The IED is a military weapon deployed within the US territory to kill two US citizens. We don’t know exactly who deployed it, only that it was done so by Mexican sources. This is an act of war. Several articles I have read and seen reported about this, states that the rancher had ranches on both sides of the border. The IED was on the Mexican side of the border. He was with his wife who was also injured. Let us see what the truth really is before we declare war on Mexico. We have enough problems without inciting another.
