(forced by goober munt leverage$) the choice of overlooking merit and competence for over 4 years, (and enact favoritism, fairness, instead of equal civil rights ) is costly to lives, well beings, productivity etc.
An attitude adjustment by die bullies is past due … so that there can be a re-development of a honest opportunity towards life, liberty and pursuit of (honest) happiness… ( with equal civil rights, not biased ).
But, because die did arise,
it’s important to enact guidance (civil rights) such that die does not re-emerge over time.
Easier said than done.
But important for we the peoples well beings …

Isn’t DEI and hasn’t it always been unconstitutional on its face by demanding consideration of race, national ethnicity, and sex in selections of hiring candidates and by demanding the promulgation of that paradigm throughout the processes of education and the local and state governments and all forms of media.
I don’t think SCOTUS has addressed this simple truth.
You are operating under the mistaken impression that equality before the law has been operative in the country after the 1964 Civil Rights Act. That law specifies “protected classes” that can sue when those who are not in protected classes cannot sue. This policy has permeated all federal departments, and is taught in universities as dogma. Eliminating DEI will disrupt universities and courts, as well as government agencies.
No. I am not talking about what is operative or not. I am talking about the very foundational principles of our Constitution which encompasses its Amendments.
I am beyond aware of the unequal treatment under the law created by various distortions put forth by word-parsers and word-redefiners. That would include congress critters making themselves immune or not subject to the laws the rest of us have to adhere to.

Yes, as usual SCOTUS failed to specify its ruling regarding school admissions to all such actions whether in colleges or by employers or most definitively in governmental policies.
I do not understand why they consistently fail to specify in their rulings the universality of the principle(s) they applied in a specific court case. Race based, gender based, ethnic-based practices in government and promoted by government are unconstitutional.
Lord the wailing and gnashing of teeth from some of my lib siblings is just so frustrating. Elon is unelected and should NOT be making decisions about employee cuts and shutting down agencies etc. Dept. of Education is GOOD and ensures a level playing field for poor students and poor states…. All our children will end up uneducated and poor if the Dept of Education is shut down.

The trick is to NEVER engage their stupid arguments and instead deflect by one-upping their concerns with cooler-than-thou concerns that are verboten for them to disagree with.

Late start today reading news, due to church and other events. But I just watched The Beast go around the track for eight minutes and it hit me: From racing, baseball, hockey, wrestling, boxing, SuperBowl and other football games, golfing, President Trump enjoys sports.
He’s also enjoyed a life in business, in real estate, in entertainment. He’s enjoyed a big family life.
President Trump has lived – and is living – a full and busy and useful life. He hasn’t just watched, skimming the proceeds of others’ efforts, like so many in government.
It makes perfect sense that he would be the one to take action, to take the steps needed to try to salvage our Republic, for so long off the tracks, and so far afield. The man who has lived a big life is the logical, perhaps only, man who can fill such
