clarified” matters, and presses on. Payments are to be made. He will not stop unless he is compelled. No meaningful sign of that yet.
I can’t find foreign aid anywhere in Art 1, Sec 8 of the Constition…..weirdo-rama
I think the President is on solid ground.
I did and totally disagree.
I get it; we were all frustrated that the Court didn’t break the chain of command by reaching right over the lower appellate court and slapping Judge Ali’s TRO order right out of his hand, and that’s unfortunate. For its own reasons, the Court decided not to break several standing protocols. [The “standing protocol” of not SLAPPING DOWN the lower court and ruling that district judges have ZERO authority to make NATIONAL injunctions! IT’S NO MORE COMPLEX THAN THAT! – W]
The almost-over-the-top Dissent was as astonishing a bit of legal dressing down as I’ve ever seen [Justifiably, because the SCOTUS didn’t protect ITS OWN EXCLUSIVE TURF of NATIONAL level control – W] It was so surreal that it was almost performative. It punched almost cartoonishly hard.
Oh, you mean these “cartoonish” VALID complaints about how a LOWER, DISTRICT COURT established by CONgress even has the AUTHORITY to make NATIONAL injunctions:
———
“Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars?
The answer to that question should be an emphatic “No,” but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise.
I am stunned.”
———
“Today, the Court makes a most unfortunate misstep that rewards an act of judicial hubris and imposes a $2 billion penalty on American taxpayers.
The District Court has made plain its frustration with the Government, and respondents raise serious concerns about nonpayment for completed work. But the relief ordered is, quite simply, too extreme a response.
A federal court has many tools to address a party’s supposed nonfeasance.
Self-aggrandizement of its jurisdiction is not one of them.”
———
Some folks will still remain troubled by the seven pages of dissenting opinion. But there’s no cause for concern. [Because it was just the conservative supremes playing 4D chess with dissents that included the word “stunned”, right, and blowing the opportunity to finally GUT a lower court by saying, “You don’t have the AUTHORITY to make NATIONAL injunctions? – W]
…this way the Supreme Court scored a major political win by ruling against Trump, which shows “independence,” non-king-making, and adherence to the black-letter “rule of law.” [So freaking what? What Dimocrat/Deep State/Blob adversary pays any attention to that? They’ll whine regardless? – W]
Details from various sources about that $2 billion:
The $2 billion in USAID funding that Trump froze was intended for various foreign aid projects, including medical equipment supply in Vietnam and Nepal, waterworks upgrades in Lagos, Nigeria, and efforts to combat malaria in several African countries. This funding was meant for work that had already been completed [Oh, really? WHO specifically CHECKED and also checked for the likely FRAUD? – W] by nonprofit aid groups and contractors.
In seeking emergency relief from the Supreme Court, acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris asked the court to first temporarily halt the district court’s order — pausing last Wednesday night’s deadline for the administration to unfreeze foreign aid funds — and then toss it out altogether.
Harris said that Ali’s order was not limited to payments to the nonprofits and companies that brought the case, but was more broad and required it to pay nearly $2 billion on thousands of payment requests.
“This new order requiring payment of enormous sums of foreign-assistance money in less than 36 hours intrudes on the prerogatives of the Executive Branch,” she wrote in a Supreme Court filing. “The president’s power is at its apex — and the power of the judiciary is at its nadir — in matters of foreign affairs.”
The acting solicitor general said the district court’s order prevents the executive branch from not only “ensuring that foreign-aid payments are consistent with the president’s policy priorities, ****but from conducting even basic diligence to ensure that payments are free from fraud and abuse.****”
But lawyers for the company and nonprofits urged the Supreme Court to deny Mr. Trump’s request, in part because it lacks jurisdiction to review a district court order that directed the government to comply with its temporary measure.
“The government’s application, in this posture, amounts to a request for license to continue defying” a temporary restraining order [from a District Judge!] that requires it to administer USAID and State Department programs established under the law, they argued.
The key here is it’s a TRO, meaning it’s about to expire and they’ll have to face the President’s team in open court to keep the farce in play. They’re gonna lose.
Well, it’s not over ’till it’s over, and the other shoe is yet to drop, so I guess we’ll have to wait and see how it all shakes out. They didn’t order the President to do anything with the money, and we can rest assured he’s not gonna stop the fight, so it looks to me like they put the silly judge who made this mess squarely in the put up or shut up seat. They sure didn’t hand him a decisive win.
Thanks for your reply, and like the President says, we’ll see what happens.
Excellent.
“At the first sign of stormy weather, some of us are far too quick to start pointing the bony finger of blame and forecasting falling skies.”
This is very true on CTH over numerous issues and people. Quick to react negatively and the sky is falling. Unwilling to count to ten and see what the real story is. Quick to want things done yesterday no matter what. We need to learn a bit of patience since 9 out of 10 times the real story and facts are not nearly what we thought when we jumped to conclusions, trashed the people involved and refused to see beyond our own desires for quick solutions as to what we thought it all should be.
This article is very well done and a good reminder to take a deep breath and…wait a bit.
That’s a good perspective, for sure.
I was soooo pissed when I first heard about this decision. But I’ve learned to proceed with some patience and let things unfold.
After all these years of having our laws and rights violated and so many dehumanizing abuses by the leftist junta I’m sure fed up and easily angered by the left’s craziness and corruption.

