Predictably … the 1st District Appeals Court sided with the lower court decisions in the Federal Loans and Grants stoppage case. This is the just the beginning of the First district Court upholding ALL the lower 1st District Cases.
The 1st District Court Supreme Court Supervisor … Justice Kenaji Brown will side with the 1st District and force 1-2 more hearings for EACH case, before any vote by the Supreme Court to decide if a case has merit to proceed to the Supreme court.
Chief Justice Roberts will “demand” ALL remedies at the 1st District for EACH Case before any vote to determine if a case should be heard in “his” court.

The impeachment gamesmanship will give the Supreme Court the excuse of not making a ruling until the process has run its course. With the congress and senate being involved, it could easily take more than a year.

But it certainly does not grant “the power of review nor approval.” The Constitution does not contain the word, “Unconstitutional.”

President Trump needs to address the nation on the ongoing judicial corruption. Explain that he is hopeful that Appellate courts will quickly overrule the defective rulings at the district level. Failing that, he will appeal to the Supreme Court emergency docket.
Simultaneously, he should transmit communications to the Supreme Court expectations that they will not only overturn each ruling infringing on the Article II powers but to instruct every Federal judge to refrain from frivolous unconstitutional rulings.
Outside of this, Trump has no other option but to ignore the rulings and move forward. Let it fly. This is a red line.

It would be grossly unfair to someone found to be innocent of some or all potential crimes. It could risk giving a headsup for those being investigated to alert co-conspirators, destroy evidence. And other reasons.

Congress needs to rein in the forum shopping lawfare that is being used to delay & thwart the President’s Constitutional power by lawless partisan inferior judges. Congress has the power to restore the rule of law by passing legislation that will establish the U.S. Supreme Court as having sole and original jurisdiction in all Cases asserting limits on the executive power of the Presidency.
This needs to be done to re-establish the rule of law and rein in judicial tyranny and forum shopping.

Over a ten-day period in late January and early February, the US military flew at least 18 surveillance missions over the southwestern United States and around the Baja California peninsula. The target of the surveillance missions, presumably, is Mexican drug cartels.
Historically, the United States has only flown about one surveillance on the US-Mexico border mission per month—meaning that such flights have increased significantly since President Trump was inaugurated in January.
To conduct the surveillance flights, the U.S. has deployed three aircraft: the Navy’s P-8 Poseidon, the Air Force’s RC-135 Rivet Joint, and the Air Force’s U-2 Dragon Lady.
The P-8 was used for 11 of the 18 surveillance flights. Used primarily in maritime settings, the P-8 is a Boeing product that excels in anti-submarine warfare (ASW), anti-surface warfare (ASUW), and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) roles. According to CNN the P-8 is “a particularly prized plane with a sophisticated radar system that specializes in identifying submarines but is also capable of collecting imagery and signals intelligence.”
The KC-135 is an extensively modified C-135 used for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence. Capable of seating 30 people, the KC-135 “allows the mission crew to detect, identify and geolocate signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum,” the Air Force reported. “The mission crew can then forward gathered information in a variety of formats to a wide range of consumers via Rivet Joint’s extensive communications suite.”
The U-2 is a legendary Cold War spy plane, easy to spot but exceedingly rare. Capable of flying at altitude of 70,000 feet (high enough to see the curvature of the Earth), the U-2 has been performing all-weather intelligence gathering since it was first introduced in 1956.
