Hi JWoo. I read your message sent to my substack and attempted a reply. Briefly, what I can say is I fully understand your concerns. One big problem with finding good care is related to where you are. State Medical Boards are more hindrance than help.
As a substack post I intended to write about my association with a number of great doctors in Colorado – but that was the 1980s. They are now gone.
I am fortunate here in Idaho. The company I work with is called Endobiogenics and they are affiliated with the company that manufactures the products I sold for over 40 years.
I thought about a discussion re: the various terms bandied about – but i’m sure you can make those determinations as well as I can.
My hope for the future hinges on RFJ jr. If even some of his stated goals come true we’ll all be better off.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
 
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
 
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
 
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance

Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
 
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
 
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.
 
And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.
 
My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.
 
Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord
 
I pray that You would watch over me as I rest tonight, and that You would give me a restful nights sleep so that I may wake up in the morning refreshed in body and spirit and ready to do Your will. First hand account… LA County firefighters are my personal heroes and are the most brave and upright souls around.

OMG’s latest hidden camera investigation exposes an LA Mayor’s Office official admitting the office knew the wildfires were coming but did nothing, instead blaming homeowners for the destruction. A Los Angeles Department of Water and Power project manager also reveals the Pacific Palisades reservoir was empty for a year before the fires, worsening the devastation.

“Red flag warnings, like, it’s a big indication of fires. So, of course they did,” admitted Alex Boz, an international relations coordinator for the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, acknowledging that the Office was fully aware of the devastating fires before they occurred. When pressed on the issue, Boz dismissed any responsibility, reiterating, “Of course they did,” referring to the LA Mayor’s Office knowing the fires were coming, “But the thing is, there’s nothing they can do.”

When discussing fire-prone areas like Pacific Palisades, Boz stated, “They’ve lost everything,” shifting the blame onto homeowners: “Their yards were out of code. Like, nobody gave a f*ck.” He continued, “The houses, like, they’re supposed to be, like, a certain amount of feet apart, too.” Boz dismissed the destruction as inevitable, saying, “It was just, like, a ticking time bomb.”

“Firefighters… just didn’t have enough [water],” said Angel Luna, Project Manager for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), regarding the critical water shortage during the fires that ravaged the region. When asked how long the Santa Ynez reservoir had been empty before the fires, Luna confessed, “a year,” highlighting LADWP’s failure to take preventive measures, leaving the region vulnerable to disaster. According to Luna, part of the problem stemmed from firefighters damaging LADWP equipment: “They [firefighters] were also breaking our equipment,” he stated.

Both Luna and Boz refuted President Donald Trump’s claim that he had restored California’s water supply. Luna dismissed the statement outright, saying, “He didn’t turn on the water,” adding, “Pretty sure he’s just saying it.” He further argued Trump’s limited presidential power, saying, “Whatever president’s in place, it’s only there for four years and they’re not the people that are really in charge.”

Boz also criticized the claim, stating, “Trump turned the water back on through the military. Like, people believe that sh*t.” He added, “It’s not real.”

When confronted about his statements on hidden camera, Alex Boz immediately responded with “no comment” when asked about Mayor Bass’s actions, the city’s unpreparedness for wildfires, and his dismissive remarks about President Trump’s water policies.

Angel Luna also refused to answer direct questions regarding the year-long depletion of the San Ynez Reservoir. Pressed on his claims that LA firefighters damaged equipment, contributing to the critical water shortage during the fires, Luna repeatedly deflected, insisting, “I would need to speak to legal representation.” When asked why emergency water command training only took place after the fires, Luna gave the same response. Despite being reminded of the public outrage over LADWP’s failure to provide water while homes burned, Luna refused to engage, ultimately stating, “I will not be coming back to you,” before hanging up.

If I may… to our friends here who don’t cook for themselves and have an Aldis nearby.

Try the Vodka Sauce that’s in the Aldis spaghetti sauce section. Grab a package of the sundried tomato chicken sausage where the cheeses are located.

Take the package of sausage in an oven safe casserole dish, slice one or two large onions in thin slices… i use two onions for all four sausages or one onion for two… usually the vidalia or walla walla sweet onions, drizzle a little avocado oil. Bake in 400 degree oven until throughly cooked and nicely browned. Pour the vodka sauce over and heat through until hot…. or heat it on your stove top while sausage is cooking.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.. and whoa nelly… it’s REALLY GOOD and I now prefer it over my own Greek marinara sauce. It is a jarred sauce and the ingredients will surprise… all pure including cream.

If you add the vodka sauce with the sausages while they heat, reserve a little from the bottle… because the sauce will thicken through cooking in the oven with the sausages.

Oh my goodness… perfect for date night for the guys wanting to surprise their ladies with gourmet.