I do think Canada is being emboldened to tangle with Trump over tariffs because of their government’s close ties to Beijing. They are a globalist owned entity.
Contrary to Justin Trudeau’s claim he would step down after his Liberal Party chose a new leader he is using this dispute to strengthen his political standing, and he will call for an election if he thinks he’s in a position to win again.
The Canadian people are being distracted by the tariff battle and Trudeau is using it to his political advantage. Have they forgotten the horrendous job he’s been doing as PM?
Valid observation.
Yes, the Liberal Party is campaigning on an anti-Trump anti- tariff platform. Unfortunately, Ontario and Quebec voters are buying it. And they most often decide which party wins Canadian federal elections because they are the most populated provinces.
Trudeau can call for an election until the new Liberal Party leader is elected. Then Justin is done as Prime Minister, and Canada then has a totally unelected person as Prime Minister until an election is called, probably by the fall of this year.
With any luck, Pierre Poilievre, the Conservative Party leader wins that election. He will work well with Trump.

If you are in Florida the ‘so-called’ republican majority in state senate is trying to pass an election law that will eliminate any chance of honest elections.
New FL Election Bill Would Make Us Just Like Georgia & Arizona
There is a subtle shell game going on within Florida’s election laws
Just imagine you at a car dealership and just got done signing the sales agreement on your dream car. You’re so excited to get the keys when you hear the notification for a new text message go off on your phone.
The salesman says, “All done. The car is yours. You should have received it on your phone.”
“On my phone?” You look down to see you have been messaged an image of the car you thought you were purchasing. “What is this?” you asked puzzled.
”That’s your car. It’s all yours. Can I interest you in our disaster recovery plan? In case you lose your phone or accidentally delete it, we can resend your car.”
“This isn’t my car. This is a digital image of my car.” You shoot back growing frustrated now.
“That is absolutely your car. You just signed the sales agreement where you agreed to accept a digital image of your car. Would you like to see the fine print?”
As absurd is this sounds, this is actually the legal sleight of hand, Senator Blaise Ingoglia just introduced in Florida SB 1414 that will move Florida away from our current paper ballots to only using “ballot images” to determine who won our elections.
This is exactly the hell Georgia is currently fighting to get out of and the exact reason there still has been no justice on the 2020 election in that state.
The change is subtle and the devil is in the details on how the law would be implemented, but so far, the same steps that Georgia uses to certify would be REQUIRED BY LAW IN FLORIDA.
In current Florida law, after an election was certified, the counties would perform an “post election audit”. This could be a manual audit in house or use an independent audit of ALL THE VOTING SYSTEMS USED IN ALL PRECINCTS.
This legal sleight of hand being introduced by Senator Ingoglia new bill would require a “vote validation” before certification of the election. You may think, what could be wrong with that?
First, this would require a vendor called Clear Ballot that currently serves some larger counties in Florida be MANDATED TO ALL COUNTIES no matter their size. Most of Florida is made up of small rural counties that would find themselves having to purchase this expensive equipment that starts out at about $50,000.
But outside of the cost, this bill would completely remove an audit that under current law is up to the desecration of the locals on HOW to perform. Instead everyone would be moved to a “digital verification process.” One of the biggest things wrong with the Clear Ballot approach it relies on ballot images to do any any tabulation.
So what’s the point of a paper ballot if NO ONE WILL EVER LOOK AT THEM AGAIN??? As long as validation software says the election results are close to what the tabulators have given, then the election is OVER. And post election audits will be FORBIDDEN BY LAW and no one will be allowed to examine the paper ballots.
Oh the county may be required by law to store the paper ballots after the election. But if you ask anyone who has been doing election integrity in Florida since 2020, we were NEVER allowed to review those paper ballots.
