Just a reminder of a pattern that was clearly visible soon after the November election. The current status:
The Trump administration has some serious people doing extraordinarily important work. The CIA team are facing a challenge few can fathom and yet they appear to be making progress. When the details surface, they will hopefully get praise.
The State Dept team, obviously working closely with the CIA team, are likewise doing exceptional groundwork. Secretary Rubio does appear to be downsizing the tentacles of the geopolitical influence operation.
The DNI group (domestic IC) and DHS team also appear to be laying the groundwork for major changes and confronting decades of institutional wrongdoing. Tom Homan is working through the process and DHS praise and appreciation seem well warranted.
The economic team is first-in-class, and the emissaries are working the Economic Security and National Security dynamic. These policies enmesh with other operations and DJT/Lutnick are brilliantly coordinating a smooth outflow of positive global influence.
However, AS PREDICTED, don’t expect the DOJ/FBI silos to be anything except a hot mess. The appointed leaders have all the support needed, but the nominated heads generally do not seem to have any idea how to get their “arms around” the problems. The DOJ/FBI reform agenda is not likely to go anywhere.
Celebrate all the success in the areas where serious people are operating strategically. But be practical in looking for DOJ/FBI structural silo changes; that really is unlikely to happen. The Bondi/Patel partnership are the wrong leadership people for that type of change.

Not a lawyer, but If the records weren’t under subpoena, I’m not sure it’s anything other than possibly a misdemeanor to destroy them.
What if they’re classified?
Destroying federal records is a crime. If you do any sort of federal work involving anything classified you have to take yearly training on this and that training stresses what is and is not allowed by law. With the Federal Records Act and the updates to that under Obama that require electronic storage, it would be nearly impossible to destroy anything without a clear electronic trail unless those managing the IT side of things were also in on the corruption. Even then, there are backups, etc. that go offsite that can’t easily be done away with. I often wonder if some of these appointed heads don’t know the electronic/IT angles of federal record storage. As head of the DOJ, Bondi should have full access to all electronic records no matter what part of the FBI or what field office manages them. There can still, of course, be some paper-only records but under the Obama updates to the Federal Records Act, those should be temporary. Maybe also cases where records are not officially registered anywhere but any discovery of that is also a federal crime. What’s laughable to me when I take this training every year is they always stress how classification cannot be used to hide malfeasance, criminal activity or embarrassment. Note that you also have to apply to keep things classified beyond built-in declassification times (tied to the Freedom of Information Act). So records like those related to the JFK assassination that have been kept hidden for way past the normal automatic declassification time frame have had to have requests made to keep that going. Sometimes I think the real place to start dismantling the deep state is the Office of Records Management.

One of the things that has troubled me slightly is that I’ve heard a strand of “we need to focus on violent crime” as a way to say “we’re not going to be politicized” but also as a way to say “we’re going to just forget about all that politicization that’s already occurred.” In my mind, this translates into: “We’re not going to work very hard at pursuing justice for all the wrongs, but we’re going to appear to be doing real crime fighting.”
I’ve got news for you: Treason and sedition are real crimes, and they should be at the top of the list, particularly for a federal agency with global reach.

I have been worried for a long time that with the Deep State so thoroughly entrenched within the Federal Government it was going to be a real nightmare trying to get rid of it. This is ESPECIALLY TRUE considering that the FBI and the CIA itself among the worst infested. IMO Kash Patel needs to hire small contingents of some genuinely trustworthy investigators from the investigative agencies within individual red states to establish mop-up teams for cleaning out first the FBI and then the CIA.
Its up to President Trump. If Bondi and Patel are not up to the job then the boss needs to fire both of them and replace them asap.
If President Trump orchestrated this binder presentation as some believe, it puts Pam Bondi in a weak looking position.
Why would he set her up to make her look weak?
She has built this up and built this up and then announced that people were gonna be disappointed after she gave out the binders.

What do we know about the biden 2024 executive branch that the MAGA / America First transition team encountered on 1/20/25?
First: The globalist / communists have had 16 years to replace every honest Executive Branch employee with one of their card-carrying treasonous, globalist / communist. Thus, there was a high probability that there were zero Constitutionalists in the biden 2024 Executive Branch.
Second: The biden Executive Branch employees were not doing the Constitutional Republic’s law & order work for the past 8 years. Nope, they were unconstitutionally bringing death, destruction and prison time to American citizens through their weaponization of the federal government. We could fire them all today and the USA would be just as secure as it was yesterday.
So, why wouldn’t the objective be to fire them all, yesterday? Well, that was the objective and still is the objective.
Don’t underestimate President Trump’s negative response to the disaster that this MAGA / America First DOJ transition team has launched. The 3 amigos are not the A-team.
First, bon-di got the job because of jr and susie. The President will gracefully undo their input.
Second, bon-di did support President Trump during one of his impeachment trials. The President is always nice to people who are nice to him, as he says….. up to a point.

The thing these folks struggle with, and I think Hegseth is in this boat too, though he’s not as weird, is the BUREAUCRACY. They talk about these things like “fixing the FBI” and “Epstein files” and “weaponization” like TV pundits.
Running a 30,000-person organization and overcoming the many tricks, stalling tactics, outright lies, and shenanigans the bureaucracy can deploy takes intense focus and organizational and leadership skills that are way beyond the average person’s ability to comprehend. An example is that Elon email. Several departments like DoD – and this might not have come from Hegseth – directly told their employees not to respond. Or, “it’s voluntary”.
The answer to that, and you have to be laser sharp on this, is find out who gave that direction…and escort them out of the building with a box of their stuff and fire them. For the Epstein stuff, assuming any of them even give a crap about it beyond being a MAGA talking point, you literally get in a car, drive to the place where the evidence is stored, gather it up, and take it back to your office to be reviewed and released. Period. There’s no “I want this on my desk later.” You just round up a bunch of people – like what DOGE did at USAID – and you TAKE IT.
Anything less than that, and the bureaucracy can slow-roll you. “Oh, we’re working on it. Could take weeks.”
The Ace card we have is PDJT who is going to kick these people in the ass to carry out his orders. But just realize that none of them have the leadership, organizational skills, or fundamental understanding of how evil and devious the government bureaucracy really is. To some of these folks, nice hair and softball questions on Fox are their depth.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: MAY. These early fumbles can be overcome. But that will only happen if they embrace the reality of the fundamental evil at the heart of their departments, and deploy a team within that Department empowered to collect documents and collect scalps.

It’s becoming more clear by the hour. Sundance is correct. Bondi and Patel appear to be like good actors in a prime role. Their skill is not in understanding operations and management. They do not have the analytical skills to steer and manage their agencies. They do, however, have great skill in acting like and portraying good leaders.
While certainly of tremendous interest, the issue of the Epstein files that surround child pornography may somewhat mask the other issues of Epstein’s ‘interests’, like AI, eugenics, ‘biological math’, international finance (and fraud), etc. The question remains as to whether the involvement/blackmailing of Epstein participants was done purposefully, not only to allow for Epstein’s interest in this, but as a means of control with regard to more global interests.

It was a teasing and tantalizing scent, an almost gamey aroma that was at once familiar, but with tantalizing hints of something new and delicious.
It suggested that yesterday’s apparent FUBAR may not be quite what it appeared to be.
