Elon Musk outlines examples of how the various government agencies spend money without any standard accounting principles that facilitate audits and reviews. In material fact the system of government that Elon Musk and President Trump outline, appears fully designed to generate fraud.

I believe that a lot of gov workers just do what they are told to or not told to do. I also feel that it is important not to alienate them for their ‘trust’ in their instructions.
An ‘ex’ worked for a State agency before moving over to the Feds. She was astounded at the low workload and productivity.
State attorneys were each handling 1-2 cases. She said as a private attorney, she would handle 40-60 at a time!

Despite his criticisms of the courts, President Trump stated in the press conference today that he will not defy the various court orders that are illegitimately stopping his efforts to root out fraud, waste, corruption in the federal government. IMO, that is a mistake because the Machine will stop at nothing to stop him, and President Trump is going to have to push back bigly before his second term gets bogged down in lawfare and court appeals, AGAIN. But I have to trust Trump’s instincts on this.
So, why not turn lemons into lemondade? Turn the tables on these corrupt leftists hacks masquerading as judges.
Maybe President Trump should engage in extreme compliance with these crazy rulings? Sounds nuts, but maybe not. Henceforth, it should be the standing policy of Trump’s administration that it will not approve any fraudulent or improperly documented payments unless approved by the specific courts that are blocking him. Trump’s team should unleash a biblical flood of paperwork exposing these payments and documenting how the payments are fraudulent, corrput, or wasteful. Then withhold all payments until the judges personally approve the improper payments by court order.
Want to permanently stop the fraud? Then make no suspect payments until approved by the respective court that is blocking Trump, which will never happen. Use the court against itself, use the court’s delay tactics against itself. Trump, in full compliance with the court, and mission solved (except for justice for the fraudsters, which is a separate topic).
Regarding the federal employee buyout indefinitely suspended by the corrupt judge, Trump should use the delay to his advantage by enriching the buyout offer to the employees. Instead of 40,000 taking the offer, let that swell to over 100,000 employees who have accepted a better deal. More court delays, no problem; keep giving better offers until there are 500,000 angry government employees pounding the doors of the corrupt court to approve the deal.

The lower level courts are overreaching big time in some cases, trying to stop the greatest revelation of mass corruption in Washington in over a century. Maybe ever. This is a very bad look given the magnitude of what’s coming out.
The real time damage to the credibility federal judicial system, or what’s left of its credibility, is something that could wreck the prestige the U.S. Supreme Court. Chief Justice Roberts has to be alarmed.
Trump is smart to let the lower federal courts overdo it without any executive defiance. This will put intense pressure on the U.S. Supreme Court to swat the lower courts down and in record time if the political blowback is as big as we expect.

First, that assumes he will win at the SC or even get a hearing at the SC (remember, the SC said that a President has no standing in a presidential election), which is questionable.
Second, how long will that process take? 1 year, 2 years, conveniently conclude right after the mid-term elections when the Democrats may steal another one? “Run-out-the-clock” and “we’ll impeach you” were the strategies to stop Trump in his first term and they are doing it again.
Frustrating to say the least. I think Trump needs a finite / short time limit to let the courts sort this out, otherwise he needs to do what is necessary to save this country.

The ruling targeting Treasury won’t slow down what is happening there. Bessent’s power to direct federal employees to implement his orders in unaffected by that court ruling.