Georgians were recently shocked when their Supreme Court ruled a new common sense law was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. All the new law was trying to do was see if the number of paper ballots matched the number of ballot images. This was done for years prior to the systems changing in 2020.
When the digital ballot image is considered the vote BY LAW, the paper ballot becomes irrelevant.
And if you think that is too “conspiracy theory”, can you explain why Senator Ingoglia included the following in his bill?
You may be able to observe the digital images of the ballots, but as my little intro demonstrates…is that really your vote? Did all the ballot images represent real people? You will never know because post election audits will be FORBIDDEN and no one will be allowed to compare the results to the original paper ballots.
The Florida’s Office of Election Crime and Security would be limited to only looking into “alleged criminal violation” and the part where they can currently look into “election irregularities” would be stricken.
What crime can be observed when one digital election system says it agrees with another digital election system and no one is allowed to do post elections audit to compare the results with the paper ballots?
Did I mention that the election vendor that stands to win big with this legislation, Clear Ballot, gets a majority of it’s current revenue from left-leaning states like Oregon, Washington, New York, Colorado, Virgina, and Maryland? Does Senator Ingoglia really think this will make elections safer in Florida?
The grass roots in Florida, primarily working through Defend Florida, have been actively shaping election law in our state for over 4 years now. We have all learned a-lot during that time and have been blessed to work together as a coalition of professional, independent organizations.
It really is a full year of work where we research issues, recommend amendments to current laws to fix them, get these submitted and sponsored during the winter. Then monitor legislation as it goes through committees, and then ultimately advocating which bills should be passed or defeated during a relatively short, but energetic legislative session in January, February, and March.
In Florida, most new bills will be passed in the month of March and signed into law by the governor during April and May. They then typically go into effect July 1st of the year they are passed.
You can monitor this page to see the election bills that currently being worked on and supported by the grass roots in Florida.
Senator Ingoglia seems to be channelling Stalin as he wants to ignore who voted on a paper ballot and only focus on how the votes will be counted in SB 1414.
If you live in Citrus, Hernando, Sumter, or parts of Pasco counties this is your Florida Senator. We urge you call, email, write and post to Senator Ingoglia on X.com and voice your concern on this bill. He will weigh the concerns from his direct constituents far more than anyone else.

Now you will know why the Florida state GOP is trying to purge MAGA out of every county and the state is refusing to take election integrity seriously. Elections are rigged.
These people make my back hurt more than normal.
Maybe I’m overthinking but… my son lives on the edge of Selfridge Air National Guard base just N of Detroit. They were notified there would be more air traffic than normal today due to an event closed to the public. The Mitchell Air Race (F22’s) not held in 88 years starting at Langley, to Selfridge and back to Langley…. Langley?! 🤔
Hmmmmm
Running for the border, or being taken into custody on military tribunal charges?
One could only hope they were taken into custody.
The Supreme Court has ruled that President Trump must unfreeze $1.9 billion in foreign USAID payments. Unbelievable.
Justice Samuel Alito BLASTS the majority with Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh joining in dissent:
“Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars? The answer to that question should be an emphatic “No,” but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”
I dont think people truly realize how devastating UniParty sponsored election fruad really is. Last chance to rectify the problem created on mass scale as result of a fake pandemic. Although it appears we are too late even with Trump in the WH.
UniParty installed and approved. Biden didnt win.
Wouldn’t that action in and of itself get them all fired in the corporate workplace?

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told the NY Economy Club: “The first time I went to see President Trump he looked at me and said ‘how do we get this debt and deficit down without killing the economy?’ … I’ve been thinking about this for 18 months and [the way to do it is] the transition from a public sector to private sector [driven economy]… 25 percent of GDP goes through [Washington DC] Area code 202.”
1:02 PM · Mar 6, 2025
Yes. Scott Bessent is right. The answer is growing the private sector.
Nope! This time I can’t agree with “VDH.” The “resolution” of Ukraine isn’t(!) going to end with magically “pushing Russia back to its borders” and imposing an (of course, American-manned-forever …) “trip-wire DMZ” (a la Korea) to make sure that the “bad old Russians” don’t try to do “bad things” again.
Far too much of what now claims to be “foreign policy” has rested on convenient (and profitable(!)) illusions. Such as: “Russia equals USSR ‘bad,’ and poised to militarily conquer Europe.”
Or: “NATO is still a ‘defensive alliance,'” even though it has now removed every buffer that it ever had between itself and its erstwhile “arch-enemy.”
Or: “If the USA won’t keep sending Ukranians into the meat-grinder, we will!”
I’m very sorry to say now that it is well past time to bring grown-ups into this room.
“Ike Was Right.™” We see all of that now – far more clearly than he himself ever dreamed. The power of money was far worse than he dared to think.
Russia is going to finally demand, and achieve, a lasting resolution to the underlying problems. And, we must do the same. The present situation is “enriching” a great many people, albeit with “magically borrowed” and therefore “largely-fictitious ‘money,'” but it is devastating to “us.”
We, too(!) – yes, “the People” – must become “the grown-ups in the room!”

Project Monarch?
I remember a certain Aaron with a curl, talking about getting his memory wiped too. And something about those golden tickets being laced with lead.

Yikes.
Hollywierd has been a hotbed of Human experimentation. I often feel sorry for those who get sucked into it, like that girl. God only knows what all was/is being inflicted on her.
Trauma-injured people IMO are better off staying away from garden-variety, 2-dimensional M.D. psychiatrists & “mental health professionals”.
Because it doesn’t work – results vary but the main results are all around us in every direction in myriad corrosive & violent ways.
An awful lot of everyday people have PTSD &/or Complex Trauma too, from what has been imposed on Humanity for over a century … tv violence *programming* is just one example; both in ‘entertainment’ and “news”… all news casters are *programming presenters*. Etc.. etc., etc., & well known by now.
Anyway…
This EFT processing works for me, it neutralizes the negative charge on the memories; no more cattle prod to my nervous system if something reminds me of an experience – it’s just neutral.; it never intrudes negatively on my emotional balance now.
My memory is/memories are still very clear & accurate, just simply not negatively-charged or disruptive; neutral.
* I don’t need ‘trigger warnings’*.
It’s a simple process; I learned it free online and self-apply to any negative feeling either physical OR emotional whenever – I worked the process a lot at first to neutralize a great deal of unresolved trauma. & pain I got it sorted; now it’s a process I use as needed for in-the-now events.
{ https://www.palaceofpossibilities.com/search?q=ptsd }
This process is the neutralizer of unnecessary pain.
Some pain in life is unavoidable, inevitable… suffering is optional.
When I was a teen, I was referred for ‘evaluation’ because my ‘behavior’ was ‘uncomfortable’ for those wanting me to ‘fit in’. They never asked me about trauma – it wasn’t long until I opted to disengage myself from that paradigm.
I didn’t understand it myself fully at the time, somehow I just knew (Grace of God in hindsight)….
The ‘experts’/M.D.s/psychiatrists have zero credibility when they don’t understand trauma &/or Complex Trauma, the physical & emotional & intellectual sequelae of trauma/CT, or how to neutralize it inside a Human nervous system.
The “memory erasure clinic’ sounds like normalization – commercialization – of whatever they’re calling what MKU was turned into.
Right out in the open.

My estimate of the way Trump and Musk are positioning DOGE re USAID etc to save the USA are something like this:
I think something like this is what Trump is pursuing with Musk. Whoever trained the DOGE focus on USAID first knew exactly what they were doing. Musk went to the most important agency first before the Dems realised the capability DOGE would bring in what will perhaps be seen as the greatest strategic surprise in political history.
A really important side effect of the DOGE effort will be to remove most fraud and corruption from the budget leading to a balanced budget, lower inflation, much greater economic growth and a stronger US$. DOGE will save the US$ if this works and will do the really heavy lifting needed to balance the budget without unduly affecting benefit recipients. It will also save social security.
Trump realised breaking USAID open will stop so many bad things including domestic electoral fraud whilst concurrently galvanising a large percentage of the US voting population around Trump and his DOGE efforts. If this works it might actually destroy the Dem party as it is at the moment leaving a small radical but increasingly marginal far left base whilst most of the country coalesces around a pro conservative common sense Trumpian GOP.

A U.S. judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to pay at least a portion of the nearly $2 billion in owed foreign aid for previously completed projects by 6 p.m. Monday, an expeditious ruling that comes just one day after the Supreme Court rejected the Trump administration’s request to continue its freeze.
The decision from U.S. District Court Judge Amir Ali came after a more than four-hour court hearing Thursday, where he grilled both parties on their proposed repayment plans, and a timeframe for the government to comply with the $1.9 billion in owed foreign aid that has been completed.
At the end of the hearing, Judge Ali ordered the government to pay at least a portion of the $1.9 billion by Monday at 6 p.m.
“I think it’s reasonable to get the plaintiffs’ invoices paid by 6 p.m. on Monday,” said Judge Ali. “What I’ll order today is the first concrete step that plaintiffs have their invoices paid … [and] work completed prior to Feb. 13 to be paid by 6 p.m. on Monday, March 10th.”

We’ve been paying $1.4 Million per year for the last nine years for the National Archives to hold Obama memorabilia. This lease was ending anyway but DOGE just made certain of it.
Shouldn’t there be some limit on how long we have to pay to hold your stuff while you pretend you’re building a library?

A US liquor bottler said 1% of their sales was to 🇨🇦. He said they would be ok.😂

American booze is getting pulled off the shelves in Canada. How bad could that be?
Excerpt:
While booze makes up a smaller chunk of the economy than other goods, an outright ban on sales packs a more direct punch than tariffs, which are taxes on imports.
“That’s worse than a tariff because it’s literally taking your sales away,” Lawson Whiting, CEO of Jack Daniel’s maker Brown-Forman told analysts on Wednesday…..
……Whiting also said that Canada makes up about 1% of its sales.

What’s really behind Doug Ford’s move to pull American booze from LCBO shelves?
Excerpt:
But a question arises: what is the logic in removing an estimated $1 billion worth of stock that has already been bought and paid for? And who is really being hurt here: U.S. liquor producers (that have already been paid for their merchandise) or the ever-beleaguered Ontario taxpayer that is footing the bill? ….
…..Also, isn’t the premier playing with fire here? What if U.S. liquor stores decide to yank Canadian alcohol products from their shelves? The effect on Canadian producers would be devastating given that this industry exports far more liquor than what is consumed domestically.
In the final analysis, pulling bought and paid U.S. booze from LCBO store shelves makes absolutely no sense – unless the ostensible policy reason was all about Premier Ford engineering an opportunity to do some political grandstanding that might do more harm than good.
https://www.rebelnews.com/ontario_s_liquor_monopoly_pulls_u_s_booze_from_store_shelves_is_this_really_about_staging_a_costly_photo_op_for_premier_doug_ford
I read somewhere that the American liquor Canada pulled from its shelves wasn’t actually bought and paid for. That it was obtained on commission and payment is made when it is sold.
I don’t know?
But if that is true then US liquor distributors should sue…and have them return the product back to the US at their expense for breech of contract.
